He told me that he'd worked at other auto repair shops, but had never been treated as well as he was treated at Murphy's. That told me all I needed to know. So when I needed scheduled maintenance on my car, I made an appointment at Murphy's. When I called, the person had all my info in his system (because of the inspection sticker). Scheduling was easy, and I dropped the car off this morning. They called me with an estimate, and told me my front brakes would need to be replaced next time, but it wasn't necessary for today. He told me everything that needed to be done per the scheduled maintenance for my car, and I asked him to go ahead and do that. I'd dropped the car off at 8am, and by 1:30pm, all was complete. The charge was very reasonable, I picked up the car, and all was great. I would absolutely go there again.

I bring my Honda there for everything from oil and filter changes, new tires, and any mechanical work my car needs. Every experience has been wonderful. Their prices are always fair, and they have never once tried to take advantage of me or upsell unnecessary work. As a woman, that level of honesty and respect means a lot. Last week, I went in for a routine oil and filter change. I usually wait there because they have a comfortable waiting area with coffee and TV. I had been extremely busy with work and running on very little sleep. After I left, I must have accidentally dropped my credit card outside their building. Not long after I left, they called me to let me know they had found my credit card outside and safely held onto it until I could come back and pick it up.
