We dropped it off around 11:15am and Chris said it would be ready before 3pm.  We called just before 3pm as we hadn't heard anything, they said to come by at 5pm as they were in the process of cleaning it and wanted more time to be thorough. They don't have a place where you can wait while they clean your car, so my wife had to take a Lyft there and back. She got there at 5pm and no one is there. The place is locked up. Our car is sitting where she had parked it when she arrived, they never even touched it. We paid a deposit through their website for a service they never even started. They had our main set of keys for the car. My wife said she had to bang on their garage door over and over until Chris finally opened the door and didn't even have an excuse of why he didn't do any cleaning on our car. She told him to refund our deposit, if they don't we will be calling the cops on them for theft. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else, Chris is a thief. You've been warned.

Since I had my other appointment, he told me to come at 5pm. No big deal, I'm sure they're busy and I appreciate that they want to do a good job, so I changed my plans around and return at 5pm instead. My Lyft drops me off at 5pm, and I see my car sitting exactly where I left it. The door was locked and no one answered when I knocked on it, so I tried calling. I called and texted several times with no answer. Luckily I found my spare key in my bag. I got in my car to find that he hadn't done anything, I don't think he even touched it all day. Right as I was about to leave, someone else pulled up to pick up their car. I asked her if she had been able to get through to them on the phone, and she said no. We both banged on the door several times before Chris finally answered. Chris came stumbling out, unable to put a sentence together, let alone give me a reason why he didn't complete the services I had scheduled for the day. I don't know what he was doing in his garage all day, but it was definitely not detailing cars. I would never trust someone with my car who was in the state he was in when he answered the door. My day was wasted as well as the money I spent on the Lyft to get home and back. I told Chris that I expect my deposit to be refunded immediately, and hopefully he is aware enough to accomplish that. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. This whole experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.
