Waiting area is a long walk to an elevator up to a very nice atrium but with furniture that was uncomfortable for me (most chairs too low and some small high-chairs). Very long walk to a hard-to-find restroom (required since the service took 3 hours!). 3. Minor nit: they did not put all my items in cubbys and door pockets etc. back where they were. Sun shield was in the trunk. Despite the good work they are too inconvenient for me to use them again.

(NOTE: All the 1-2 star reviews seem to be about those higher $$$ non-self services.) Will probably become my new go-to carwash place, due to their superior payment machine: you can just tap your credit card, making it much snappier than the old slide-through one at the Somerville Carwash on Washington St where I usually go. More importantly, the timer display is highly visible: nice big 2" tall bright red numbers on a monitor that is slanted in a corner making it much more visible than a flat-against-the-wall display. I just cough up my $6 for 5 minutes, enough time to do the high pressure soap spray followed by high pressure rinse spray, to get the layer of icky road salt off, and away I go. And last but not least, the self service bays are closed at one end, which means you have to back out when leaving, but is quite a blessing on cold blustery days! I would not want to come here during the really busy daytime hours especially when people get out from work, but it does seem to be thoughtfully set up with traffic cones creating orderly lanes for the automated washes, hand washes, and self-service bays---far better than that godawful place in Arlington I tried once. Luckily I always go in the evening after my Y (just 4 minutes away) closes, so no danger of that ever happening.

Drove in this morning, a nice guy held the door open for me when I went into the office to say that I needed help and felt pretty stupid. Another very nice guy followed me outside, popped the new blades on in a few seconds and didn't make me feel stupid at all. My wife found Auto Precision based on the reviews, and I'm so glad she did. It was a totally different experience to any repair shop we've used over our many years of car ownership. Both Anatoly and Andrei talked us through things (Andrei the insurance side and Anatoly the car side). They worked directly with our insurance, kept us updated the whole time, kept meticulous computerized records and helped us make sense of what was what with our insurance (including that we had an outstanding check owed to us that we should get re-issued from the insurance company). They took what was a stressful and confusing situation and made it feel straightforward and logical. Most importantly, our Jeep looks beautiful. We had some old scratches from bushes and parking lots and sticky remainders of ill-advised packing tape, and they took care of those things as a little extra with no charge or even mention of them until I brought it up to thank them. They detailed the car, and it felt new despite our multiple kids & dog. They have been in business for 40 years, and it is clear why. Don't let the tiny side street location fool you-I highly recommend them and would go back to them for anything they would take care of.

They ordered the wrong wheel, installed it anyway, and returned the car to me claiming the job was complete. Worse still, after taking my car to the dealership for a follow-up inspection, the technician discovered damage to the front axle, hub, and bearing--despite the accident occurring in the rear. Sako Auto Body had completely missed this or refused to address it, leaving me to cover those costly repairs out of pocket. On top of all that, the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) warning light is now permanently on--something that wasn't an issue before the accident or before they worked on the car. Overall, I found their service careless and unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them again and can't recommend them to anyone looking for quality and accountability.

I didn't want to go to Tesla for repair as it's a pretty far hike from the city, and I have had long wait times with them. World Auto Body is about 2 blocks from where I live. I felt fortunate that there was an auto body shop that close to me to even go to. Made the drop off/pick up that much easier for us. We went through insurance. It took 2 weeks to repair.
