I have a 1994 Lincoln Town Car and they did a great job on the detail. The leather and carpet look almost brand new for a 27 year old car. I must have had a wheel cap stolen while the car was sitting there over night though, which is unfortunate. For anyone that's a car enthusiast that also likes to tinker on your own car, this shop is NOT a supporter of those that DIY. I was informed by the Jeff (the owner) that they only service what they sell and nothing else. So this means: If you have new-in-box parts that you wanted help installing, or have entirely installed by them, they won't do it because you didn't buy the parts from them. It might sound like a fair policy from a liability point of view, but unfortunately it also means that you would be limited to whatever equipment that they sell. Those who have specific wants or high-end taste would be limited to their selection. I actually mentioned a suspension brand that's been around for over 40 years and has won the Le Mans, Indy 500, etc, numerous times, and they never even heard of it before. Their suspension ranges from $2k+ to $10k+ for street and track cars. Maybe it's too high end for this shop? Whether they're not confident enough in their abilities to install new-in-box parts from well-known brands, or if it's not worth doing because they didn't get additional margins on parts to do just the labor, it's not what I was expecting from a shop with a "good reputation" as suggested by other yelpers. I would expect that there'd at least be SOME option like potentially waiving any responsibility if the part was faulty as long as it was not an installation error. It's the unwillingness to help that's disappointing. read more

This is probably the easiest five star review I'll ever leave. Jeff was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His reputation from reviews online was fantastic but I was still more pleased than I expected to be from my interactions with him and the company. I used a Groupon and typically my experience has been that the level of service you receive is "less than" if you hadn't used one. It was 180 degrees the opposite here. Jeff made me feel like I was the most important client in the interaction we had. He is a genuinely nice and sincere person. He takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work and it shows through. I rarely come away from an interaction with a business wishing there were more I needed done in their area of expertise, but in this situation I wish I needed more done for my car so that I could take it there. I will likely be back to get my windows tinted in the spring and could not feel any more positively than I do about giving my business to Wheel Dynamix. Everyone I dealt with there was extremely pleasant to deal with from start to finish and the way they do things is second to none. I will happily recommend Jeff and the company to everyone I can think of that might be in need of their services. Having tires mounted is always a point of stress for me as shops often don't take the extra time and care to ensure wheels aren't scratched in the process. All of my wheels were flawless. I was skeptical about the product as I had a very old experience with protective film. They walked me through the process and the after care. It came out so perfect, I went back and had them ceramic the car. Not only is the service perfect, but they are licensed to "print" xpel on site, so there is no wait time for product. Got a Groupon for a remote starter. Everything from calling them and asking them a hundred question to setting up the appointment and installation went smooth. They were very polite, professional and had great customer service. I ended up with 2 remote starters at no additional cost. For all of those reviews that are complaining regarding the "additional" cost well I gotta say one thing. If you don't do your homework you will end up feeling that way. All the additional costs are explained on the Groupon page plus the guys at this place will answer any questions regarding that and give you a pretty accurate quote if you supply them with your vehicle information. When I called to schedule the appointment, they were clear on the procedures and pricing, and patiently answered all of my questions. I had the installation done today, and it was an absolute breeze!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone (and in fact in the last hour I already have). They definitely went above and beyond by rushing my installation since I had to wait, and the atmosphere was very laid back and friendly. They even offered to give me the wi-fi information so I could do some work on my laptop. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. Very easy to leave this business a 5 star review. When you first walk in it's very hard not to notice how clean the office is. The owner Jeff is very easy to talk to and has a great deal amount of patience. My wife's Mercedes got a flat tire. We needed it repaired right away for the fact she drives an hour to school and I work with my truck and couldn't give her my vehicle for the day. I explained the situation to Jeff and he put a loaner tire on her car to help us out. Her tire was a special order and had to match the other three because it was all wheel drive. When the tire came in we brought her car in for the tire swap. He did not charge us for the loaner or even for the labor of putting on and taking off loaner.
