Flawless PPF Installation - Highly Recommend! This is my second time using Wheel Dynamics in Natick, and they knocked it out of the park again! Jeff is amazing. I brought my car in for paint protection film (PPF), and the quality of the installation is outstanding. The film is practically invisible - I can't find a single seam! They even took care of the headlights and cleaned up the entire car before handing it back. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship really set these guys apart. It's clear they take pride in what they do. If you're looking for PPF installation or paint protection in the Natick area, I can't recommend Wheel Dynamics enough. I'll definitely be back! read more

I've trusted Steve and the team at Wheel Dynamix for years, and they've never let me down. They have excellent experience with high-end cars, so I never worry about my vehicle being in the wrong hands. Steve mounts my winter tires every season, and the work is always done right. When I've needed an occasional tire patch, he's been incredibly accommodating, typically getting me in and out the same day. He's honest and straightforward, and he'll tell you what you actually need rather than upselling you. If you want a shop you can trust with a nice car, I highly recommend Wheel Dynamix. read more

This is a great place, came in for a 4whl alignment and they were thorough and quick. Wish I found them a couple years ago when I bought custom rims & tires online. I will shop here first when it's time for tires. read more

Wheel Dynamix - 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE AWD - Tires Near Me - Natick, Massachusetts

Excellent service by competent technicians, and priced reasonably. Highly recommend. They handle more than just tires and wheels.

Easily the most pleasant, educational experience I've had at an auto shop. Learned a ton, Jeff and Stephen are very knowledgeable and respectful. Got a new suspension put in and picked up very next day! Drives great! read more

Wheel Dynamix - 2011 4Runner limited - Tires Near Me - Natick, Massachusetts

Great service from Wheel Dynamix as always. Needed an alignment when I swapped to snow tires before destroying them and Jeff and crew were able to get us in quickly and get it taken care of. Appreciate the professionalism, quality and flexibility! read more

These guys are great. Easy to work with and quality job on a high end sports car 'road force' wheel balance. All good.

I have a 1994 Lincoln Town Car and they did a great job on the detail. The leather and carpet look almost brand new for a 27 year old car. I must have had a wheel cap stolen while the car was sitting there over night though, which is unfortunate. They are almost impossible to find now, so I am a bit upset that I am now missing a wheel cap and it will be extremely hard to find another one. read more

This is the best mechanic I've been so far. Jeff, Steve and their team very nice, kind and professional. If you looking for a good mechanic this is the one. read more

Jeff and his team provide excellent and trustworthy service. I never have any concerns about having my car serviced at Wheel Dynamix.

Recently had a remote start put in on my 2013 Kia Soul and everyone i spoke with were most polite and informative about the unit and the other services that they offer. Plan to return to have my Soul detailed. Thank you for a good first impression! Bonnie E. read more

I drove on a flat tire and ruined it the morning we were going on a family vacation. The owner Jeff couldn't get me a new tire, but looked around and found a close enough tire lying around the shop that he immediately put on my car. He saved my vacation and also arranged a time for me to get a replacement tire that meant I didn't have to rent a car for a day. Jeff went way beyond what was necessary to help me out. I picked this place because of the great reviews on line, and I want to add my own 5 star review. read more

For anyone that's a car enthusiast that also likes to tinker on your own car, this shop is NOT a supporter of those that DIY. I was informed by the Jeff (the owner) that they only service what they sell and nothing else. So this means: If you have new-in-box parts that you wanted help installing, or have entirely installed by them, they won't do it because you didn't buy the parts from them. It might sound like a fair policy from a liability point of view, but unfortunately it also means that you would be limited to whatever equipment that they sell. Those who have specific wants or high-end taste would be limited to their selection. I actually mentioned a suspension brand that's been around for over 40 years and has won the Le Mans, Indy 500, etc, numerous times, and they never even heard of it before. Their suspension ranges from $2k+ to $10k+ for street and track cars. Maybe it's too high end for this shop? Whether they're not confident enough in their abilities to install new-in-box parts from well-known brands, or if it's not worth doing because they didn't get additional margins on parts to do just the labor, it's not what I was expecting from a shop with a "good reputation" as suggested by other yelpers. I would expect that there'd at least be SOME option like potentially waiving any responsibility if the part was faulty as long as it was not an installation error. It's the unwillingness to help that's disappointing. read more

100% Outstanding service. Rim restoration, mounting new tires and frontend alignment was performed with perfection and completed sooner than expected at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Wheel Dynamix!! read more

I have had Jeff work on all my cars for at least the past 10 years. I just had Wheel Dynamix tint my Mercedes C63s coupe and it looks great. - Their prices are more than reasonable. - Stands by his work 100% - Highly recommend him for any work you might need. - Friendly Backing it up with a little history of myself: I have dealt with a lot of automotive shops; also I was in the car biz for over 35 years and have owned over 50 cars. first winter in New England and I park my car outside = remote starter. not the cheapest place I found, but very quickly found you get what you pay for. Jeff knows his stuff - too professional. Remote starter and some minor work done. Not looking forward to the cold, but at least the heat will be on when I get to my car. going to have my car detailed in a few weeks. read more

The owner is arrogant. He puts more energy into making sure you know he thinks he's an expert than he does in actual customer service. He also thinks acting bigoted is funny. Very unprofessional read more

