I bought an unlimited car wash membership plan, and suddenly I was not able to access the car wash as they use an automated car recognition system. I decided to speak to a representative on site, but all of the representatives ignored me and refused to speak to me. When I was finally able to speak to someone, they told me that I was not able to use the system anymore because I did not have a front license plate that was able to be picked up by the system. They even refused to manually redeem the unlimited membership for me despite showing them my active membership status. They also do not offer a barcode or code to enter into the terminal to redeem. They then said there was nothing else they could do to help me and when I reached out to their customer service I find out they don't even have an active email to contact for assistance. Thus, I wasted a $40 membership because THEIR system couldn't not recognize my car. I DO NOT recommend as they are not professional and do not care if you experience any issues. I attempted to reach out via the phone number listed multiple times but only reached a voicemail. I could not cancel the membership because it requires that you contact them, via the number provided, thus I was charged again for a membership I could not use. My only option was to contact my bank to get rid of the charge. In regard to the front license plate requirement, it seems rather restrictive and excluding given not every car has a front license plate especially if the car is registered outside the state of Massachusetts. I recommend that you (the owner) look into a back plate option. read more

If I could give the service I received zero stars, I would. I sadly had my dog pass in my car, she defecated on the seats during this time. because of this I requested an interior detailing service. when I received my car back from the shop, I was unable to use it for days. the seats were soaking wet and smelled so strongly of chemicals It would make anybody's eyes water. I left my windows open, used a fan, etc... nothing helped. on top of that the paint surrounding my radio and gear shift was completely stripped. And no one informed me. My gas was also gone, my assumption is they left it on to use the AC and dry the car "faster" I am a young woman, I'm very weary of getting ripped off, especially with any "car stuff" and this was a disaster, the car was in worse shape when I received it after the cleaning. Many places hadn't been properly cleaned and I had to go back and redo it. I've never in my life had to write a review or make a complaint but this was beyond ridiculous. I went back two days after when they could take me, and asked if they could fix the seats so I could at least drive my car to and from work, they did fix that problem. But my gas was gone AGAIN. When I called and asked for a refund and explained the situation, the man over the phone laughed at me. He did not help, he laughed. Then asked me to speak to the owner and hung up. I do not expect anyone to be perfect, mistakes happen, I would not have cared if they informed me of these issues and spoke with me properly, I probably wouldn't even have thought to ask for a refund, but this was unacceptable. My gas was gone, paint stripped, seats sopping wet, smell of ammonia, laughed at instead of helped. And when I called and asked them to fix it I was on hold for 40 minutes and had to call back because someone hung up on me. I am in awe. If you value your car, have a lease, etc.. don't be like me, check reviews and go to a good auto detailing shop. I hate to hurt anyone's job or business, but I would hate even more for another young woman like myself to have to deal with something like this. read more

This review is only for the self-service car wash. I have no experience with any of the other services. I was severely disappointed by the self-service car wash's quality and price. It was as expensive as other full-service car washes (a 8 minute wash resulted in a $15 charge to the card). The wash facility is also substandard. The nozzle was broken so the stream has poor pressure, and the water pressure is intermittent (so the gun jumps in your hands). Worse of all, none of the cycles that you can select actually work except the high pressure rinse. We got absolutely no prewash, high pressure soap, or spot free rinse -- it was plain tap water all three cycles. We left with hard water spots all over the car and a dull road film still on the paint. We will not return. read more

