Fui até o balcão de forma educada apenas para pedir um pouco mais de leite. Não pedi para trocarem a bebida, não reclamei da forma como ela foi feita e nem voltei depois de consumir metade do café -- literalmente tomei um gole e apenas solicitei um ajuste simples. Infelizmente, isso foi suficiente para que eu fosse tratada com deboche por uma funcionária, que respondeu: "Da próxima vez você pode pedir em qualquer outro drive thru, porque o nosso café é forte."
