I've taken my cars here every year for several years, and I've always been 100% satisfied. The cars looks great, and it's clear that Rogelio runs an excellent business. In addition, if you want to wait while your car gets done, there's a very comfortable and light-filled atrium area upstairs where you can have coffee and snacks and sit very happily reading or scrolling on your phone. Highly recommended! read more

I paid $10,000 to have XPEL PPF and ceramic coating done on two vehicles here, and I regret choosing a detailing shop over a dedicated PPF installer to save money. The PPF work was subcontracted out, and the quality was poor. On my Range Rover, the film around the rear tailgate was left with a wide, unwrapped edge and an exposed seam that started lifting and trapping dirt within a few weeks. This is a straightforward area to wrap, and it contradicts what I was told before booking -- that edges would be hand-cut and wrapped with no exposed seams as much as possible. When I asked for a repair, the owner Rogelio's answers kept shifting: first that the shop no longer works with the subcontractor, then that some parts "can't be wrapped," then an offer to just add more ceramic coating on the edges. Only after I mentioned I might leave a review did the owner offer to have the panels redone -- and framed it as costing him $1,500 to make me happy, as if a defective install was a favor. The part that ended the relationship for me: when I couldn't find my XPEL warranty confirmation (it turned out to be in my spam folder though I doubt I can utilize this warranty ever), the owner proposed issuing me a Lumen warranty for film that was actually XPEL -- in other words, a warranty from a different brand than what was installed and paid for! I told him I don't want to be sued, and he says they will never be able to figure out. I declined. Whatever the intent, I'm not comfortable with a shop that would suggest that, and I will take my car elsewhere for the repair, having learned my lesson. read more

The car looked GREAT inside and out after they were done! BUT... 1. They are almost impossible to find. They are in a garage under a commercial building complex, with absolutely no signage. Required me being on the phone with someone to guide me around the road complex and find the well-hidden down-ramp to their area. 2. I have bad knees, walk with a cane. Waiting area is a long walk to an elevator up to a very nice atrium but with furniture that was uncomfortable for me (most chairs too low and some small high-chairs). Very long walk to a hard-to-find restroom (required since the service took 3 hours!). 3. Minor nit: they did not put all my items in cubbys and door pockets etc. back where they were. Sun shield was in the trunk. Despite the good work they are too inconvenient for me to use them again. read more

The best! Rogelio takes such care on every inch of your car. My car had gone too long and he made it shine from top to bottom. Incredible value and worth every penny and he's a joy to work with and called me the moment the car was ready. It's a cool spot as it's just across from the green line so you can either camp out and do work in the lobby of the office building (restaurant and restrooms on site) or hop the T to Brookline or Boston and then come back for your car read more

Roger has been caring for my cars for more than 10 1/2 years, and I'm lucky to have a new one for him to take care of now. He applied a ceramic coating right away, so it's protected from day one. His work ethic and attention to detail are second to none. If you care about your car, Roger is the only person I'd recommend--I wouldn't let anyone else touch mine. read more

Amazing! Yet another 5-star to add to the pile. Roger will take care of your car as though it's his own - when he and his team were done with removing the layers of winter gunk from our car, it was so clean (both inside and out) that I could've practically eaten off the car mats. It's been a few days after I had gotten it detailed and my feet are still sliding off the mats, they've been scraped so thoroughly of any dirt and salt. There's definitely that brand spanking new car feeling. I had some trouble finding the entrance (they're tucked one level down in a parking garage in the back of 275 Grove, right next to the T stop) and he came outside and helped guide me to where they were. I've never gotten our car detailed before so I was a little hesitant as to what to expect but this was worth every penny, you can see the attention reflected in the beautiful work that they do. The prices are very fair. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and wholeheartedly recommend Deluxe to all my friends. Booking an appointment via email was a breeze. read more

Excellent communication and response time! So kind and considerate. Reasonable and flexible with timing. Superb care and efficiency.

Great service and my car was spotless. They even got out the sunscreen stains that I have tried scrubbing out several times. They are so nice there too and there is a cafe upstairs with outs of seating while you wait. read more

Rogelio's skills are nothing short of magical! I had three French bulldogs, three pugs and a Boston terrier in my car for a total of 10 hours round trip. We went to Pug Camp in the Poconos. (Yes, pug camp is an actual event.) There was dried puke, slobber, you name it. The amount of short hairs stuck everywhere was unbelievable. I tried to vacuum it myself and clogged my expensive vacuum twice. I also let the grossness roast for a month, which probably didn't help. I am floored with how amazing my car looked when I picked it up! A little tricky to find but well worth it! Rogelio is not only a wizard when it comes to car detailing but also provides excellent, responsive customer care. I will definitely be back! Oh, and thanks to my husband for finding the place and giving me a gift certificate for the service! read more

Roger is amazing!!!! This was the second time I booked the Deluxe Premium interior and exterior detailing for my Toyota Sienna with him (considered an XL SUV at $350). Worth every penny!!!! Roger is easy to coordinate with, is an utmost professional, very thorough and he's nice and cordial too. He's timely and works with your schedule. You can tell that he really cares about the work he does and about your vehicle and treats it with respect and care. In addition to the exterior wash, he even shined my headlights which were pretty old and yellow and they looked like new!!! It was as if I had new headlights put in, very impressive. This was a major improvement since the last time I went to Roger. He let me know he's always constantly trying to improve his processes and what he can do for his clients to make them happy, and it shows!!! For the interior, Roger and his team do the following: Vacuum & shampoo/steam carpet, floor mats & upholstery, clean & condition leather/vinyl, detail dashboard, detail door trims, clean headliner, clean door jambs & clean windows. Honestly, it felt like a new car!!!! I'm always super pleased each time I get my van back from Roger. It feels so great and clean that I stay buzzing for weeks. Take your vehicle to Roger if you need a detail!! He's the best in the business :) read more

