We had a difficult pick up because our car was in a parking garage. They have low clearance trucks which we learned is difficult to find. All though they didn't need to use it, we just needed to be jumped. The woman who scheduled our pick up was very courteous and helped us figure out a budget friendly option. She went out of her way to do this and we couldn't be more thankful. The dispatcher, who called us the day of pick up, ahead of schedule, couldn't have been nicer. He didn't rush us at any point. I didn't want to go to Tesla for repair as it's a pretty far hike from the city, and I have had long wait times with them. World Auto Body is about 2 blocks from where I live. I felt fortunate that there was an auto body shop that close to me to even go to. Made the drop off/pick up that much easier for us. We went through insurance. It took 2 weeks to repair.
