I decided to speak to a representative on site, but all of the representatives ignored me and refused to speak to me. When I was finally able to speak to someone, they told me that I was not able to use the system anymore because I did not have a front license plate that was able to be picked up by the system. They even refused to manually redeem the unlimited membership for me despite showing them my active membership status. They also do not offer a barcode or code to enter into the terminal to redeem. They then said there was nothing else they could do to help me and when I reached out to their customer service I find out they don't even have an active email to contact for assistance. Thus, I wasted a $40 membership because THEIR system couldn't not recognize my car. I DO NOT recommend as they are not professional and do not care if you experience any issues. I attempted to reach out via the phone number listed multiple times but only reached a voicemail. I could not cancel the membership because it requires that you contact them, via the number provided, thus I was charged again for a membership I could not use. My only option was to contact my bank to get rid of the charge. In regard to the front license plate requirement, it seems rather restrictive and excluding given not every car has a front license plate especially if the car is registered outside the state of Massachusetts. I recommend that you (the owner) look into a back plate option.

(NOTE: All the 1-2 star reviews seem to be about those higher $$$ non-self services.) Will probably become my new go-to carwash place, due to their superior payment machine: you can just tap your credit card, making it much snappier than the old slide-through one at the Somerville Carwash on Washington St where I usually go. More importantly, the timer display is highly visible: nice big 2" tall bright red numbers on a monitor that is slanted in a corner making it much more visible than a flat-against-the-wall display. I just cough up my $6 for 5 minutes, enough time to do the high pressure soap spray followed by high pressure rinse spray, to get the layer of icky road salt off, and away I go. And last but not least, the self service bays are closed at one end, which means you have to back out when leaving, but is quite a blessing on cold blustery days! I would not want to come here during the really busy daytime hours especially when people get out from work, but it does seem to be thoughtfully set up with traffic cones creating orderly lanes for the automated washes, hand washes, and self-service bays---far better than that godawful place in Arlington I tried once. Luckily I always go in the evening after my Y (just 4 minutes away) closes, so no danger of that ever happening.

One of the biggest advantages for me is that they offer a touchless option--many car washes don't. For Tesla owners, that's a significant benefit, as Tesla car wash mode is a PIA! Traditional conveyor-style tunnel washes can be a hassle with a Tesla because you need to activate Car Wash Mode before driving onto the conveyor belt: 1. Put the Model 3 in Park. 2. On the touchscreen, select: Controls -- Service -- Car Wash Mode. 3. While keeping your foot on the brake, select Enable Free Roll. 4. Once Free Roll is engaged, release the brake. 5. And do these quickly while it's your turn! I've only used a traditional conveyor wash with my Tesla once, and that was enough. I struggled to get the car into Free Roll quickly enough, and the staff had to stop the conveyor until I did. That's why I prefer Fitzy's touchless wash. I simply park the car, and the equipment does the rest--no rushing, no stress, and no worries about getting into Free Roll at the right moment. The dryers could be a bit more effective, but Fitzy's provides towel stations so you can quickly dry any remaining water spots before leaving. I've also used Fitzy's traditional conveyor wash with other vehicles, and it works well. Overall, I can comfortably recommend both options, with the touchless wash being my first choice for Tesla owners.

I inspected it after and saw the dent, alerted the young man who worked there. He was very apologetic and acknowledged the situation, but said he just worked there and couldn't do anything. He gave me a number to call. However, I called and it went to a fax machine. I found the number online and it was the same number. The damage isn't severe, but was enough to make me upset. I usually use the self serve and the touchless service, which are far safer. If I do decide to return, I'll use those options and avoid the popular drive through machines. Cheers!

This car wash is located in the back of a small commercial building which includes a Subway. It…read morelooks a little dated both inside and out, but does an adequate job washing my car. There are other options in the area, including a touch-less car wash, and a few miles away, a more robust Scrub a Dub and Fitzy's. One negative is the dryer at the end of the wash. It's an old style with small rollers, that roll over the top of the car. Newer car washes don't use this, and many car washes today focus on never touching the car. That said, it's convenient, gets the job done and I would return as needed if in the area.

The service took almost three hours, but after the employee left I realized that none of my interior doors were cleaned completely (the package I selected was "Interior Deluxe P3") and my seats were all left very damp. Overall, definitely not worth the money or time spent. They told me they had three cars to work on before mine, and only two people were working. I initially wanted both interior and exterior cleaning, but since I had to wait, they said my car wouldn't be ready in time. I decided to go with interior cleaning only since I really needed the service. Before leaving my car, I asked about the 10% discount mentioned on their website when booking the appointment. Later, when I got a call that my car was ready and went to pay, the guy told me he didn't know how the system worked to apply the discount. I know it's not a big discount, but if they offer something, they should honor it. In the end, I paid the full price. Not sure if I'll be back. :(
