The Scrub a Dub car wash in Woburn, is an exceptionally well run car wash, with an excellent tunnel car wash, and an excellent interior department, and detailing department. We patronize all 3 departments, buy (Sunoco) gas at the lowest prices in the area (at the Woburn Scrub a Dub), and patronize the Scrub a Dub Woburn Convenience Store. Our cars are on monthly, unlimited plans, and they look like new, a combination of a super high quality ceramic coating, installed by All Pro Detailing in Peabody, MA, and weekly Scrub a Dub car washes. The manager of the Woburn, Scrub a Dub car wash, Pete, does an exceptional job, as does, Luis, his detail shop manager. read more

This is a good spot for a quick car vacuum for $2 (non member)! The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The fellow who was directing you to drive into wash was terrible. Some sort of wand in his hand barely sprayed the bottom of one side of my truck. He was not at all helpful guiding the vehicle into track. It was my first time with a brand new truck. Apparently new trucks get a free was??? Not. I was upset of his lack of care or concern. After coming I looked at the rims which I paid to get done. Not. I'm right down the street but I won't be going back. Feel like I just threw away 21.00. Well I guess it cost me 21.00 to know not to go back there. read more

The attendant Chris was great. Very attentive and friendly. Besides that, they have a good selection of items. Quick and friendly service.

It is your standard drive thru car wash. My car needed a was bad, especially the wheels and rims. I paid for the most expensive option because of the promise of clean wheels and dirt removal for the breaks. I pulled up and ma'am did some quick spray on ONE tire and then I was off into the tunnel of suds and thangs. My wheels still look horrible. The lesson here, find a do it yourself spot. I would go back in a pinch but would pay for the basic package because I'm not sure if they are actually providing everything they claim to offer. read more

I have been a customer since mid 90's and they are one of the best service providers I have used thru all these years. Many long time employees which speaks volumes for Scrubadub management.Peter and the whole team have made this longtime customer grateful for their hard work and dedication. Most recent was damage to my truck due to an elderly gentleman going thru wash and stopping at end putting his car in park.An accident just by someone a little confused.I was pushed in to truck in front of mine damaging my push bar.Peter jumped in said we will order a new one.We changed it out in the detail bay when it came in.Even had guys do a fantastic interior detail.I want to publicly Thank Scrubadub.Customer for life here. read more

Had the ultimate wash for $26, the soft clothes barely touched my car therefore not removing anything on the hood of my car. I paid $34 for interior clean and tires, they sprayed my tires and only wiped the solution off 1 tire, I noticed the rear driver side tire still had stuff on it, and I asked him to clean it off. When they told me my car was completed. I drove out and drove into a parking space outside and walked around the car and realized the other two tires on the passenger side had been sprayed with a solution and never wiped off either. Very disappointing from a year ago, the price is doubled and the quality of service was not great. I used to love this place and would recommend it to anybody, now I'll need to find a new place. read more

I took my car in for a wash yesterday, and after wading through a lot of useless options (to me, anyway), I opted for an "Express Wash," thinking at least the surface dirt would be washed away, and it wouldn't be an issue. I was wrong. At the entrance, the guy with the soap wand splashed a few squirts on only the left side of the car, and then sent me quickly into the wash. I didn't stop to inspect what they did, as the driver's side windows and mirror and windshield seemed to be okay when I reached the end. I figured I would do more detail work when I got home. Once at home, not only did I find the entire right side of the car looking like no soap and water had touched it at all, but the moonroof, the roof, the back window frame and the spoiler on the back of the car were completely coated in grime. Even the license plate was filthy. How can a car come out of a wash looking even worse than it went in? Anyway, I am not going to take the car back there to complain -- this has taught me a very valuable lesson about ScrubaDub's business model, and what I can expect from them. From now on, I'll just do the work myself, save my money, and be happier with the results. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Others could be better, but until this one's out of business, I'll take that as a signal nothing has changed. read more

Good price good quality good service. It was a long waiting but overall As good as any other car wash !

