The older gentlemen attendant came over and I told him I put in $6 and it wanted $5 more, he put in his own money and it started to work. He told me I only put in $1. I assured him I put in $6. If he is the owner he really needs to upgrade the equipment so it works properly. Also the wash was not as good as I had in the past, did not remove all the dirt, and the count down clock for the dryer was not working. Don't plan to go there again.

I made an appointment online (which required me to pay upfront), but then the day before the appointment I received a text saying that they overbooked and couldn't take me. After two days of multiple miscommunications, they ended up coming to my home (which I initially appreciated)... The service took almost three hours, but after the employee left I realized that none of my interior doors were cleaned completely (the package I selected was "Interior Deluxe P3") and my seats were all left very damp. Overall, definitely not worth the money or time spent. Later, when I got a call that my car was ready and went to pay, the guy told me he didn't know how the system worked to apply the discount. I know it's not a big discount, but if they offer something, they should honor it. In the end, I paid the full price. Not sure if I'll be back. :(
