Always represent yourself as you would like to be treated. As a fellow human being the clerk, Craig from behind the counter was an amazing man. Craig the owner of this store was spooked when we walked in for we were in town for the Scream Town Convention. My daughter was in costume and looked in danger. Her costume was too life like and we informed the public that she was fine. So is she, mentally wise. The customer service was beyond the best level we have seen. It's also bring your dog to work each and every day too. The dog, Rocky was so happy and loving. We sat and had some coffee with Rocky and Craig learning about each others home town. However, I would say even if it's slightly more expensive and not in as convenient of a location as Sunoco (in the corner intersection of 9 East and West), I'd still rather go here.

I decided to speak to a representative on site, but all of the representatives ignored me and refused to speak to me. When I was finally able to speak to someone, they told me that I was not able to use the system anymore because I did not have a front license plate that was able to be picked up by the system. They even refused to manually redeem the unlimited membership for me despite showing them my active membership status. They also do not offer a barcode or code to enter into the terminal to redeem. They then said there was nothing else they could do to help me and when I reached out to their customer service I find out they don't even have an active email to contact for assistance. Thus, I wasted a $40 membership because THEIR system couldn't not recognize my car. I DO NOT recommend as they are not professional and do not care if you experience any issues. I attempted to reach out via the phone number listed multiple times but only reached a voicemail. I could not cancel the membership because it requires that you contact them, via the number provided, thus I was charged again for a membership I could not use. My only option was to contact my bank to get rid of the charge. In regard to the front license plate requirement, it seems rather restrictive and excluding given not every car has a front license plate especially if the car is registered outside the state of Massachusetts. I recommend that you (the owner) look into a back plate option.

They'll discuss what needs to be done with your car before they begin doing any work on it to make sure you know what's going on and how much it'll cost. They'll even show you what parts are broken and why they need to be fixed. I had been bringing this constantly breaking down junker to them for some pretty complicated electrical work among other unending problems and they worked miracles on that car. They don't like seeing people bring in the same car with the same problem again and again and again and would much rather see you come in for gas and to talk rather than another repair. They're also just really friendly and easy going. Could not recommend them enough!