This is probably the easiest five star review I'll ever leave. Jeff was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His reputation from reviews online was fantastic but I was still more pleased than I expected to be from my interactions with him and the company. I used a Groupon and typically my experience has been that the level of service you receive is "less than" if you hadn't used one. It was 180 degrees the opposite here. Jeff made me feel like I was the most important client in the interaction we had. He is a genuinely nice and sincere person. He takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work and it shows through. I rarely come away from an interaction with a business wishing there were more I needed done in their area of expertise, but in this situation I wish I needed more done for my car so that I could take it there. I will likely be back to get my windows tinted in the spring and could not feel any more positively than I do about giving my business to Wheel Dynamix. Everyone I dealt with there was extremely pleasant to deal with from start to finish and the way they do things is second to none. I will happily recommend Jeff and the company to everyone I can think of that might be in need of their services. I left feeling like the money I paid was far exceeded by the work and experience of dealing with Jeff and his company. read more

Great shop that does quality work. I always take my SQ5 to Jeff and his team at Wheel Dynamix.

Very nice people and knowledgeable. Did a very quick repair for me and I was on my way. I'm sure I will use them again-- it's getting harder to find a tire shop that doesn't damage a beautiful set of alloy wheels. read more

There's a reason they have such a good rating. Recently came here to get some new BBS wheels for my Audi. I'm incredibly particular with keeping my car up. Having tires mounted is always a point of stress for me as shops often don't take the extra time and care to ensure wheels aren't scratched in the process. All of my wheels were flawless. Additionally the owner Jeff was incredibly helpful in the process of buying the wheels and making sure the fitment was just right. Can't recommend them enough read more

Another good experience at Wheel Dynamix. Went in to swap a set of tires and replace a tire. There was some confusion over the appointment but as usual, Jeff, the owner put the customer first and took care of everything. Nothing dramatic, just continual good service that I thought was worth mentioning. read more

Got a Groupon for a remote starter. Everything from calling them and asking them a hundred question to setting up the appointment and installation went smooth. They were very polite, professional and had great customer service. I ended up with 2 remote starters at no additional cost. For all of those reviews that are complaining regarding the "additional" cost well I gotta say one thing. If you don't do your homework you will end up feeling that way. All the additional costs are explained on the Groupon page plus the guys at this place will answer any questions regarding that and give you a pretty accurate quote if you supply them with your vehicle information. All I have to say is that I am very happy with the service and installation and that I will definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

Can't say enough good about these guys. I found them on the manufacturers web site for xpel paint protection, and then followed-up by checking them out on Yelp. I was skeptical about the product as I had a very old experience with protective film. They walked me through the process and the after care. It came out so perfect, I went back and had them ceramic the car. Not only is the service perfect, but they are licensed to "print" xpel on site, so there is no wait time for product. I recommend this business whole heartedly. read more

Thank you, thank you! Jeff and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I appreciated that Jeff guided me to making the appropriate decisions regarding the services I sought. I had a tremendous experience at Wheel Dynamix!! Like some other on here, I too purchased a Groupon for the remote starter. When I called to schedule the appointment, they were clear on the procedures and pricing, and patiently answered all of my questions. I had the installation done today, and it was an absolute breeze!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone (and in fact in the last hour I already have). They definitely went above and beyond by rushing my installation since I had to wait, and the atmosphere was very laid back and friendly. They even offered to give me the wi-fi information so I could do some work on my laptop. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. If you are considering buying the Groupon or having work done in general, Wheel Dynamix is as good as it gets. They've made a new customer out of me for sure. read more

Jeff and his team put a 2 inch lift on my stock 07 Xterra along with putting on my 33 inch BF Goodirch tires. they also did an alignment. I've had everything done to my vehicles from tire replacement to installation of paint protection film. Everything is done with precision and care. Wheel Dynamix was recommended to me by a friend. I came for a general oil change and a minor question. Service was started on time while I waited in a clean, comfortable waiting area. Jeff, the owner, was friendly and made me feel comfortable as a first time customer. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of my service with no attempt to add something I didn't need. Best of all, my seat was in the same position I left it in! As I was waiting, other customers came and went. Each was greeted as a friend. I will definitely go back for future servicing and recommend to friends in the area. I'm so glad to have found honest, friendly service. read more

Wheel repair isn't easy! Jeff has done amazing. He is honest and will try his best. Most people just out source the work or have third party stop by and do a Micky Mouse repair. Very easy to leave this business a 5 star review. When you first walk in it's very hard not to notice how clean the office is. The owner Jeff is very easy to talk to and has a great deal amount of patience. My wife's Mercedes got a flat tire. We needed it repaired right away for the fact she drives an hour to school and I work with my truck and couldn't give her my vehicle for the day. I explained the situation to Jeff and he put a loaner tire on her car to help us out. Her tire was a special order and had to match the other three because it was all wheel drive. When the tire came in we brought her car in for the tire swap. He did not charge us for the loaner or even for the labor of putting on and taking off loaner. I've also used this place for my other vehicles in the past and will continue to in the future. Great business ! read more

I don't trust anyone else but Jeff and his team for my wheels, tires, brakes, alignment and a wide variety of other work. Jeff does amazing window tint and clear bra. He's put in aftermarket bluetooth for me as well. Don't hesitate to call and see if they can do what you need. The list of custom work I would trust Jeff with is never ending. read more
