I called their number 617.538.1188 and talked with Joe the owner and scheduled my interior detail for a few days later. I received a text confirmation the day of service, and the employee arrived right on time to provide the interior detail at our home. Our Chevy Tahoe wasn't in terrible shape, but between two little boys, we had a nice covering of dirt, leaves, and food that was enough of a mess I couldn't clean it properly myself. With the car in the driveway and mobile detailing station outside, two hours later our car was transformed. The interior honestly looks better than when we bought the car, and I'll be calling Shine Show again in the future. Definitely recommend!

I made an appointment online (which required me to pay upfront), but then the day before the appointment I received a text saying that they overbooked and couldn't take me. The service took almost three hours, but after the employee left I realized that none of my interior doors were cleaned completely (the package I selected was "Interior Deluxe P3") and my seats were all left very damp. Overall, definitely not worth the money or time spent. I'm sad to leave this review, since the owner "Joe" was nice/personable over the phone and the employee I met was friendly; but the entire experience was frustrating, and the business seems very disorganized.

It was beautiful, it's a couple years old but perfect condition. Less than a week of having it and the day before I was going to purchase liners, and a client dog had a serious accident in my back seat. My seats are fabric. Mesh, to be specific. I was horrified, my brand new car reeked, I couldn't get it out of the seats, and I was concerned that I would have to reupholster seats in the car I just bought. Enter Middlesex Auto Reconditioning. This was the first place I called, and when I described the issue they said they would have to look at it before they could say for sure if they could clean it. The next day I stopped by, fully prepared to either be told it wasn't possible to clean it or that I had to spend $200-300 on a full detail. Gus had me pull the car in right away and immediately got to work. Within 20 minutes, it was like the accident had never happened! Better yet, I didn't have to get a full detail. He only cleaned the spots that needed it, and he did a fantastic job. No stains, no smell, nothing was left - I had a clean car and I didn't have to shell out a bunch of money. I'm sure there are lots of great detailers out there, but I will never go anywhere else. This place is amazing and they genuinely care. Thanks so much Middlesex Auto Reconditioning!
