The facility is clean and everything works, but the operated wash is ludicrously overpriced. You need almost $5 to start, and you're feeding quarters for additional time at just over 3 minutes. The additional time is so short, you end up spending half of your time buying more time. What a rip off! It would be better if they at least had the card readers so you didn't have to spend so much time inserting quarters. read more

Fitzy's Car Wash just ruined my tires!!! I brought this to the attention of the employee, who promptly closed the washer door. I called the police who said it was a civil case and he couldn't help. However the officer did tell me he uses the wash and that the employee has been there a long time. AND the employee would not give me the manager's information. After traveling to VT and back, the outside of my car was a mess. I went to Fitzy's and got prompt service. The young man who manned the station was courteous and hard working. Hard to find these days. Wash was great and my car came out sparkling from the "works" wash. read more

This was a fantastic option for my wand wash since I had a roof tent on top of my car that I didn't want to haul off first. Sure the quarters go fast and the whole process feels retro beyond belief, but the car was happy I was happy and all I needed outta the place was delivered. read more

Fitzy's Super Stop and Wash is the cleanest, neatest, most well maintained car wash that I have ever visited. I washed our car in one of the self-service bays, and every piece of equipment that I came in contact with - - vacuum, coin box (for self-service wash) wash wand, brush wand, undercairage wand, and clips for car mats - - worked, and were in pristine condition. Nice self car wash in Framingham area. It's a bit pricey but I'm comparing it to Houston so likely normal. Can wash our sedan with $5 without the extra wax stuff. Was clean and there was no wait. Didn't try any of the vacuums or matt wash thing. read more

This is a response to RANDIE F.'s post: All you had to do was speak to the attendant and/or owner and they would have fixed your issues immediately. Trust me I know from experience. This is a very well maintained car wash with constant improvements being done. I just had to say something in regards to your post because all you had to do was say something and I guarantee you would have been more than satisfied. If you go through the drive through car wash your car is left with spots, so you'll need to completely towel dry your car after to get rid of this. Oh, and the guy that's supposed to wash the back of the car before you go through, does such a bad job that he might as well not do it at all ( and the car wash doesnt do it either). If you wash your car your self, you'll have to bring someone with you to feed the quarters in the machine because the time runs out almost as fast as you put the quarters in. It's a local joke to watch all the soap covered cars pull out of there because they ran out of quarters. I gave them 2 stars for how well kept the place is. They can't clean a car very well, but they sure keep a clean facility. read more

I've been a loyal customer here for years...but this place just lost my business for good...here's why: I brought my truck in to be washed yesterday. I was at the front of a line of about six vehicles. The guy running the place looked into the truck bed and told me I couldn't go through because there was a small amount of mulch in the bed. It was about a trowel full, no more than that. He told me I had to sweep it out. I explained (nicely) to him that I had already done that just before I drove the twenty minutes to get to the car wash, and asked if he has a small ladder or chair so I could to get up onto the truck bed (I have a bad knee, recently had major surgery, and am 73). Meanwhile, several of the customers in line started yelling at ME. Nonetheless, your manager had me back out of the line and drive away without getting a wash. I was pissed and humiliated. First let me say that the only reason I go here is because it's less than five minutes away from my parents' house. I went this summer to vacuum out my car and the brick stand holding the vacuum crumbled, falling and hitting my knee and ankle. Today I went to wash all the winter salt and grime off my car. First, the attendant forgot to give me back my credit card after I paid for my wash, leading me to track it down--a little anxiety provoking in a car wash. Then I tried to vacuum out my trunk, but the nozzle kept falling off the vacuum hose. Made the mistake of stopping here today to wash off the salt on my car. I started to pull in to the bay and he worked that is supposed to direct me was completely oblivious to anything I was doing and completely focused on his cell phone. His head was down and looking at his phone but waving me in to the bay and onto the metal tracks not knowing if I was too far left or right as he was instead looking at his phone. All of a sudden I hear a horrible crunch crack bang. I stop the car and the worker looks up I said "what was that"? And the worker says "oh it's fine" as if no big deal. The first 30 seconds of the car wash was not normal my tires didn't feel right but at that point it was too late. When I got home 2 minutes later I got out and all 4 of my hubcaps are scratched up all the way around. Great car wash. They have a vending machine to buy towels, tire shine, etc. Plenty of vacuums, three self washing bays, and a drive thru wash. I enjoy getting my ride cleaned up there. read more

if you have low profile rims don't go here as it scratched my 2014 lexus factory wheels. Dennis was nice enough to look at it but I went through the car wash again and it put an even bigger scratch in a different spot. Dennis called the other worker over and said "you saw that scratch" and of course the kid said yes as Dennis is the boss. Next was the suggestion to take it back to the dealer and see if they'll do anything. Come on Dennis own up to it your car wash scratched my wheel not once but twice. I love this Car Wash. Great value and my cars all ways come out of the tunnel clean,dry and shiny.Inside the tunnel has nice lights and seem to always be making improvements to the quality of the wash. read more
