From my numerous motorcycles to my work trucks and personal vehicles as well. Where else can you go to have so many different vehicles service under one roof and with reliable work for fair rates??? The tire was put on mis-alligned and caused the belt to grind into the fuel tank (my tank is under the seat and next to the belt) and puncture the tank and causing major repair issue,. Luckily it happened at the gas station and not on the road or it could have slicked the tire and I could have had a more serious issue. The Owner Bill could have cared less for the safety of the bike or individual and thinks after 30,000 miles this is just a coincidence to occur within 2 weeks and 100 miles of me receiving the bike back. Feels he didn't do anything wrong and is not responsible, nor can he point to any issue around the obvious belt rubbing and we'll just have to "google it" and told me to get my friends to come down and tell me what he did wrong....... He is the person I paid to repair the bike. They charge a premium, horrible and dangerous service. Stay away from this business

I took a basic welding class to make a barn star at the Garrison Speed Shop in Mendon,…read moreMassachusetts. I have never welded before or used some of the tools and equipment required. The template pieces were all laid out, but that was it. Co-founder Luke had me read and sign all the releases first, and asked about my experience with welding etc. Being a Veteran myself, Luke as well, and the non-profit supporting Veterans and First Responders, he also made sure to ask me if loud noises or anything would bother me. Every step was explained and demonstrated before I was able to do it, and as nervous as I was at first, it quickly went away knowing he took my safety, the safety of others as well as their shop very seriously. Co-founder Ben also provided some muscle when I was unable to bend the metal myself. In just over 2 hours I had sanded, measured, re-measured, bent , hammered and welded together a really cool one of a kind 5-sided barn star. It was definitely something different to do and it was a really cool and fun experience. 5 stars !

Also I wanted a Raleigh bike and Grace was listed as a retailer. From my very first email communication with Roy, the service and level of helpfulness were both exceptional. After exchanging a couple of emails, Roy recommended a Raleigh Detour 3.5 which he thought would be right for my needs. He asked me many questions to determine its suitability for me, measured me for bicycle size, went over the relevant versus unnecessary accessories and answered all my questions. With bicycles in the shop costing several thousands of Dollars, my near $400 purchase seemed to me to be relatively small, but I was treated as if this sale was very important to them. Despite a slight mix up in ordering (a mistake on Raleigh's part) which delayed delivery for a couple of days, I went away feeling very satisfied and despite the twenty minute drive from my home in Franklin to Grace and the fact that at least two other retailers are closer, I will not even consider going elsewhere for additional accessories or service.

I have purchased two brand new bikes in under a year from Cycles 128. The dealer was in my new…read morehometown, so I wanted to support them as well as capitalize on the convenience of their proximity to where I live. The first bike was a brand new 2017 Kawasaki Versys X, but it was at their sister dealership in Arlington (Cycles128 doesn't sell Kawasaki). My salesman at the time was Billy, and he was able to have the bike transferred from Arlington to Beverly for me, and I hadn't even put a deposit down on it. yet. This was based on a phone call I had made while on vacation in Costa Rica. Convenient! The whole process was easy, painless, and very relaxed. There was never any pressure or upselling, and it never felt predatory as vehicle sales so often are. Fast forward to just under a year later, and I decided to upgrade to a Suzuki VStrom 650. This time I had the great pleasure of dealing with Ellen Petrilli and Rick Brandano. Yet another chill, great experience. I told them right up front what I was looking for, and with that knowledge, they showed me other alternatives to consider but never discouraging me from my original goal. Their inventory is incredibly vast and a virtual candy store, and I was glad for the other options that were shown to me. I had my heart set on the VStrom, so we got down to business. Worth noting was a little hiccup on Suzuki's part, as their manufacturer website claimed that there were certain accessories included with the bike that tuned out not to be. Not a concern because Rick and C128 were on the case and miraculously got Suzuki to make good on their claim. They didn't have to do that, because most dealerships would predictably claim their hands were tied and just shrug it off. But not these guys. They totally prevailed and saved the day. That I will never forget. The numbers part of the operation was handled by Brad, with whom I had worked with on my prior purchase as well. Another great asset to the company. I now half-expect people to yell "Norm!" when I walk into the place now because I dealt with a lot of people and they're just a warm bunch. Just awesome.

The windshield had to be removed and replaced after the installation of the liner. Lindsey coordinated with the glass company (Roy's) and they got the whole job done in less than 32 hours. The only downsides were waiting for an appointment (because they're in big demand), and my wife didn't like the smell of the adhesive after we picked it up. Matt being the guy he is went above and beyond to tape and protect the roll bar paint in my chevelle. But due to the cage not being prepped correctly the paint came off while I removed the tape. This has been a dream of me and my dads for years and just as I thought things couldn't get any worse matt swooped in and saved the project. I honestly would never use anyone else but matt at New England Trim. Thank you again you don't know how much we appreciate what you did for us
