I called right when they opened and explained that I needed a blade swapped out and that I had tried myself and was unsuccessful. They said to go ahead and bring it on by and they would get it changed out, as all of us thought it would be a quick and easy job. Well, they had to pull out all the tricks in the book minus cutting off the bolt to get the old blade off and new blade on. They finally did it and then cleaned it up and put it back in my vehicle. Top notch guys and if I had any other small engine works that needs to be done, I will be going back to them. Another driver crashed into the front of my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe in…read more May of 2025. Initially it looked like front grill cosmetic damage only. Insurance estimated a $2400 fix from pics I sent. Took my damaged car to The amazing folks at Whitings Collision Center in Maynard, MA. Their expert analysis found another $10k mechanical damage. A MassDOT driver stopped to check on me and gave me Thomas' number from ADR Towing, saying he'd take good care of me. Thomas showed up quickly, was friendly, and genuinely concerned about my situation. He even looked under the hood and found the issue right away. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed on the spot, so he towed me to Eastside Classics (reviewed them as well), where he keeps his equipment. They got right to work on my car and had me back on the road within an hour. What really stood out was that Thomas went above and beyond--he could have just towed me, taken payment, and left it at that. Instead, he made sure I got real help, which saved me from scrambling for a rental the next morning. If you ever need a tow, I can't recommend Thomas and ADR Towing enough.
