Needed my yearly car inspection and saw this place recommended from a local Facebook group. Swung by on a Tuesday afternoon and there was no wait. They inspected my car in ~10 minutes, charged me the usual $35, and sent me on my way. Took me longer to get there than to get the car inspected. Friendly people and fast service. I'll come back yearly. Only thing I'd point out is that they have a very small waiting area with 2-3 chairs, a couple of magazines, and it's not heated. read more

Went in for inspection, had my lunch then out within 20 min Amazing service, fast work and friendly staff! read more

The service is great! They always go above and beyond. Honest and reasonable prices. I've been bringing my car here for years read more

The guys who work there could not be any nicer. But more importantly, they know exactly what they are doing. They have saved me lots of money by doing everything my car needs. Some dealers add on charges for things that are not really necessary. They are much cheaper than another place I used to go to. They also repair my husband's car and it's a 2010 Toyota. Armando will keep that car running forever!! GREAT place. read more

I brought my car in for an inspection sticker. In and out in 10 minutes, including replacing a burned out brake light bulb. They charged me what I would have expected to pay for just the bulb! Everyone working there was very professional and polite. Give them your business. They deserve it. read more

My local service station, a block from my house and very capable. I go to them when I need tires, or oil, or detailing. They are friendly and I generally get service right away. read more

Huge undisclosed charges and shoddy work is the norm. The gas prices are high for the area, too

Great experience working with Parkway. Worked with me and my warranty company to get the repairs approved which can take some time. Excelllent customer service and quality professional repairs. read more

I needed substantial work done to my motor; I received a quote from another station for $1,400.00. Parkway did it for only $875.00, and the service was excellent. They have won all my future business. Eddie Mac read more

Great Service & Amazing Gas prices! One of the few gas stations around that are full service and actually care about people's cars. Thank you for serving the West Roxbury area read more

I love these guys. BEST prices around, and while it's at a little bit of a crazy corner, if you are a bad driver, please just be polite and don't block everyone or make everyone hate you. Some other Yelpers have written that the guys aren't the "nicest", but I have found that if you smile, say please and thank you, everyone is good. Please and thank you get you everything you need, and not just at Parkway Gas (hint hint)..... but really, it's a long day for these guys, they are OUTDOORS, and think of all the psychos they have to deal with. Just smile at them and enjoy your great deal on gas. read more

Amazing service! I brought my car in for electrical issues and Armando, one of the mechanics was so friendly, honest and genuine. He really went the extra mile to make sure I was informed about all the repairs that had to take place and took the time to explain everything to me. As a young female, I always worry about auto repair shops taking advantage of me when it comes to extra costs and repairs but this place is 100% honest and trustworthy. They even pump your gas for you and it's always done with a smile! The entire staff deserves a round of applause. They really made my day. Thank you! read more

I've been getting my gas here for the past two years. When my check engine light came on recently I went to them for the service. They are very honest and fair. Two codes came up and they explained everything and fixed the cheaper of the two to see if that was triggering the other more expensive code. They also have great hours for drop off and pick up since they're also a gas station. I can't recommend them enough. read more

Clement is so friendly. His smile always makes me day feel better. The gas service with him is great.

Honest mechanics. Armando took care of my car quick and didn't try to stick me with anything. I'm from California and this was my first New England winter where I have a car and I'm driving so I went in scared. One look at me looking like i don't know cars and how paranoid I was, they could have totally made up a part name and told me it was gonna kill me on the snow and made me pay 200 dollars or something but Armando just gave it a good, honest check up and topped up my fluids. He told me my timing belt tensioner was slightly leaking, but that was the only problem and it was something that I could wait months to fix and it would be fine. I paid $35 and was on my way! Highly recommended to everyone !! read more

I noticed this place on my way to work one morning, traffic was just starting to get a little backed up so I had time to take a peek at their prices. They really so have fairly cheap gas, and it's full service. It was cheaper than the Hess near my house, which is surprising, cause is usually the cheapest around. Later that day, when I was leaving work, not only would my car not start, but I had also run out of cigarettes! What a way to end a Wednesday! I decided I wanted to find a place that I could leave my car idling and buy cigarettes to calm my nerves. I was able to pull up, not get drenched in the pouring rain, and got butts walked out to me so I didn't have to stop my car- incase it wouldn't start again. The guys here were really nice, and didn't even blink when I asked if I could buy cigarettes from my car. The height of laziness! Or... in this instance... necessity. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER (AND SAFETY ISSUES) I wish I could give zero stars... While I have frequented this station from time to time in the past (sometimes a bit cheaper than other nearby stations, but not by much), I never will again after today. While I am used to the rude, inefficient gas station attendants, I was unprepared for the carelessness experienced today, or the complete lack of respect. Not only did the attendant spill gasoline across the trunk of my car after pumping, when I expressed my outrage he first flatly denied it (despite the still wet gasoline running across my trunk and bumper). When I pressed the matter, I was met with dismissive anger, and was told never to come there again (as if I would ever give them another red cent!). Their fire-suppression system is also extremely outdated, not automated, and is worrisome when combined with the gasoline being splashed about like cheap wine at a sorority party. Shell is a block and a half away, JD Auto Center a bit further, and several other stations in the other direction. Any of those are better bets. read more