I went to get my car detailed. I had water stains in the cabin, but what I really needed addressed was mold growth in the trunk of my car due to water/bioburden from leaving windshield cover after the last snowfall that I forgot to dry, which had been causing me intense migraines. I had cleaned out the mold as best I could, but I was still getting a migraine and I knew I needed to get it professionally cleaned. I booked the Custom Interior Shampoo online, specifying that I wanted it to focus on the trunk. When I got there around 8:15am, the manager asked me more about what I had wanted. He said that I could pick my car up before 10pm because the convenience store was open till then. This gave me more flexibility to go to work and not have to rush back. When I picked up my car, every inch of my car was spotless. The inside was squeaky clean, and the trunk carpets were steam dried. Stains I thought would never get cleaned were nowhere on sight. I drove home with no migraines. Even though I paid for the interior, the exterior of my car had clearly gone through their car wash. The total came out to be $159, which I think is very reasonable considering the quality of service I got. I definitely recommend and plan to go there again in the future if I need another detail. read more

Have a membership here for $30mo and just don't use it enough. Would be nice if they credited some since there's months I haven't even gone. Either way most locations are the same. Car still dirty and soap still on it in areas. I've had to go through it numerous times before. Also should not give the option to people to sign up for memberships at the gate which creates backups for people who already have them/know what they're doing. read more

16$ wash today did an awful Job. Dirt spots all over truck and tailgate filthy. Looks like lots of light scratches from it also. Never again. read more

This is the greatest value for car cleaning and detailing! The service is excellent and I don't throw that word around loosely. I made a mistake today and picked the wrong exterior and interior quick detailing package. When Al saw I was confused he came over and fixed the problem immediately and I got superior results. I don't trust many with my G-Wagon but i will always come back! Quality results with quick attentive service. That's a winning combination. read more

I thought my car looked very clean but my tires were still dirty. They were very dirty to begin with, so maybe I am expecting too much, but I paid for the max carwash ($25), which I already thought was expensive. So, I was a bit disappointed. read more

This is my first visit to this car wash. This place has good ratings on google, hence i decided to give this place a try. I decided to go with their most expensive car wash offering which cost $50. I did the car wash and when I inspected my car for any dirt left. It looked all okay till i saw the hood. The hood was covered with dark bluish black dots. Not sure what the machine dumped but the hood was covered with those dirty dots. It took me an almost an hour to remove the dots. You will see those in pictures and video. It was a horrible experience and did not expect this kind of experience at a place with such high ratings. Not sure if some machine malfunctioned and dropped a load of dirty drop but it was certainly not a pleasant experience. Not worth the Money or time. read more

I'm all for automation but I made my last visit to this place yesterday. They have installed a self serve kiosk so you can choose the options you want. The options are stacked to force you into a monthly pass or a more expensive option than you really want. I consider myself savvy in this tech area and found the whole process confusing and misleading. This of course reduces the needs for actual humans but it's unacceptable to purposely try and confuse customers for your own monetary benefit. read more

Good cleaning except for the rear portion. Below pics are after coming out of the wash bay!! Will be hesitant to visit this place again. read more

Updating my review. Had an express detail Easter weekend 2022. They did a great job inside and out. Paid roughly $70 for my car to be scoured inside and out. We waited in the convenient store lobby area and they took about half an hour. My car looked pristine. Went back on Election Day a couple weeks ago for another express detail and they did a mediocre job. Windows are hard to see out of especially at night. They're all smeared. Almost like the wax rag was used. The leather seats and floors weren't completely vacuumed/clean and the exterior was all water marks. It was like they rushed. I was unhappy and should have gone back but I didn't have time. I'll go back but next time I'll make sure I'm satisfied before I drive away. Not worth $70 this time. read more

Went for a car wash yesterday and went back today to vacuum the inside of the car. Spoke to Peter Devito - one of the managers, to ask a few questions and his customer service was amazing. I had a million questions and he answered all of them. Definitely using this car wash vs any others. read more

