Recommended exterior wash first and then interior cleaning. - $28 for basic interior: windows, carpet-seats-mats, dash-console-door jams - approx 20 minutes while you wait - small clean waiting room with complimentary coffee, tv, 10 seats, bathroom - ATM The BEST part is you can see the cars running thru the wash and there is a squirt gun you can aim at the cars! So fun for the littles...and adults! This is my primary car wash, it's fast & convenient and they did a pretty good job with interior. I did have to soak up some water that pooled on the mats after but that is expected per their little hanging sign. No big deal. I brought my car -- a surprise early college graduation present for my son --for custom detailing including a full interior cleaning. When I picked it up, it was pristine, it looked like new, except for one small stain they couldn't get out which was fine. The big issue is that the seats and rugs were soaked. A mechanic I brought it to afterward for repair is the Manager of Wellesley College vehicle maintenance and he said they have been delighted by the service they receive and he was surprised by the condition it was returned. All the windows froze so they have to be cleaned again. He had my car on his lift in his closed shop for 4 hours with heat blasting 84 degrees and the interior was still wet when I picked it up, as it is today. When I called the manager he did not apologize and copped a bit of an attitude and said twice that all work is guaranteed and to bring it back in when I expressed my dissatisfaction. That's easy to say but this was my son's surprise graduation present and I had to give him a gift that now requires a redo service on the first day he owns it! Very disappointing! When I booked the appointment, they should have informed me about the need to heat it but even with the car blowing full heat for 4 hours in a closed shop it didn't dry it. This is unacceptable service. Now my son has to schedule an appointment for re-service and be without his new car for hours while they dry it, which they should've done in the first place. After this, I won't be back. Such a bummer. read more

I was contacted by the manager re: my complaint and even though it was hard to connect due to my schedule, he persisted trying to rectify the situation. I brought my car back and the service was repeated in full even though I was happy to just have the cargo space cleaned. I was also issued a full refund although I was happy to just get the service completed. For customer service they certainly met my expectations and I will continue to be a customer. I'm happy to do business when they are more than willing to be accommodating. I am happy with what o get here which is a drive through car wash and an inside cleaning when needed. I have not had a full detail here but my car is clean and that is what I was hoping for. read more

This place has gone downhill. Lots of soap left on car not enough water and if you complain to "Junior" he takes your membership away and lies about what you said in his Yelp responses. A worker there named "Elias"? called me a B*tch bc "I complain a lot", he said. When I told Junior the manager, he didn't reprimand the worker, instead he takes away my membership I had for years and condoned Elias's behavior. Unreal. Place breaks down a lot and they don't wash your car good anymore. I asked for one of the owners to call me but they won't. The DM said he'd get back to me but hasn't. They don't care about you or your car. Only your money. I wish Allston Car Wash would come to the 'burbs and give arrogant Scrubadub a run for their money!... On two separate occasions I spoke to multiple staff members about my experience very politely trying to give SaD another chance, I took the time to scout out and find a superior car wash experience, I went to the location and explained all of this when I asked how to cancel my membership, and I emailed to cancel my membership. I will not be taking anymore time to contact your company, and hope that this help you all to have a more positive experience for other customers in the future. I used to RAVE about how great SaD was, for years. I believe you can get back a strong reputation again, but need to go back to the core values of a great experience on site. I'm bummed to make this post, as I used to rave about how great ScrubaDub was, but they have gone downhill. I waited until four poor experiences in a row, before posting- because I was holding out hope. They used to go above and beyond, and it was great for the value. Now- they half-a** everything. IF they bother to use the pressure washer before going through, they do one second of it. The express detail used to be amazing. It's not even worth it. They literally stand there and watch me finish doing my own car aster they "complete" the job. They miss half the dash and don't touch the cup holders. I've offered to pay more for a better job, they say they'll take good care of me (and I always tip) and it still stinks. Since Scrub A Dub is sort of a car wash monopoly in this area, it took me a bit to find somewhere great. Kings Auto Spa in Natick is INCREDIBLE and totally worth it! I've been to the one in Allston but this one has much better service for several reasons: 1. There is always an attendant at the pay machine for those who need to have their barcode scanned, as opposed to waiting for someone by pressing the help request button. 2. Ample towels and sprays available for you to hand dry your car after the wash as opposed to going inside and asking the attendant for them. 3. No need to pull out of the parking to go back in for the hand dry section. When you come out of the car wash, you just pull over to the right and do your thing. read more

