Mark and his crew got top dollar for a mediocre job, Mark is a good salesman with good customer service skills but the actual detailing work was just okay. When they did the interior they just went over it quickly leaving a lot of gunk and dirt behind, when I brought in my car the exterior had clear coat scratches that could have been easily buffed out but they were left almost untouched. I previously worked at a auto auction where I saw a lot of cars come in dirty and scuffed and get reconditioned with no body work for a lot less money and with better results so maybe my view is skewed because of that, however I'm not going to be back. read more

It's tough to figure out where to go once you arrive at 600 Unicorn Park, which is a huge generic office complex. If you go around the building and down to a lower parking lot, you see the parking garage. Bumper2Bumper has a little cave where they work on the cars in there to the right. If you're like me and don't mind waiting a couple of hours while they work on your car, there's a cafeteria in the corner of the first floor (take a right from the elevator and wind back) where Mary the cashier makes huge delicious cookies fresh every morning, and a nice lobby area to sit with your laptop or a book (no convenient plugs though). I found free, open wireless connection throughout the building, a HUGE plus. Sean was the guy working on the cars when I arrived. He takes great pride in doing good work. I told them two specific things I wanted done (recent beer explosion in the back seat cleaned up, and expired parking permit stickers removed from the back window) and he made sure both issues were taken care of. I got my car back sparkling. The $140 service covered total interior and exterior surfaces, and took 3 hours. Every single nook and cranny was beautifully clean (and protected with special solvents); the carpets were vacuumed so well I didn't even recognize them. It's a little bit of an investment to spend that much on "something I could do myself" - but if I spent 3 hours using all of the same tools and products there's no way my car would look anything like this. They do a seriously good job, and clearly love cars. read more

Not sure why the sour review from Mary K., especially considering she didn't leave her vehicle in one of the spaces provided for drop-off (not sure how she expected the employees to find it). I work in the office park and it's great to be able to just drop my car off in the morning and have a sparkly clean by lunch! Not only was my car detailed far beyond my expectations but they also managed to get black paint marks off my side view mirror - something I did not ask nor did I expect them to do. Feeling disappointed with my services I received from Mark and his guys. I thought that by getting my used (new to me) car detailed it would be looking new when I picked it up. The seat stains were gone which was my main concern. After driving out of the parking garage I immediately noticed that a lot of the "details" were still dirty. I went back and Mark was really apologetic and re-cleaned the areas. He has also supplied me with floor mats prior for free which was nice. That being said when I arrived home I took some cleaning wipes and just went over the surfaces I could reach from my drivers seat. I was in shock, so much dirt came off that it was clearly not touched. Still handprints on back window, tape on window, very disappointed. I don't feel as though it was worth the $140 at all. read more

It is with regret that I write this review. While my prior experience resulted in a very clean car, this experience resulted no service. I delivered the car the night before and dropped the keys into the mail slot as instructed. The next day, after 3 unreturned calls, I was able to get an answer. Initially, I was told that not only was my car not done, but they had no idea where my gift certificate and keys were, insisting no envelop was in the mail slot. After persistance on my part, the keys and gift certificate were found. I was rudely told that my car could be "fit in", as if it were MY fault that the car was not serviced and they were doing me a personal favor. When I explained that the goal for today was to pick up a dry car, I was told "Look lady do you want your car done today or not". I declined and asked for a refund of my gift certificate. When I returned to my car, the keys were there, no refund (but the original gift certificate was there), and the car reeked of cigarette smoke. While others might have received a "clean car", I was left with a "dirty" taste in my mouth. Customer service was abyssmal. read more

I dropped my car off here the other day and they did an excellent job, especially considering my car hadn't been exhaustively cleaned since I got it 3 years ago.