Definitely can recommend! They did a fantastic job on my vehicle with a short turnaround--very reasonably priced, also. Rogelio was professional, courteous, and responsive; he went out of his way to deliver great service. Will be back for sure. read more

It's nice to find a family service with great attention to detail- and yes that is also a detail shop! When you get to be my age you've had a few cars and experience with detail shops. I've had my fair share of excess wax on the trims and roof rails. Roger and his wife provide high quality services at fair prices minus the excess wax. They wash, clay, seal and polish. The interior work is spotless without all the shiny surfaces. The photos tell the story. Enjoy! read more

Thank you, Roger for another perfect detailing of my Avalon interior and exterior. Great job and a pleasure to work with you.

"I treat every car as equals when they come in. If you see anything that you think is off, bring her back in and I'll take care of it!" Roger told me that when I picked up my car and I was struck in awe of his work ethic and his permeating passion for his work. When I lived in Miami, I used to get my car detailed yearly but after moving to Boston in 2015, I stopped because it was a lot more expensive. After getting used to things, I have been meaning to get my car detailed and this time, I really had to. My mother and I picked up some squid and some of the juices leaked into my trunk. It created a horrible stench that was there for more than a week. After a search for reasonably priced places, I found Deluxe Auto Detailing and made an appointment. To be honest, I was just expecting my car to be well cleaned but not to this extent! This was likely my best experience ever at getting my cars detailed in Malaysia (where I grew up) and Miami. The smell was gone, the interior was as clean as when I first bought my brand new car in 2012, and the exterior was waxed to perfection. In terms of customer service, Roger was excellent in scheduling my appointment, guiding me in, and offering to get my car done first if I wanted to wait. On top of that, he's really easy to reach for whatever questions you may have over text message. One of my favourite parts was that I paid for this using Venmo! Thank you so very much, Roger! You run an excellent service and I am crossing fingers in anticipation for when your car wash service returns post-COVID. read more

It's like I have a new car! There isn't one detail missed. The stains on my seats...GONE! The scratches on my bumpers and sides from terrible NE drivers...GONE! Even marks left by my nail polish under the door handle...GONE! GONE! GONE! Rogerio was super nice, professional, and extremely reasonable. Book early! I hadn't had my car interior cleaned since I got it two years ago. They were able to fit me in on a short notice. I also needed to keep working and the cleaning was done in an office building where I was able to sit and do my work in a comfortable environment. The cleaning was excellent, I have two kids that have made messes in the back and when I got the car back the inside looked new and fresh again. I appreciate the hard work and timeliness. I had an amazing experience with Rogelio. My car came in looking haggard and frankly, sad, and left looking alive again! We did the interior and exterior package and was very pleased with the value and quality of work. He was kind, listened to what we wanted and worked within our schedule. We were trading the car in for a new one and got a very high value for a car that should have definitely earned less--she shined like a star! Would highly recommend and will go back again! read more

It feels wonderful when you slip into a new car and delight in the shiny exterior, fingerprint-free console, clean carpet and pristine glove compartment. Unbelievably, Roger helped me feel that way again when I got into my beloved 3-year old car. Beloved of course means that it's seen its fair share of coffee cup drips, accumulated salt and sand, random food bits and surprising amounts of shedded hair. And he did so for far far less than the cost of a new car. And was super friendly. It was so easy - I ended up dropping off my car the night before and picked it up after work the day after. I loved it so much that I'm now going to bring my SUV to him. Hopefully this week if he's available. I'm happy to add my rave review to the list. read more

I researched multiple detailing locations nearby and chose Deluxe Auto bc they had a big garage to work in and clear and fair pricing on their site. Rogelio was awesome. Super nice guy, extremely helpful and takes pride in his work. He said he likes to take his time with every car because each one is a piece of art. I was very impressed at how responsive and organized he is too. These days businesses take days to email back and never pick up their phones even though you're trying to give them your business, but not Rogelio! And most importantly, my car looked beautiful after he was done. Will be taking my husband's car here after winter is over. read more

Rogelio did a beautiful job on my father's Audi, which had been accumulating filth for the last 4 years and even had spider webs across the dashboard and melted food engrained in the leather stitching. But no more! Rogelio's work makes the car look literally brand new--inside and out. Rogelio himself could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Bring your car to Deluxe Auto. You'll be thrilled with the result. read more

Roger is more than a skilled craftsman - he is knowledgeable and experience, a real car nut and he spoke my language I had purchased a sight unseen used Volvo for $30K and the paint looked great in photos but was actually tired looking when I picked it up. 10 hours later, I had it clayed and waxed but it still looked tired, only now it was shiny...I found Roger and showed him the car - he wasn't fazed; 4 hours later my Volvo looks brand new, the paint is flawless, the scratches removed and the shine is gorgeous. I'd give Roger 10 stars if I could. read more

Searched yelp for places to get my car detailed, and based on the reviews, services, and price for packages, I went with Deluxe Auto Detailing. Everything about the experience was spot on. Scheduling my appointment was fast and easy over the phone. Dropped off my car in the AM (you can drop off night before as well too if easier for you), and picked it up next morning (easier for me, instead of later that day pick-up), and the car was better than brand new! Being a Marine Vet, attention to detail is important to me. Nothing was left untouched inside and out of the car. The owner, Rogelio, is super thorough, and explained how he really loves coming to work each day, focusing on making each car better than new. I really appreciated his and his colleagues professionalism, very welcoming attitude's, and look forward to having my car detailed again by them! Thanks so much Rogelio and Team! read more