The service was great; there was no line when I showed up (around 4:30 PM on a Monday) and the sitting room where you wait was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and professional, and even cleared a ton of dead leaves from my hood. The price seemed in line with the usual cost of a synthetic oil change. My boyfriend's car was beyond dirty so I took it to auto brite for a basic detail for $125. Forgot to take before pics, but it had gross black & brown marks all over the dashboard, doors, & chairs. Dirty chairs & mats. The whole interior was disgusting. They had their work cut out for them. Dropped it off at 6 am & got a call to pick it up at 1:30. They did a great job cleaning it up. It's funny how you think about the price of things before and after you buy something. I took my BMW to their auto detailing center on a recommendation, having no idea how much it costs to detail a car. At first, I thought it was a bit pricey for an auto detail, so I opted for the middle of the line silver detail. But after a winter of loading / unloading wet ski and snowboard equipment from the back of my car, I thought I was due. When I got my car back - the smell! It wasn't new car smell, it was pretty much no smell at all. Other than a weird stain inside the driver armrest that I'm not sure how it got there -- and I'm pretty sure it's there to stay -- my car was spotless. Seriously, I looked for spots. nothing! I drove to auto bright car care yesterday based on all the great reviews on yelp. When I arrived there were no cars in line. I pulled in and selected the Gold package. As I drove into the car wash area, there was a guy who directed me with hand gestures. As I pulled in, I was greeted with a loud, "STOP!" No worries, I wasn't going that fast . He then just stared at me which prompted me to ask him what was next, since this was my first time at this establishment. He replies, "you pay first." He never greeted or said hi or hello. I was already apprehensive at this point to continue but I had no choice. I went through the drive through wash that fell like it was very quick. I then expected to be greeted on the other side with employees to drydown the vehicle or direct me to the next step but there was no one in sight. I pulled over and parked near the vacuums and inspected the exterior of the vehicle. I was sadly disappointed that the back of the SUV had not been touched at all. The tires were dirty and the entire vehicle was still dirty. In addition, the windshield had all the bug stain and splatter like nothing was done. I was so confused but had no one to speak to. Based on my previous experience with the drive through gentleman I was not interested in spending another dollar or asking for help. I have multiple vehicles which I was planning on bringing in but I will not be returning. I drove away with the interior and exterior of my car still dirty just feeling like I had been ripped off. I was interested in detailing my vehicles but after my first visit with the drive through I did not feel comfortable. My father only went here to get his car washed because they meticulously cleaned the cars of all the harsh grime, salt & sand better than any other car wash in the winter time. Amazing price and worth every penny. My car is like new! Such a thorough cleaning. Whatever they use for a deodorizer is very strong, so if your odor sensitive you might want to request to go light on it. One small problem I had was with the time frame. Dropped the car off at 8:15, and was asked if I was going to wait. I said I wasn't and to call when it was done. I called at 2:00 and asked about the progress and they said it wouldn't be done for another 2 hours or more. After thinking about it (and relying on a co-worker to give me a ride to pick it up) I called them back and told them it needed to be ready for 3:30 and it was. My car is akin to an office on wheels and it had become a repository for old French fries, random coins, orthodontic rubber bands, crumbs, receipts. It was a pig sty. I went to get my car washed before selling it, so it'd be shiny and attractive. This was early July. A faulty conveyor belt caused me to get stuck in the middle of the car wash (terrifying! no way to contact anybody to stop the car wash. It was also 95 degrees that day and my car had overheated in the car wash, so no AC. Very scary and unpleasant), This resulted in a giant SUV being conveyed right into very tiny car. It was 2 miles an hour or whatever, nobody was hurt, obviously. But probably because of the weight disparity in the cars, this caused a deep scratch on my bumber, beneath the paint, about 2" long. Not the end of the world, but 100% their fault. And not what I was looking for when trying to sell my car. Even if I wasn't, I wouldn't want a scratch like that in a New England winter. Rust central. I took photos, talked to the attendant who said they could give me a free wash (ha) and told me to call back the next day to talk to the manager. Fast forward about 10 phone calls, emails, being told to speak to Danny, who was unavailable, then Lance, who was on vacation. I was told to go get a written estimate for the damage and text it to Lance, which I did. Lance said by text message that he'd reimburse me IF I went and got it fixed first. 1. I'm not stupid, that's a bad idea to be out of pocket for something that you have no way of enforcing on. 2. I was trying to sell my car ASAP (hence the car wash). I didn't have time to go handle a repair, pay for it and maybe never get that money back. Probably I should have called my insurance. I even said they should just give me half the cost and call it a day, because I was sick of dealing with it/them. That seemed fair to me, generous even. I was met with radio silence. By then I'd sold my car and maybe they figured that there was nothing I could do to come after them. I like to think the best of people and not assume they're trying to screw me. The guys I spoke to sounded friendly and apologetic on the phone, so I was hopeful this would get worked out. But so much hassle later (phone calls! emails! eventually a BBB complain, which was ignored!), the question is simply whether they ever compensated me. Nothing. The car wash looked good! I guess if your car can handle a few scratches, the car wash itself is a good deal. EDIT: The business owner responded saying that somehow this was my fault, and also they offered to "buff out the scratch" (below the paint, mind you). But for the record, they never offered to do that. They had many ways to reach me. read more

I just had my car detailed yesterday and the work they did was phenomenal!!! I have two dogs and between their dog hair and dirt, my car was a mess. They not only cleaned the entire car by cleaning and wiping down the interior, vacuuming the floors and various areas, shampooing the carpets and seats, (including the trunk), but they opened up the inside area of where my wheel is and vacuumed there as well! The best car detailing in Framingham. I recently brought a black 2015 Civic EX in to be detailed (interior and exterior). I wanted it done professionally because I was turning in my lease early to upgrade to a newer model and wanted to make sure they buffed out any scratches or paint imperfections. Needless to say, they did an amazing job and the dealer gave me the most bang for my buck on my car. I'm sure the excellent interior and exterior detailing job they did helped. Their prices are reasonable compared to the competition (I paid $180 for their biggest detail package) however, I think they're able to cut into their profits because it's a car wash, a mechanic, and a gas station. I would definitely recommend this place and will be taking my vehicles back for a yearly detail. read more

They do a really nice job washing your car. They're fast, friendly and have many options (wheel clean, wax, etc.) to fit any budget. Best of all, the car washes are HALF price if you buy gas there. But, don't worry about them jacking up the prices of the gas. The prices are low if you pay by credit card and even lower if you pay by cash. They do a much better job than Scrub a Dub. Often when I bring it there, I either get water streaks or dirty, unwashed spots. No so with these guys comes out clean every time. They also will towel dry your car after the wash, but I prefer dry it myself with my own microfiber towels. Just park it over to the side and dry it yourself. read more

I chose to give Auto Bright Car Wash a try for car detailing after reading its reviews, and was not disappointed. I chose the $89 complete interior detailing package and would do it again in a heartbeat. I dropped my car off the night before, which they recommended to have it done earlier the next day. My only complaint is it was not completed until after 4pm, though after seeing the results, the inconvenience of not having my car for a whole day was a non-factor. They removed a number of stains from my upholstery, scrubbed the disgusting cup holders clean, vacuumed the interior, polished everything, cleaned the windows and truly had my car looking like new (and that's saying something as it's 11 years old). It also looked like they gave the outside of the car a quick wash and polished the tires, which was an added bonus and not part of the package. The other positive is that the gas station it's affiliated with is open 24/7, which makes dropping off and picking up your car even more convenient, since you're not tied to set hours.
