I take good care of my old car but get worried that some places will try to take advantage of me like they did last year at an inspection shop down the road in Natick off Rt 27 near the Natick Middle School. This place was GREAT. They did my car inspection quickly, with no hassles and they were all very kind and polite. Almost all places I know require cash or a check for car inspections--as does this shop. I pulled out my cash for $35 and said thank you. In and out in less than 20 minutes! And with a smile! If I have other things I will strongly consider going here as well. :) What I wanted: an honest, fairly quick inspection. Did I get it? That and more.

I brought in my older model Lincoln sedan for an intermittent battery indicator light and a sudden noisy engine. I picked Larry Ng for the location, the reviews, and the fact they were open on Saturdays. I dropped the car off Friday afternoon. Before they closed on Friday Donna texted me that tehy had already diagnosed the noisy engine as a loose exhaust bracket that just needed new bolts. By Saturday morning Donna texted again that the car would need a replacement alternator. Everything was fixed by end of the day on Saturday. Since I wasn't able to pick it up right away, Donna offered to meet me there on Sunday -- even though they were closed!! I have never had this level of personalized service from a mechanic. The rates were very reasonable and they have made a customer for life!

So agree with Jack E. that they don't trick or confuse you with the 2 different prices. So far they have been professional and haven't tried to cheat me like at Sunoco's. It's on the 9 East facing direction so you'll have to commit to going that direction or go down the weird side street if you want to turn around. Haven't had any notable interactions or experiences at this place. However, I would say even if it's slightly more expensive and not in as convenient of a location as Sunoco (in the corner intersection of 9 East and West), I'd still rather go here.
