I paid almost $500 For the full inside and out "deep clean"detailing package on my truck and ultimately didn't feel like the value was there. For that kind of money I expected more... 1. What I liked: I really like the way they cleaned the engine and the wheels. 2. Things that were just OK: the exterior wax job looked just ok. I guess I was expecting a little more, a better shine. Wax job effect really didn't seem to last that long. In fairness, the truck is 8 yrs old and not garaged so Maybe I was expecting too much 3. Things I didn't like: The vacuum job on the interior. there was still sand and dirt visible in the tight places between the seats. It's the kind of stuff I can't get to when I vacuum the car myself which is why I brought it to a detailer. They never washed out the bed of the truck. 4. What I really didn't like: Without asking me, they put several Haddad stickers on the windows which I removed immediately. Overall I just don't feel like the value was there for $500. These guys are the best. I have a 14 small suv. Also have a German shepherd dog. The backseat was covered in gross dog mess and also blood from her nails being cut too short a couple of times. I even tried to use some Pinterest diy stuff to attempt to get the car back to clean. I couldn't do it. But they can. It's like a brand new car. Terrible, Dishonest, Thieves!!!! $350 Deep Cleaning for a pretty straight forward interior detail of an SUV that was in completely reasonable condition before going in to be cleaned. Even after having to bring it back for a second attempt, the windows hadn't been wiped on the inside, no carpet cleaning to speak of and dirt and debris in crevices that weren't even hard to reached. My car has been returned to me with more attention to detail paid after an oil change at a dealership. I can't remember the last time I was this disappointed. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Cruze 4 months ago and it was my first ever brand new car. So when I had my car transported from Nevada to Massachusetts and the auto hauled left the windows open, I was beside myself and wanted to get it cleaned and restored to "new" as soon as possible. Of course the interior of the car was dusty, wet, and it smelled. I called many auto detailers in the area and Haddad was the only one who could fit me in within the next couple days. I had seen on yelp and heard from family, many positive things about Haddad, but they exceeded all expectations! I was originally on the schedule for a Monday, but Wayne told me to bring it in Friday, as they could squeeze me in and I happily obliged. He sold me on an interior shampooing and an exterior wash and wax. After spending 5 months in the Nevada desert sun, I did not realize how dirty and bleached the car seemed until the beautiful exterior wash and reconditioning was done! He also took care of all the interior dirt, grime, water, and smell. Honestly, I think my car looks better now then when I drove it off the lot in February. I can not thank Haddad enough for the amazing job they did. In addition to the fantastic work, the office was clean and welcoming. I personally dealt with Dave and Wayne. Both were professional, courteous, and generally cared about me. Wayne even spent a good 20 minutes with me before the work to go over what he would do, and after to review the work. He even educated me in the best snow brush to use this winter! I'm born and raised in MA, but after 5 years in the desert, this refresher was invaluable. I have a ten year old car, no kids, no pets. I'm not messy but don't take the time to clean the interior either. I had my car detailed once years ago (somewhere else) and it was okay but nothing that I'd bother doing again. This time I went to Haddad's and am amazed at how beautiful they made my car! I'm attaching before and after photos of my rims (which are original to the car so 10 years old). I can't believe that they were able to restore them! I didn't take pictures of the interior but that came out nicer than I would have ever thought. They even cleaned the engine! I paid a little more than I had a few years ago but it was SO worth it. Also, I learned that if you come back every 4 months, as a maintenance, the cost won't be as much because they obviously don't have to clean years of gunk, just 4 months. Wayne recommended that I go through a touchless car wash every week - he clearly knows his stuff and cares about his product. He has good people working there ... I have a 08 Toyota Prius and I've traveled to 24 states since the beginning of the year. I've slept in my car, spilled coffee and mashed junior mints into crevices by accident. I'm not too careful and it's started to look pretty rough in there. I love my car and want to make sure it lasts and looks good. So I decided to invest in it by getting it cleaned. I had exterior done and full interior done plus headlights buffed out. I dropped it off early AM and a little after 2 o'clock I got a call it was done. It was better than I expected. I never thought I'd say this but having a bottle of balsamic vinegar explode on my front seat was the best thing that ever happened to my vehicle. Until this incident, id been going to Honda bi--annually for a car detail. A paid a little north of $100 to have my car washed and detailed. I thought they were doing a good job and that I was getting a steal. After going to Haddad, I realize that those details were a massive waste of money. My front seats were washed but the stains I had on them (pre-vinegar explosion) them never went away. I thought they were permanent since. Fast forward to last week when the heat caused a bottle of vinegar to crack/explode in my front passenger seat. It leaked all the way through the floor of my vehicle. My car reeked and looked horrendous (hence the fact that they used my seat as a before picture on their Facebook page last week‍). Iwas pissed. I found Haddad online and thought they were absurdly overpriced (assuming they'd be doing what the Honda dealership had always done) but their reviews looked good, they said they'd be able to get the stain out, and they were able to get me in the next day. I was sold on their turnaround time as I was leaving for the holiday for almost