One of the worst transactions ever. Owner is very unreliable and confrontational. Had him put a new…read morerear tire on the bike and several small items and it took 4 days after making an appointment. The tire was put on mis-alligned and caused the belt to grind into the fuel tank (my tank is under the seat and next to the belt) and puncture the tank and causing major repair issue,. Luckily it happened at the gas station and not on the road or it could have slicked the tire and I could have had a more serious issue. The Owner Bill could have cared less for the safety of the bike or individual and thinks after 30,000 miles this is just a coincidence to occur within 2 weeks and 100 miles of me receiving the bike back. Feels he didn't do anything wrong and is not responsible, nor can he point to any issue around the obvious belt rubbing and we'll just have to "google it" and told me to get my friends to come down and tell me what he did wrong....... He is the person I paid to repair the bike. They charge a premium, horrible and dangerous service. Stay away from this business

I took a basic welding class to make a barn star at the Garrison Speed Shop in Mendon,…read moreMassachusetts. I have never welded before or used some of the tools and equipment required. The template pieces were all laid out, but that was it. Co-founder Luke had me read and sign all the releases first, and asked about my experience with welding etc. Being a Veteran myself, Luke as well, and the non-profit supporting Veterans and First Responders, he also made sure to ask me if loud noises or anything would bother me. Every step was explained and demonstrated before I was able to do it, and as nervous as I was at first, it quickly went away knowing he took my safety, the safety of others as well as their shop very seriously. Co-founder Ben also provided some muscle when I was unable to bend the metal myself. In just over 2 hours I had sanded, measured, re-measured, bent , hammered and welded together a really cool one of a kind 5-sided barn star. It was definitely something different to do and it was a really cool and fun experience. 5 stars !

When I brought it to B&S, Rich said most of the…read moredamage was white paint from the post, and he could buff it off for free, but all the other damage was not worth getting fixed given the other wear and tear elsewhere on the vehicle. Then the car was hit by a motorcycle. B&S did a wonderful job with the repairs, very thorough, They dealt with the insurance company and the car rental company. It wasn't a speedy process, but that was due very much to the insurance company taking forever to schedule the appraiser. I brought in my daughter's 2003 Civic to ask about repairing a panel; again, they said it was not worth replacing the part, but they could rig up a fix for free. I have not returned to take advantage of their offer yet, but the fact that they are willing to do stuff like this when their time is money says a lot about them.

Just today I walked into the Route 9 shop with a broken/jammed BOA dial on my shoe. I was looking for a repair kit, which I wasn't really expecting them to carry but I was taking a shot in the dark because ordering one from BOA would have taken about 10 days and I wanted to use the shoe this weekend, if it was possible. Landry's didn't carry the specific repair kit that I needed, which was fine because it's pretty obscure, so I resigned myself to not being able to use my shoe for a while. But the guy I was dealing with in the shop ended up fixing my shoe right in front of me himself using the world's smallest hex wrench in about 120 seconds. I asked him what I owed him and he said, "nothing." He even gave me the wrench! I was so stoked that my dial problem was solved that I forgot the guy's name. But he was a big dude, with long hair, glasses and he was wearing flip-flops lol. ‍ Anyway, thanks to him, my weekend is looking up!
