Infelizmente, isso foi suficiente para que eu fosse tratada com deboche por uma funcionária, que respondeu: "Da próxima vez você pode pedir em qualquer outro drive thru, porque o nosso café é forte." No primeiro momento até fiquei sem reação pelo tom sarcástico, porque sinceramente não esperava esse tipo de tratamento. Como cliente, acredito ter o direito de sinalizar quando algo não está dentro do esperado, assim como o estabelecimento tem todo o direito de se posicionar -- desde que isso aconteça com respeito. O que mais me chateia é que essa situação aconteceu justamente em um lugar pelo qual eu havia criado uma imagem tão positiva.