a week and couldn't have this vinegar set in my seat any longer. I was shocked when I saw what my car looked like after the seats had dried. The inside looked brand new again (2015 Honda Accord). I couldn't believe it. This is the most impressive detail job I've ever seen. I paid $385 but it was worth every single penny and I intend to go back annually to keep my car looking new. My car looks years younger! Really has made me like my car again to keep it longer. I didn't realize how dull the color was, but its color and shine are very impressive now. They were able to buff out some surface marks completely and my wheels look brand new. I got the full works with interior shampoo because I never did this with an auto detail shop before. Gave my daughter a $215 gift certificate for her birthday. I was told this would cover everything; both inside and outside. When she brought the car in she was completely taken advantage of and was charged an additional $135 for washing and waxing that Wayne convinced her "she absolutely needed." Her car is a one-year old 2020 Toyota Corolla. She was charged an additional $40 for a wash and $95 for a wax. The total was a ridiculous $350 for a 2020 Toyota Corolla!!! Wayne argued the extra cost and was extremely condescending and degrading. Yes, Wayne, I knew this wasn't a car wash! To safe face, he sent us three $40 dollar gift certificates. I should have learned my lesson, but thought I'd give them another chance to make things right. Brought my other daughter's car in and was told I couldn't use all the gift certificates for this visit. Don't get me wrong, the cars looked great but the extent they go through to sell you more than you need and their astronomical overpricing is disgusting! Don't get taken advantage of...go elsewhere!! They did a fabulous job. As incentive to get my fiance to quit smoking, I told him I would get his CR-V detailed once he quit. After years of smoking and ash the interior was pretty grubby. I went with a full interior and exterior detail and they added headlight cleaning for free. My fiance was over the moon. He said he didn't believe his car could be so clean again. This 10 year old car looks brand new now, inside and out. We will definitely be bringing another car there soon. Wayne is a great guy and offered to drive me to work while the car was being done. Went in for a vacuum I'd gotten a Groupon for and the owner came out and immediately tried to upsell me with a few different packages, and I had to say no four times. My car is an almost three month old lease and the suggestions he was making for what my car "needed" were ridiculous. I mistakenly used a powerful cleaner from the janitors closet to clean bird poop of my car. I ruined my paint job in the process. I love my 2009 Honda Accord coupe so I proceeded to try to fix the paint myself. I just made it worse. That's when I decided to go to haddad's auto detail. They made my car look like new. They did a great job. They also showed me a few tips on how to maintain the wax job they did on my car. Overall great service and great results. I can't give 5 stars because it wasn't perfect and I'll explain why...I brought my car to Haddad because my cooler leaked in the back/trunk area of my hatchback. It smelt musty for about a month. Water was trapped inside the spare tire area. Gross. I tried everything to clean it myself, but I said screw it... I'll get it in for a deep clean. At this point I've had my car for almost 5 years and never shampooed my carpets. I have my car detailed 2x a year, and maintain it with washes. I knew it was going to be pricey because their services aren't cheap. I bit the bullet and made the appointment. I'm happy it's clean and smell free, but part of me wishes a $420 cleaning would warrant me not having to finish the job. Before I get into the issue... I want to stress that my car looks amazing! Brand new. They know how to detail and went over every nook and cranny thoroughly. They even cleaned out and under my trunk (where the leak was). I guess they don't typically do that. All of the pet hair was gone, everything "looks" great.. No denying that. They even took a small dent out of the front bumper for me, which I thought was fantastic. I was shocked! The issue I had was with the wet rugs/mats. The hatchback/trunk area of my car has a black mat that covers the spare tire. That's the area of the car that brought me to Haddad in the first place. Remember musty smell and water? Well.. When I picked up my car, I was informed that all of my mats needed to be dried further since they were still wet. This meant I had to take them out of the car and dry them myself. Not what I expected for the price.. I thought I had to hang the 4 regular mats, so I was fine. If I asked the technician about the mat in my trunk. He confirmed that one needed to be dried also. Good thing I asked is all! Water would've leaked all over into that area again. Why...? Because that mat wasn't at all dry or damp. It was wet. So wet, that when I brought it home to hang dry, it tracked water throughout the house (sprinkling outside so I couldn't put it on the deck and no the water wasn't from the rain). Not only that... After I hung it, a puddle of water collected underneath. It became a huge mess I had to clean up. I'm not talking a small amount either. I wish I took a picture. I'd go back there and try again. At the moment, I would recommend them because I think my situation was a "special case". I did have musty odor to take care of and they probably had to do a little extra work. I don't know much about the detailing industry. I did feel they may have had a lot of cars to work on, so mine was rushed? I'm basing that on assumption only. Maybe I'm wrong for being a little upset my mats were wet. Maybe mats are supposed to be wet when you get your car back? I never had a shampooing before. I assumed I would be able to drive off and not have to do extra work to complete their job. Especially with the hefty price tag. I don't mind paying for exceptional work. I do mind paying A LOT for a service that was incomplete. If I do go back I will report whether or not my mats are dry. Overall, I love the detailing and how great my car looks after 5 years. read more

