It hasn't even been an hour since I left the Shell station but as I work in the hospitality industry, I feel those who go above and beyond what is expected of them to exceed client expectations deserves a Yelp and 5 stars. My state inspection was failed by a different company and I needed my front bumper fixed. Marc went out of his way to help fix the problem explaining what and how he was doing it. Once he fixed that, another employee, Mike, immediately performed the state inspection. They did everything they could without overcharging me and I was expecting to have to wait there for an hour or so but they worked fast! Thanks to them I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend them to anyone as they are kind, intelligent, and treated me like family my first time there.
