Charged my daughter $35 for one single replacement wiper blade, or he'd reject the car. IKNOW her blades were fine. Warned my wife to stay away but she returned 3 weeks later for an inspection on her brand new Mazda. Sure enough they pulled the same thing and Rejected her car when she wouldn't buy their wiper. I've had my same Ford Fusion inspected at this place for at least five years. Each of those years the secondary lens for the right taillight was off, and it still passed (there is still a main lens covering over the bulbs). This year it did not. Though I (arguably) can't hold it against them for failing me, because it is technically a requirement for inspection, I can do so for the way they just completely dismissed me afterwards, and their general rude demeanor. First, the guy who told me I failed started arguing with his co-worker about helping the next customer, which he ended with an exasperated "just [expletive] go away!" - while I'm right next to him, nonetheless. Then he walked away. Another guy - who I believe was the boss - got in my car, pulled it to the entrance and turned his back and walked away while I was talking to him. Over the past ten years I've taken some 8 different cars here a combined 25 or so times for everything from bad batteries to bad oil pumps, and owner Jack never fails to impress me with his diagnostic skills, knowledge, workmanship and honesty. He never tells me what I have to do; he tells me what he thinks the problem is, what he thinks I'd be better off doing right now, what could be put off, and what I could probably live with. He's talked me out of repairs several times, almost never exceeds his estimates, and often comes in well under his estimate . And my favorite thing about him is he's very quick to admit when he's baffled about something--he never tries to snow me, consults with me about what his guesses might be, and even sometimes suggests other shops that specialize in certain cars or repairs when it's called for. Drove to this gas station, which is out of my way and had plenty of other choices, because I needed to fill a low tire with air and preferred this pump which wasn't blocked in by other cars (another gas station I normally go to's pump is often unreachable). After filling my gas tank, another gentleman was filling his tires at the air pump. The pump didn't seem to be working properly as the PSI level it was indicating for the man's tire was 72 despite him having set the level to 38. I went into the office to ask for help for him. I gestured to a white-haired older gentleman with a corresponding mustache (also wearing glasses), seated next to a mechanic, to come out to help - he stared at me unmoving. I then went in and specifically told him the man in front of me was having problems with the air pump and it seemed to not be working properly. He shrugged and gestured, basically indicating, 'what do you want me to do?'. Okay..... He remained sitting there. I told him I would go somewhere else where they were more helpful and left - I mentioned this to the gentleman trying to fill his tires when I left and he agreed - no help/poor service. I've encountered this man before and have never had a good experience with him (not sure if he's the owner or an employee) - he's rude, needs some serious skills in customer service, a smile wouldn't hurt, and he now will prevent me from ever going to this gas station again. read more

Stay away. I've filled my gas twice in the past, but will never again. The first time I came in here the person told me they didn't have regular and only super. So I filed it up and didn't think too much. The next time I was a here a young kid filled my gas, when I gave him my credit card he came back with the receipt, he said don't worry that it says I charged you 10 extra dollars, I charged you the right amount. He crossed off the number on the receipt in pen, and wrote the right amount. Later I found out the kid charged me 10 extra dollars, needless to say they won't get my business again. I haven't gone back here in years and never will. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. I was first in line looked right at the worker and he gave me a face with a look of disgust and skipped my car. So I pulled out to go to a different station and when I am on the street he comes over and says "where are you going" like he didn't no what he did. Great Service center. I take both cars to the service center and the guys do a great job. Henry is a great mechanic and Jack, the owner, is a stand up guy. Very honest and reasonable. Did great job on my cars and saved me significant amount of money vs what the dealership wanted for the same repairs. Jack will also inform you about any unnecessary repairs that the dealership sometimes pushes for, just to add to your bill. read more

I have been having my car serviced here for about 7 years. I came here on the recommendation of a friend. I have always gotten excellent and friendly service. What I really like is that I feel I can trust what they say. My first visit was after I had brought my car to the dealer and they outlined literally thousands of dollars of needed repair. When I brought the car here they told me what absolutely needed to be done, what would need to be done in the future, and thats it, totaling less than half of dealer quote.