Quality work and fast service. My vehicle was ready in less time than I expected. Few troubled spots of paint on bumper.....gone! While in service my car died. The shop had to jump start my vehicle, and not only was I given the address of where I could purchase a car battery, but the owner Wayne called the shop to let them know I was on my way. My car was incredibly clean and shiny, and Wayne saved me time & money from potentially being stranded with a dead car battery. Now that's what I call, "Above and Beyond". He was super accommodating and willing to work with me on payment logistics, use of a courtesy car, etc. Picked up the car this afternoon and OH MY WORD does it look amazing! I purchased the Groupon to have my car detailed. Looking at the detailed services online, I decided to upgrade the detailing package. The manager gave it the OK. When I came back to get my car, Haddad tried to charge me just over $200. When I calculated the difference for the upgrade myself, it was about $70. When I asked about the discrepancy, the manager said it was because my car was charged at the mini-SUV price. I have a Subaru Impreza sedan (without the hatchback). He lowered the price to about $150 - claiming he charged more because of touch ups he made to my car... a service I did not ask for. Lastly, when I went out to my car to see the touchups, the touch up paint did not match my car paint whatsoever. I ended up taking the time to remove the touchup paint and doing it myself. My car was a disaster, including a huge stain from spilled food I was taking to a dinner. The interior hadn't been cleaned in years.The outside was covered with scratches and paint from an old scrape. We took my car in this week. After he checked out the car, we were advised the best options to get interior and exterior clean. I went with his suggestion ( he's the expert, clearly I am not). I took my Dad's old truck to them....he had not ever cleaned it and so it had old melted candies in the console...dirt from years of abuse....stains on the seats...the floor mats were (like the rest of the truck) absolutely disgusting. What I got back could absolutely be described as a showroom quality truck. I have NO idea how they work such magic. My son is getting the truck and he was literally blown away that it was the same truck. I can not recommend their services enough. I had left a gallon of milk underneath one of the back seats and the gallon of milk must have been leaking slowly for a week before I realized it. Let me tell you, the stench from rotting milk is probably one of the WORST smells on Earth, completely unbearable. I had tried everything on my own (without actually burning the car itself) to get my car to a point where I could at least sit in it without vomiting myself but nothing worked. Trust me, I tried every off the counter car shampoo and even DIY home remedies. I honestly started to think that I might have to buy a new car at this point. Fortunately, a Facebook AD directed me to Haddad's and I decided to take a chance. This was probably one of the BEST decisions I have ever made. I was afraid of going in originally because I was embarrassed to tell how I had gotten myself into this mess in the first place but I felt so welcomed. The team that worked on my car was so professional and assured me that they would be able to get that rancid milk out of my car. In one day, my car was stench free and just like new! The owner is a business man and, of course, tried to get me to trade up to a more expensive package. Hey, all the power to him. At that time, I didn't buy anything extra. He did a great job on my car. A few months later I was talking to my husband about replacing my 10 year old Honda. It's a great car and paid for. I remembered what haddad said about buffing out the paint and making it all shiny again. So I invested in what would be about two car payments to get my car buffed and shampooed. Well, it came out great. So many of the little nicks disappeared. The windows were crystal clear the car smells awesome. He also removed a small crease on my door with paint less dent removal. It came out good and was 1/3 the price of a body shop. I am pleased with my investment. Bravo! read more

Went for first time for a wash, vacuum windows. I was charged $100. No joke. This was not a messy car. I have it washed weekly by hand and vacuumed at my office in the Boston financial district where I pay $35 for the same service. I deeply regret not disputing the bill considering what I got for my $. For $50 more ($150 total) at most places I could get a full detail. The wash was good but no better than a wash windows and vacuum you would get at the Natick Mall or the garage in the state street building in Boston. The gentleman who washed my car was quick to point out that he vacuumed my trunk (he charged me extra for that) and that he cleaned my mats which are rubber (the mats also contributed to the cost). Hosing off rubber mats is actually expected when you pay to have your interior cleaned in my experience. It's not as if he shampooed my summer carpeted floor-mats. So in the end my car was washed, vacuumed and the windows were cleaned for $100. 2 stars: wash was actually well done. However, for $100 I would expect a tire shine. Surprised he did not do the tires and tack on a cost like the mats and trunk. It's plausible this guy thought I was rich because I have a nice car or that I am stupid which I am because I did not dispute the bill. In the end I literally paid $100 to have my car washed. Shame on me! Also, if it were $45 and he said "your trunk was a mess so I vacuumed it" I would pay the extra $5. My trunk still had Golf season left in it so I'll concede that one. Got the basic interior cleaning and the exterior spot buffing, dent removal and basic wash. I had a dent on my car for about 8 months from a cart in a parking lot. The dent removal got rid of it completely, like it never even happened. The rest of the small lines from bags hitting the doors went away with the spot buffing. You are able to go to location and get a direct quote. Make sure to take advantage so there is no surprises, some quotes can't be made over the phone. Overall, the car looks brand new. read more
