Exceptional service. Highly recommend. Walked me through the repair and was done very quickly.

Wow! Who would have thought my 20+ year old Pacemaster would have a second chance at life thanks to Bob and Alek. We were thrilled with the tuneup they provided and the great suggestions to keep her running as long as we can. Thanks guys. read more

Bob at Treadmill Repair provides the style and substance of professional service you can usually only dream of these days. I have a 26!! year old Pacemaster that's still chugging away, daily, thanks to Bob. His experience, knowledge (current and historical) and skills are profound. I am fortunate that I'll be able to ask his advice whenever my ancient-but-working treadmill moves for the final time. Thanks Bob!! read more

Let me start off by saying I never give bad reviews on anything - I only ever give reviews for good service. I've hired various services in my life and never had an issue with another company or person. I usually only like to help a business, not hurt it. However, this was the WORST service I have ever encountered, so I'm making an exception. I made a yelp account to do so, as I am so upset by this service. I told him upfront that I will do so because it was so bad that other people needed to know. Our treadmill stopped working about a month and a half ago. We got it in December 2024, and use it about once a week at most. My husband runs a lot, but prefers the outdoors, so he's probably run on it maybe 15 times total. I do smaller walks, and use it maybe once a week. My husband called for him to come, and that was good - he was prompt and on time. Bob gave us an exorbitant bill with things not agreed upon beforehand - costing a $1k to fix a 1.5 year old treadmill that originally cost twice that. I figured well, there's probably a reason for the premium, and let it go. He needed to order a part, which should take about 7-10 days, according to Bob. A week rolls by with no check-in, so we asked for an update - he gave a very short answer. Another few days roll by, over 10 days, and we reached out for an update, and we get a text saying "Don't contact me again for updates." It seemed a bit rude, but maybe he was overloaded with tasks. The parts came in about 2 weeks after, and then we were gone for a week and a half, so it was about a month before we could schedule it. The treadmill worked for two runs - then died after a week and a half. We ask him to come back and look at it, and he wants to charge us again for his labor/travel (which was costly). He said it was because it was a coincidental issue, but he never actually looked at the treadmill. Bob said it was from overuse, but we use the treadmill pretty sparingly. He noted that Andrew is a runner, but I mentioned he rarely uses the treadmill. He said he wouldn't charge us if he came and it was another issue, but honestly at this point, the trust has been broken. I wasn't even sure we'd get an honest answer about why it broke. We asked him to come and consult on it without paying another $500, as we already were charged for basically half the cost of the treadmill already and it broke a week and a half later. Bob was incredibly rude - name calling, shouting, and he had a terrible temper. We were calm towards him, and he took offense so quickly. So a month later - we're out $1k and still have a broken treadmill. It feels incredibly unethical. He has a lot of positive reviews, but please look at the 1 star ones - they are pretty on par with what I experienced. read more

Bob is great - professional, knowledgeable and timely. He solved issues I didn't even know existed and our treadmill is working better than ever. read more

I had a Peloton treadmill out of warranty and some parts broke while I was moving it. I really didn't think it can be fixed since Peloton Customer Service was not helpful at all. However I wanted to give it a try to have a specialist to attempt to fix it considering the amount of money this treadmill cost. When I contacted Bob he was very straightforward that Peloton was not his fort but he could try. I agreed to the visit so at least I could give it a last try. wow! wow! wow!. He did not only fix the broken piece. he adjusted many other items that I didn't know they were broken! super professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any repairment. read more

Was able to come disassemble my peloton tread with less than 24hours notice. Really great service too!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Second time I used them. Very thorough. I highly recommend them.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. What an absolute waster of money. This guy was hired to disassemble my treadmill because I was giving it away. Charged me $175 to take off the handles. It took two people to do this and would not help to move it. Terrible service and unethical in my opinion. Major attitude problem as well. read more

Fantastic, reliable service. We've now used Treadmill Repair twice - once to replace an old belt on one treadmill and more recently to fix a completely non-functional treadmill that was gifted to us. Turns out it's an off brand that is really substandard with poor customer service, but Bob called the company several times on our behalf. He eventually diagnosed the problem and repaired the faulty treadmill. Although Bob told us that he does not usually service that brand because it is poorly made and unreliable, he agreed to help us out and stuck with it anyway. Bob was always polite, professional and patient. He showed up when he said he would and did the work as promised. Treadmill Repair Company of Massachusetts really are the treadmill experts, and I would highly recommend them every time. read more

Absolutely fantastic. I have an older treadmill that the incline stopped functioning. They responded right away to my call and came out. They called before coming to let me know they were on the way. They fixed the problem and gave me tips on how to keep my treadmill running smoothly. I would highly recommend. They saved me a lot of money from having to replace this treadmill. Bob and Alec are amazing. read more

Highly recommend Treadmill Repair Co, having used them on multiple occasions. They are experts at treadmill service and repair, do a great job explaining options and potential repairs, including whether certain repairs make sense in a given situation. I like that they try to do what's right for the customer versus just doing repairs for a customer who may not be aware of the right thing to do. It's easy to see why they've been in business for so many years. read more

