They came to my work and allowed me to drop off the car in their care in the morning and then called me when it was complete in the afternoon. Unfortunately, it was rainy this day and even though they had a tent to cover the car while detailing, the rain made it difficult to inspect. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me to bring it back next week with any issues I had and they will do another exterior cleaning. I brought the car back to them at work two weeks later because I had missed them the previous week. I reported a few missed areas on the inside and again, they took the car in the morning and called me up in the afternoon. They walked over the work with me and wanted to know that I was 100% satisfied. The car looks awesome on the inside and outside. The convenience of them coming to my workplace was amazing. I had been dragging my feet on getting my car detailed because I didn't make time on the weekends to drop my car to get detailed. I really enjoyed their satisfaction policy and easy-to-work with attitude of ensuring the work is performed properly. I will be sure to use them again. I recommend inquiring to see if your workplace will schedule them to come over.

Very disappointed- I had booked an appointment with them…read morelast minute and was grateful they were able to take me so quickly. I just just bought a used car and wanted it to look brand new. However, when I picked up my car I was shocked to see what a mediocre job was done. I paid $300 for a "Complete" detail and though the outside looked great, the interior had many missed spots. The nooks and crannies of the car were ignored and little effort was made to get into the small (but reachable) crevices. One of the back windows was all smudged, and the glove box was still filthy from the previous owner. I could have saved $300 and did it myself, still getting a better result. When I walked in to pay the entire place smelled like marijuana. After reaching out to Eddie he stated the marijuana smell is left from other cars being cleaned. I also emailed him with pictures and he has ignored me- it's been a week and a half and I still haven't heard a reply. I've uploaded pictures of the back window smudges, glove box dirt/dust, and the gear knob with debris. Don't waste your time or money here!!!

And, as…read morethe old saying goes, you get what you pay for, and I don't mind paying out when I'm getting the highest available quality - and that's what this place offers. Even when they were done with my black 2025 RAV4, I noticed a couple small marks on the hood that I thought were imperfections, possibly from their work or maybe high spots from the multiple layers of ceramic coating that I thought maybe weren't buffed out even evenly. Even though the owner did politely suspect that it might've been from some tree sap (that I did come in with) that he thought maybe actually etched into the clearcoat paint, still, he had the entire hood redone without charging me, just to be sure and so he took the position assuming that the customer might be right. Well, in the end I was wrong - and still this guy had the highest level of integrity I've run into in a long time (in any business). I am definitely always taking my car back and recommending this place. It's not often that you find extremely high-quality work combined with very great customer service and integrity.
