After multiple unsuccessful calls to various auto detailing places, I reached out to All Star Mobile after finding them online to see when's the soonest they could pencil me in. Ronald was super responsive and was able to quickly turn around a same day appointment for a full interior detailing on a Sunday. What's unique about this place is that they come to you which is extremely convenient and saved me the trouble of having to Uber home and back to pick up the car. Ronald showed up exactly on time and got to work immediately. And let me tell you, these guys are THOROUGH. They spent 3 and a half hours detailing the interior of my SUV. While it did feel long, I appreciated their attention to detail and the results were worth it. My car felt almost brand new on the inside and I was genuinely excited by how great my car looked again. There were stains that have probably been there for at least 5 years that were completely removed. The interior was near spotless. I'd highly recommend All Star Mobile for those looking to get their cars detailed. It may seem pricey, but it's worth it for the convenience and for how thoroughly they clean your car.

I booked an appointment online through Lux Mobile Wash website, paid for my deposit, and got immediate confirmation that it was confirmed and that I would receive a call soon to also confirm. I asked my roommate to stay at home for the day I had scheduled. I never received a call to confirm, which I found unsettling. I called the number and left a voicemail, and immediately got a call back! It turns out that they had another appointment scheduled for the time I had booked, and could not detail my car, so they would cancel the appointment and refund my deposit. I appreciated this, but asked if we could instead reschedule. Here comes the sketchy part. He agrees to reschedule, offers a 3 pm time slot. I said, my roommate who I arranged to be their during the day can't be there, but I live in a safe neighborhood so could leave my car open. He says yes, but asks me to leave my keys for him in case he gets locked out while detailing. ... Seriously? He expects me to leave my keys in the car??? I agree (but was not planning on it, figured I'd just run home if he got locked out). Anyways, he promises to call again as it gets closer to 3 pm, and as you may expect, he never does. It's now been almost a week with me calling every other day asking for an update, a call back, or my money back. No reply. Left multiple voicemails. Thought, despite all my misgivings about his sketchy behavior as above, that I would like to try to support a small local business? However, enough is enough. This is a total scam, if this is a legitimately run business then my only verdict is that it's an extremely poorly managed one. Waited out of sight on the side of my house and then canceled the appointment 20 minutes later instead of knocking on the door or even calling the phone. Next available appointment is another 2 weeks away. I respect people's time a great deal, so it's unfortunate time was lost, but being dodgy and avoiding knocking on a door when people ready to receive them and open the garage for them is sad. I'm not in the habit of leaving a prized possession in the driveway. He decided to just cancel the appointment without properly notifying me of arrival, and moved appointments up from tomorrow, instead of working tomorrow or asking to reschedule to that, he decided it was a family day now. This business does not notify you of them being at the worksite, and they don't care about their customers because if they did they would knock. Or call. Or light a fire and use a blanket to smoke signal. I can not recommend this business as they don't respect or value their customers time, and since they have plenty of customers available, they blow off whoever lands on the day (scheduled week out) that they want to take off, or easy jobs.

Some people may think he take long to detail a car but he will leave that car without a spec of dirt. He cleans the places you never knew got dirty. He is extremely passionate about the work he does. After the first, I called and chalked it up to a missed signal (the detailing appointment was made by someone else as a gift), and so we rescheduled. The day of the second appointment came and I sent a text when they didn't come at the time we'd agreed on. Ten minutes later, I called and left a message. An hour later, I received a text that they sent a confirmation email, didn't hear back, and had to do "snow removal" instead. We'd received about an inch of snow the day before. I double checked and did not have any email, not even in the junk folder. I asked which email address they had but received no response. I have asked for a refund.