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting Bob Pedone, owner of Treadmill Repair Company of Massachusetts. He and his assistant, Alec, arrived within the time frame Bob had given me and were extremely pleasant and polite. For a reasonable charge, they gave my elderly (2008), hardly used and long- neglected, never-serviced treadmill a thorough check and tune up, and now it purrs like a kitten! I am so grateful for the excellent service I received and give Bob and TRC of MA my very highest recommendation, as have many of his other highly satisfied customers. (Disregard the 1 star cranks - there's always a troll or two looking for their moment of fame.) read more

By far the best service I've ever received! Bob went above and beyond the call of duty. I had already tried another treadmill "guy" and basically paid for nothing. They said I needed a new treadmill but Bob brought it back from the dead. I can now get another couple years out of my treadmill. I found Bob by word of mouth from my mom who used them also and had a good experience also. Don't hesitate to hire this compant read more

Treadmill Repair - The machine is good as new now! - Fitness/Exercise Equipment Near Me

After a 6 year hiatus, I decided to get back on my old Nordic Track Solaris C2050 and was on a two week streak when suddenly, the control panel stopped working, except for 2 controls 1 mph and 7mph. Nothing else was working- speed up, down, stop, start, incline etc. I called the Treadmill Repair Company and spoke to Bob explaining my problem. He kindly told me that on this treadmill, the way the panel is made, you cannot order parts. The entire panel would have to be changed which would cost more than a new treadmill. He advised me that this would not be a good way to go. I appreciated his honesty, as he saved me the cost of a home visit, which would have then resulted in my not repairing the machine. He could have come, and pocketed the service charge, but being honest, he didn't. Just before we hung up, he said that there are a couple of things I could try. One was to peel off the sticker decal on the controls as the control sometime get stuck.I figured that I had nothing to lose, as I would have to junk the machine, so I tried this and like magic, the darn thing worked perfectly!! !I still can't get over it! I called him back to tell him the good news! I am extremely grateful, and can tell you that I would highly recommend this company! They are terrific!! I will be looking good by the summer!! Thank you Treadmill Repair Company!! read more

I have an older treadmill that I needed to b serviced so I did some research and was recommended treadmill repair of Massachusetts from a few different people. Only heard good things. So I called and made an appointment. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable technician Bob came to my house to service my treadmill. It ran great when he was done with it. He also gave me tips on how to maintain my treadmill. I highly recommend these guys for any treadmill problems. I will definitely call them again when needed. read more

Searched around for a company that could assemble a Proform delivered from Amazon as I did not want to trust the assemblers they assigned. I spoke to a few companies, most saying they were too busy to get out to my residence in a timely manner (a few days). I called Bob at this company and he not only knew the make and model, he came out the next day and the price he quoted me on the phone was the price I was charged. He spent 2 hours assembling the treadmill from pieces and even helped me move it into position. He also helped me diagnose a slight rubbing problem from the belt due to shipping and it worked great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and I would contact him again if I ever ran into a problem. read more

During the middle of a pandemic things don't always go smoothly. But Bob and his assistant were wonderful. They took great care in keeping distance and went in to our basement workout area through the bulkhead. We spoke to them through the kitchen window while he stood a good 15 ft away in the driveway. Knowing his job takes him in and out of many homes I was glad to see how careful they were. Besides the oddity of continuing service during a pandemic he was also very easy to deal with in general. He answered his phone! At 8:30 pm! And he took the time to speak with me and figure out what we needed so he could give us an idea of price ahead of time. He even ended up being more affordable than he originally quoted. We inherited this treadmill and it was in shambles. He got it up and running in less than 45 min. We had been fighting with this thing, ordering new parts online, and generally being frustrated by it for weeks. I hadn't been able to get anyone on the phone to help me. I finally stumbled on Bob's website last night. I immediately called even though he is located over an hour away. As luck would have it he happened to have a service call today about 20 min away from our house! He squeezed us in to an already busy day and FINALLY we have a working machine!! Thanks so much, Bob! read more

Interesting that Bob is now trying defamation. I have the text between us and I guess the judge will see who is abusive and who is trying to bully. When we had the disagreement, I offered to record our conversations. Bob is the one who said no. So funny that Bob even knew where the treadmill was from. I fortunately have the proof where I got the treadmill from. And I have the proof the treadmill ran well too. The buttons were probably broken during the moving process. It is a 300 pound thing and no one will just bring a broken one home from the road side and is willing to pay someone $250 to service it. If it is not running, he can't service it at all, why is he claiming he provided "free" service? Now everyone sees how "nice" he is. Buttons were the only thing that were broken. He is lying again. He admitted it was an accident when he broke the console completely. He knew it is an expensive thing to replace so he is trying to get away with it. The safety key worked perfectly fine. It will turn on the treadmill and can run predefined workouts. It is the reputable Proform Performance 1450 which has life-time motor warranty and I already successfully upgraded the software in the control panel before he came as well. The server on Proform company side probably has digital trace of the upgrade. If he didn't break it, it could have lasted for years. Regardless, if someone brought a running used car to the garage to see why AC is broken, the garage broke the engine of the car and the garage now asks him to pay, should the person pay before the engine is fixed? Bob, stop lying. You will get paid once you fix what you broke. Bob called and said he would bring the case to the small claim court to have me pay for his service of breaking a working treadmill which I really can't wait. I have saved his reply here as evidence. read more

