They are very personable but they are also unskilled at cleaning automobiles and they broke my rear view mirror right out of the glass, it did not fall off but ripped right from the glass and then lied that it fell off wjhen they shut the door. Quoted $285 and charged me $325. Then I had to pay for my windsheild to be replqced becasue the insurance would not pay for athe negligence of breaking the mirrow from the glass. read more

Can't say enough good things about Tim and his detailing. For starters, the work itself was outstanding. I've attached before/after pictures and they speak for themselves. The car hadn't been cleaned properly in years, and after getting it cleaned by Tim it looks almost brand new. But I also want to talk about the outstanding service. I was expecting to take a ride share from Tim's place home, and then again to pick up my car. Tim said no need for that, and drove me back to my place after dropping the car off, then came to pick me up when it was done. Also, a few days after the job was done, Tim texted me to check in and make sure everything was ok and to see if there was anything else he could do for me. It's really hard finding quality automotive service in MA that's reasonably priced. Tim Sharkey and family did up my huge SUV in one day, just the interior this time. If you never done a detail, interior or exterior, on your vehicle, you don't know how to take care of a car. It prevents rust, paint damage, extends the life of the car, and it's just proper maintenance. Plus pride in ownership. I have detailed my own cars before, but Sharkey and company are professionals, better products and tools and more expertise. If you don't know what you are doing you might even damage something. Detailing is very physically demanding as well, you will be sore the next two days if you aren't used to it. So with great relief I dropped off my SUV and he did a stellar job. They will come to you if you like, or you can drop off, either way. These are pros, not pretenders, and he really cares about his work and is a car nut. That's what you want! Pricing is flexible, he has a baseline, but he will quickly look over your car and estimate the time involved then give you a final price. I was looking for a place near my work that could not only detail but, more importantly, perform a paint correction on my recently purchased Acura RDX. I knew it had scratches when I purchased it but since it's a "winter" car I wasn't planning on getting it corrected. Eventually it ate away at me so I called Tim who came by my work to check it out and said he could definitely help so we agreed on a price (very fair if you ask me) and a date for me to drop it off. He was kind enough to give me a ride to work (~4 miles) and offered to pick me up when he was done. He spent all day meticulously working on my RDX doing a 3 stage paint correction ensuring he would get the clear coat scratches out and I'm beyond impressed. I had a great experience with Tim! Long story short, an entire 16oz cream and holiday syrup Dunkin' iced coffee made its way directly into my cloth passenger seat. I was devastated at what my future would look like, and more importantly, would smell like. I called around for quotes but as it is near the holidays many places were on vacation or not booking for detailing at this time. I was quoted double the price for an interior detail at other local businesses before I got Tim on the phone. He talked me through his expectation of price and I sent pictures, and we scheduled for the cleaning the following day. He worked diligently to return Rhonda (my Nissan) to her former glory, and you can tell he is passionate about not only his work but his relationships with his customers and helping people.