This place is disappointing. I signed up for a $49.99 per month unlimited wash package. Before I went through the wash I asked about the vacuum cleaners. The attendant told me they were $2.00 for eight minutes. I said "I'm paying 49 dollars per month and you want two dollars for me to use the vacuum". He said yes but only at this location. I went though the wash once (which was all of 48 seconds). They car came out wet and was still dirty. I went to the vacuum cleaner and paid the $2.00 the parking spot was covered in trash and other peoples junk. The vacuum cleaner had little to no suction. My wet dry vac would've been ten times better. It took all of eight minutes to vacuum my car with this pitiful vacuum. I then had to go through the car wash again. If I went home with the car that dirty and told my fiancée that I paid $49 dollars a month for a wash like that she would laugh at me. The car looked better the second time through. When I got home she said "It's still dirty I would've asked for a refund and cancelled the membership". I have since cancelled. It was a one month waste of money and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. read more

I have been going to this scrubadub location for years. Just almost a month ago someone rear ended me in the car wash due to an issue with the car wash track. I filed a report with the manager and went on with my day. The manager wasn't very nice by the way. I have yet to hear back about the investigation and what they could do to make up for the fact that my car looked worse than when it entered the car wash. I have a scratched up and dented car that is a lease. I think I will be canceling my scrubadub membership I don't want to take my car to a place that could do more harm than good. read more

Wow! ScrubaDub just turned me from an angry customer, to a raving fan. I recently purchased a used car, and I wanted to show it to my family this Easter. So, I bought the Ultimate wash & interior cleaning at this location on 3/29, for $45.99. I told the attendant that it was a "new to me" car when I purchased the wash. That night, I was loading groceries into my trunk and much to my surprise, there were scratches all over the trunk, in a circular pattern that looks like someone had something scratching on a cloth used to dry the car! I'd hoped it was just a soap stain (like there are on the doors of the car) but it wasn't. Then, to add to my annoyance, I tried to submit the comments above twice on the Scrub A Dub website, in 2 different browsers, only to have the error message "Internal server error. Please contact a server administrator" appear. I also e-mailed my complaint and the owner of the company e-mailed me back the next morning to ask me to bring my car back so they can look at the trunk. I brought the car back this afternoon, and the manager had all the scratches buffed out of the trunk for me. Since I had no way to prove the scratches happened at the car wash, I was very worried that nothing could be done, and I'd be accused of lying about the experience. That was not the case. The manager was very apologetic and quickly took care of the scratches, getting everything fixed & me on my way within a 1/2 hour on my lunch break. This business went out of their way to make things right for me, and turned me from someone who never planned to return, to someone who'd recommend their car wash services. read more

A refreshingly decent company. I screwed up and accidentally bought a monthly subscription. I noticed it a couple months later on my credit card bill. I called and quickly got a real person (try that w your cable company, wireless provider or bank). She said they'd looked into, they did so and refunded my money because I hadn't gotten a wash. Especially family owned businesses and nice workers I met .But i took my daughters cAr to be cleaned outside and interior clean . unfortunately , it was not a good clean. Marks all on interior . looks like they put cleaner on top of dirt. a lot of sand left and not sure it back if car was even vacuumed . also their credit card machine was not working . they have a cash arm inside . but they made me pull back on route 9, loop around ,go park , get cash and come back to pay before cleaning .( instead of allowing me to get cash from atm while they cleaned car ) read more

I took my brother-in-law's truck through this when it was COVERED in gross pollen dust for weeks. It did a really good job of removing the dirt. The drying could have been a little longer but for 11$ I can't complain. My 5 year old nephew had a blast! I'd go there again. read more

Now I know why it's called the Royal Treatment because I feel like a queen driving around in this spotless car. The car is legit cleaner than when I bought it and it smells delightful. No smudges on the windshield, every nook and cranny cleaned out, a beautiful outside polish - I mean WOW. These days the little things mean a lot more and I'd like to send a a HUGE thank you to Mike and the entire detail staff at Scrubadub Natick. Used to come here often, first time back in a while. This used to be very efficient and thorough... that seems to have gone downhill. Service is now very slow and unprofessional....most likely because they now appear to hire School/college age kids who don't understand customer service or work ethic. What's even worse is that the Management has no sense of what customer service is. If I owned this enterprise, I would be ashamed of how the management treated customers, paying customers I might add. If this type of service and apathy towards customers continues, I see a very dim future for Scrub-a-dub. Remember owners and investors...there is always someone waiting in the wings to take away your customers. I highly suggest taking stock of this and look to improve the management and operation of this place before your customers like me move on and spend our hard earn $ at another place that is more focused on quality and customer service.