We had an excellent experience with these guys. They came, evaluated our treadmill which would light up, but wouldn't run, figured out the problem and gave us a very reasonable price to completely fix it all in under two hours. Very professional, and reasonable. read more

Called Bob to come and look at my treadmill thinking that is just need maintenance He said It would be a $95.00 service call to come to the house (thinking that this would be applied to the service if done) so I agreed. He came and looked at the machine, told me the roller was no good, said he could look at the workings of it taking off the top and I said he might as well while he was here, (never telling me that it would be ANOTHER $25 for labor??) So to make a long story short, Paid $120.00 for nothing...waste of money - wish he would have been a little more clear with his pricing..) read more

I have a treadmill that's so old that nobody wanted to work on it. Bob was able to fix the issue quickly and explained clearly what Was going on and how to prevent it from happening in the future. What a super nice guy! read more

I couldn't be happier with Bob's service. My Nordic-Trak treadmill just "died" and no amount of restarting worked. Rather than the cost of coming to my house, Bob walked me through a series of steps to recalibrate the machine over the phone. 10 minutes later, treadmill good as new. Saved me a good sum. Highly recommend. read more

Bob from Threadmill Repair Co. of MA stopped by my house 11/14/2018. He was here to service my nordic track recumbent bike. He took the bike apart told me the bike needs a new console, he offered me a quote for the console (over $350) I declined it. He then told me it will be $150 for service and labour(less than an hour) but he will have to charge me extra to put the bike back together.??@!! I said $150 should be enough for that, he was insistent he would need more to put the bike back together. So I'm now left with a disassembled bike which does not work. And yes he was here for less than an hour and later tells me he doesn't service bikes any more because they are labour intensive. Why couldn't he tell me this before? Paid $150 for nothing, terrible service he does not know bikes and will squeeze your money out.. read more

Treadmill Repair - My bike was left disassembled after service call from Bob of Threadmill Repair Co, terrible service... - Fitness/Exercise Equipment Near Me

In early February, 2012 my fairly new treadmill stopped working. After a week of back and forth with the seller, Signature Treadmill Desks, all we had done was narrow down the problem to the motor, the control panel, or the connecting clip between them. I called Treamill Repair of Massachusetts. The treadmill is specially designed to go with a Signature treadmill desk, and had only Signature's name on it. My first concern was when the repairman told me, "I'm not familiar with that brand, so I can't guarantee anything." Anyway, as per his request, I sent Signature's contact information and photos of the treadmill, control panel, and connecting clip. When I hadn't heard anything by late the next day, I called and got a "I haven't had time to look at it yet. I'll call you when I do." I let a few days go by and then called Treadmill Repair Guys (Milford, MA), who came out the next day and diagnosed the problem as the motor. It was still under a parts-only warranty, so I had the new one sent out. Treadmill Repair Guys were once again here within 24 hours of my call that it had arrived, and made the replacement. Along the way I got some valuable maintenance advice. I never heard back from Treamill Repair of Massachusetts. read more

After showing up nearly 4 hours late to our designated time, we were told he could not put our treadmill together (after a full phone conversation where he said he could). It was very obvious that he could but just didn't want to spend the time. Not only did he quote us a higher price but he told us it was a 3 hour minimum job. We had a competitor come who put it together in an hour and charged us less. I would not use him. read more

There is no doubt that Bob, the owner of Treadmill Repair, has what it takes to diagnose, troubleshoot, and / or , fix any problem you may encounter with your treadmill or gym apparatus. From the onset of Bob answering the initial phone call I made to Treadmill Repair, and as a good rule of thumb, when the owner answers the phone to address his business during business hours, i know i will always be able to reach him in time of need, nothing creates a more reliable relationship than great communication. Bob provided that answering all my questions with knowlegable technical advise that allowed me to make an informed decision on how to move forward with my treadmill issue. BOB was able to fit me in the schedule, within a week, and with the information i gave him over the phone, when he got to my treadmill he was able to get my machine up and running . And that meant I was up and RUNNING!. Bob has very reasinable rates, knowledge of the industry that is unmatched, and close working relationships with all the major manufacturer's, which Bob says comes in handy when ordering and recieving parts in a timely manor and great rates in repair parts if needed. I just want to say, when Bob took me downstairs to review the work he did, I noticed my machine was not only working perfect, but it was as CLEAN as a whistle. Thanks Bob, we will be recommending and using Treadmill Repair for all our treadmill work, including routine maintenance that is recommended to keep the equiptment RUNNING great. read more

Had to share my experience with Treadmill Repair Co. of MA. What a relief! With my treadclimber down in this heat, Bob arrived punctually within 24 hours and fixed it. This guy knows his stuff. Great and prompt service. Bob returned my call immediately and scheduled service on my treadmill a couple days later. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Really impressed. read more
