I decided to speak to a representative on site, but all of the representatives ignored me and refused to speak to me. When I was finally able to speak to someone, they told me that I was not able to use the system anymore because I did not have a front license plate that was able to be picked up by the system. They even refused to manually redeem the unlimited membership for me despite showing them my active membership status. They also do not offer a barcode or code to enter into the terminal to redeem. They then said there was nothing else they could do to help me and when I reached out to their customer service I find out they don't even have an active email to contact for assistance. Thus, I wasted a $40 membership because THEIR system couldn't not recognize my car. I DO NOT recommend as they are not professional and do not care if you experience any issues. I attempted to reach out via the phone number listed multiple times but only reached a voicemail. I could not cancel the membership because it requires that you contact them, via the number provided, thus I was charged again for a membership I could not use. My only option was to contact my bank to get rid of the charge. In regard to the front license plate requirement, it seems rather restrictive and excluding given not every car has a front license plate especially if the car is registered outside the state of Massachusetts. I recommend that you (the owner) look into a back plate option.

Carwash took maybe 3 minutes tops, and car was about 90% or so clean on the outside, not bad for the sixteen bucks paid, and about all you can realistically expect from any automated wash. The $1 got rejected 3 times and when it was accepted it was asking for $5 more. The older gentlemen attendant came over and I told him I put in $6 and it wanted $5 more, he put in his own money and it started to work. He told me I only put in $1. I assured him I put in $6. If he is the owner he really needs to upgrade the equipment so it works properly. Also the wash was not as good as I had in the past, did not remove all the dirt, and the count down clock for the dryer was not working. Don't plan to go there again.