They can fix anything. Nothing better than returning from vacation and having a fixed bumper and new inspection sticker. Lou and the guys are great! Honest work at honest prices. Thank you!! #thebeastrideson read more

I was in the used car business for 38 years and had plenty and all kinds of cars to be repaired lou and his team can fix anything in a timely manner there the best thanks again Glenn A. read more

The price on the oil change is way too high for the service. I stopped here for a quick oil change. My mistake I didn't inquire the price. For this price, you can go to a car dealership and get an oil change and vacuum for the same price. (The waiting area is nicer in a car dealership than this place.) read more

Great gas station. I've been coming here for years as have many family and friends. It's full service and the staff is really friendly. Their prices are competitive. If you need gas or service in the area this is the best spot. read more

don't go here for service, they'll charge you an arm and a leg. The owner tryingly informed me that the oil change for my 95 Volvo would be "around $34". Later when I came to pay and his employee was ready to charge me the more sensible price he rushed in from the outside, where he was dis- serving another customer, with the words "you know it's $34 right?", the employer usefully confirmed. In a separate instance, they'd fixed my in-laws breaks which failed him 2 months later. When he returned the car, the mechanics looked at it and said: "who the hell did this?" -- You -- was the reply. I don't remember whether they did it free of charge or not. read more

AWESOME service! So honest and reliable. Louie can fix anything and won't rip you off. I used to go to Boch Honda and would get a call saying I needed this and that. Many oil changes turned into $1800 bills! Louie is the best mechanic! read more

I give them 5 stars because with out asking they filled up my low tire! Their full service is exceptional.

Highly recommended. AAA +++++ The first place I think of bringing my car for service. Even when I was down in N Carolina for several years, I would compare their service to Parkway Gas and NC always came up short. My wife has had a history of poor results with other dealers and service stations, but she doesn't hesitate to call Louie/Loutfi when she has a car problem. read more

The best in the area. The most honest shop I've ever experienced. Their work is fantastic and timely. On top of that, they are excellent at communicating the issues if you are not car savvy. read more

Popped a tire in front of their shop and couldn't get the tire off myself. Left my car in their parking lot with a note and showed up the next morning. Not only were they incredibly friendly and helpful, they immediately took care of it and charged me a low fee. read more

Swung by here on my way home from boston. They pump the gas for you, which isn't common anymore with all the large corporate owned stations. This is nice when the weather isn't great. The guys who work their are nice and keep busy moving around to service the steady flow of cars they have rolling in there. When i'm in the area and need gas I will definitely return. read more

super convenient, but the service is pretty rough! I try being really nice and they get ruder instead of nicer.

I've been getting service for all my cars at this gas station for years now. The owner, Lou is the best mechanic who always gives the most professional, honest diagnostics and service. I am very happy to be his customer as I said for years now and can highly recommend him to the people I care about. read more

I have been using this station for repairs and gas for 5 years and have always been satisfied by the work done until the last few months when it appeared the repair work was not as carefully done as before. This past week I took the car in for a oil change, to have the brakes checked and to have a head light and brake light replaced. When I picked the car up, there was a sizable gouge/dent between the drivers side head light and the front grille. When I questioned the owner about this, as I am quite sure this mark was not there in the AM when I had dropped the car off, he became quite hostile, insisting that they had not damaged the car. We did look at video of the car being driven in by me and a few shots of the car pulled in and out of the garage. Mysteriously, no video was available of the work being done inside the garage. Mr Nassif, the owner, kept pointing to a reflection from one of the station lights on my car from the video shot as I was driving the car into his lot. insisting that was the dent He rapidly escalated into yelling at which time I left the station. I will never patronize this station again and have encouraged friends and co - workers I had once referred to this business to do the same. read more
