I decided to speak to a representative on site, but all of the representatives ignored me and refused to speak to me. When I was finally able to speak to someone, they told me that I was not able to use the system anymore because I did not have a front license plate that was able to be picked up by the system. They even refused to manually redeem the unlimited membership for me despite showing them my active membership status. They also do not offer a barcode or code to enter into the terminal to redeem. They then said there was nothing else they could do to help me and when I reached out to their customer service I find out they don't even have an active email to contact for assistance. Thus, I wasted a $40 membership because THEIR system couldn't not recognize my car. I DO NOT recommend as they are not professional and do not care if you experience any issues. I attempted to reach out via the phone number listed multiple times but only reached a voicemail. I could not cancel the membership because it requires that you contact them, via the number provided, thus I was charged again for a membership I could not use. My only option was to contact my bank to get rid of the charge. In regard to the front license plate requirement, it seems rather restrictive and excluding given not every car has a front license plate especially if the car is registered outside the state of Massachusetts. I recommend that you (the owner) look into a back plate option.

They did make a mess of a parking lot, as what happens when you do that type of thing, but my neighbors started crying because the dirty water was running on to the freshly painted lines. I let them know and the guy turned around and came back and did a spray down of the entire dirty area in the parking lot right away. My only recommendation is if you get a mobile detailing, just put your car in a spot where the nearby area can get dirty for a bit until it rains so your neighbors don't also cry :) I probably should have parked at the very end of the lot, so it's more my mistake than theirs, but they took care of it right away.

The $1 got rejected 3 times and when it was accepted it was asking for $5 more. The older gentlemen attendant came over and I told him I put in $6 and it wanted $5 more, he put in his own money and it started to work. He told me I only put in $1. I assured him I put in $6. If he is the owner he really needs to upgrade the equipment so it works properly. Also the wash was not as good as I had in the past, did not remove all the dirt, and the count down clock for the dryer was not working. Don't plan to go there again.

The service took almost three hours, but after the employee left I realized that none of my interior doors were cleaned completely (the package I selected was "Interior Deluxe P3") and my seats were all left very damp. Overall, definitely not worth the money or time spent. He informed me that the Dealership did not replace hardware (a botched job) which resulted in the pan coming loose while I was driving on the highway. He replaced the hardware and secured the pan to the underbody of the car to make it more secure and his rates were more than resonable. I would highly recommend him.
