They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck. I have to say, I was very happy with this place, particularly the service of the mechanics that work there and their willingness to help me, despite my strange requests. That's the short story. The long story is, I noticed a very unpleasant smell in my car (a few months after I spilled some bean juice in my car, and I thought I had cleaned it up). It seemed to be coming from the back seat, so I went crazy trying to mask/clean it. i used baking soda, whole bottles of Fabreeze, even bleach, still no luck. Finally, I decided I had to look underneath my seat (its a bench seat) to see if there was some kind of bean juice cesspool growing down there. Now, I have no idea how to get this seat up, so I had no choice but to swallow my embarrassment and ask help from someone that would know. I'm sure these guys thought I was crazy, but they were very nice to me all the same, and obliged my request to pull the seat up. They didn't notice it at first, but when they pulled up a cloth sound barrier, it hit them like a wall! They recommended I replace it and even called dodge to see if they had a part for me, but they couldnt find it. I endued up wiping down the underside of the seat and bleaching the sound barrier. Car has smelled fine ever since! So basically, I was just really happy that these guys were willing to help me and didnt give me as many strange looks as I probably deserved. This may have not been a typical car problem, but I could tell by how they treated me and carried themselves that they were professionals.

My friend has been using David and his crew for years and recommended to bring my daughters European vehicle here. oh by the way they specialize in Mercedes BMW Porsche Audi like German vehicles all the European units. Anyway, to make a long story short day, accepted my daughter's vehicle and gave her an appointment within three days of me speaking to them on the phone. I brought my daughters vehicle. They did an appraisal on it and gave me a written estimate for the work that had to be done. This was a special case I'm not sure if they charge everyone for an estimate but my daughter brought it to a bad shop so her timing belt was fixed in incorrectly so they had to investigate before doing any work open up the compartment and check everything out.. They were extremely fair with the pricing. I believe I got an honest estimate and they went ahead and sent it to me via email and I approved it through the electronic system. it took approximately five days for them to complete the job. They needed special parts and special tools. the whole time I was kept up-to-date. Everything was definitely handled professionally. After three days, they asked me if I wanted a loaner car, this was the only negative kind of a hilarious part of my transaction with them. I went to pick up the loaner vehicle and I'm not sure what possessed me to take a peek around around the whole vehicle. I noticed that the inspection sticker was out of date so even though they offered to let me use a car for free at that point just left it there and went home. a couple days later my daughter was finished she went. They accept all sorts of payments cash payment I believe and credit cards. Her bill was extremely reasonable for the inspection and the work that had to be done. I would 100% to David and his crew. I believe they're hard-working and the shop is clean and presentable. I would bring an $80-$100 K car here for them to work on it no problem.

We had an unlucky year with multiple accidents and I'd been dragging my feet on dealing with insurance to get things taken care of. My wife found Auto Precision based on the reviews, and I'm so glad she did. It was a totally different experience to any repair shop we've used over our many years of car ownership. Both Anatoly and Andrei talked us through things (Andrei the insurance side and Anatoly the car side). They worked directly with our insurance, kept us updated the whole time, kept meticulous computerized records and helped us make sense of what was what with our insurance (including that we had an outstanding check owed to us that we should get re-issued from the insurance company). They took what was a stressful and confusing situation and made it feel straightforward and logical. Most importantly, our Jeep looks beautiful. We had some old scratches from bushes and parking lots and sticky remainders of ill-advised packing tape, and they took care of those things as a little extra with no charge or even mention of them until I brought it up to thank them. They detailed the car, and it felt new despite our multiple kids & dog. They have been in business for 40 years, and it is clear why.