Update to my previous review: in response to my complaints, the owner suggested I had the wrong business. Nope. Definitely the right one. And I know about your "guarantee" - I tried to utilize it and the manager told me I needed to drive 20 minutes back to the shop so he could look at my car. Way to gaslight your customers though. read more

This location is 50% slower for interior cleanings. I have been waiting 30 minutes for the 3 cars ahead to enter the building to start the cleaning. There are workers standing around. The black shirted workers distract the red shirted workers who do the interior cleaning. Think twice before getting interior cleaning work done, unless you have a extra hour or two to wait. Update. It took 90 minutes between waiting and cleaning to get the interior. When I walk over the get the car both B pillars were dirty and had not been cleaned. Quick...nope Clean... maybe Fun...not for customers! read more

I've had several great experiences at this location this past weekend. First, a mishap with the wash itself, but the manager made it good by giving me a second wash the way I wanted it. Today, Sunday, I came here a basic interior cleaning, including the windows. I have health conditions that make it hard to adequately clean the windshield and the rear window. The guys here did an excellent job in cleaning not only all glass, but the dash and doors and floor mats. I couldn't be more pleased. read more

Paid $16 for a car wash where I was supposed to be able to select from a list of three services including an undercarriage wash. Never got a chance to actually select any services. The guy waving me through must have selected the services for me and didn't pick the undercarriage wash after a snow storm so the underside of the car is corroding with salt from the road. What a dope. He selected the wheel bright for me instead. read more

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Brought my car in on Saturday at noon for an interior detailing ($160) and was told that they would call me when my car was ready sometime before 5PM. I never got a call. My car was sitting (and had been sitting for a while) when I arrived. The man at the register asked why I hadn't called them to ask if my car was done and that my car had been sitting forever. Which does not make sense. Not only was my car still soaking wet, the carpets weren't put back, my Bluetooth was disconnected, and there was still dirt and grime on the ceiling of my car, the dash, and the passenger mirror. It also clearly hadn't been vacuumed. My airbag light sensor was also on. I asked about the airbag sensor and was told it can glitch when fabric seats are wet and that it should go away after restarting my engine. It's been two days. My seats are dry. Light is still on. I called the manager this morning who told me that it was my fault and that they don't even clean fabric seats (????) and that there was nothing they could do. He then hung up on me. Horrible experience. Not worth $20 let alone $160. read more

Love love! I go here to get the interior of my car cleaned. Always very happy with the outcome!! Nice guys too!

Ran in quick for gas & decided maybe a wash too- but the place was packed & the regular wash line was very long... So I asked about detailing or a basic interior wash so I didn't wince when people got in my car anymore. I picked the $65 full steam interior (w/exterior) wash. My little car went right in while I waited at the seating counter. 2-3 men worked on it & I could see they did a thorough job through the glass. My car is beautiful in record time- about 45 min. With free wi-fi! Best car cleaning deal around. As for the busy- they had plenty of polite & friendly staff to handle this busy day, no one I saw looked stressed, customer or staff. Keep it up! And skip the line- read more

$20 wash didn't get my car clean but I spoke to a manager and they let me rewash for free. Second time was much better. Easy to get the issue fixed, no questions asked. Wish vacuums were free with wash, but $2 for unlimited time isn't that big of a deal. I'll be back. read more

First time at this location. But the unlimited car wash sticker is valid at all ScrubaDub locations. So why not get a car wash it you are in the neighborhood? Located behind the Sunoco gas station. It's a pretty tight turn to get into the car wade line. Saw lots of larger trucks/SUVs needing to do a 3 point turn. But not sure if it was the size of the vehicle or the competency of the operator. read more

I have the monthly wash pass to the car wash in Woburn. My car never gets very dirty because I probably go through twice a week so it stays very clean. However, I would like to mention that the staff at the entrance to the car wash do not do much to pre-wash the vehicles. On occasion if I go through after a weekend of doing a lot of work with my truck and it's especially dirty one pass does not usually take care of it. especially with pick up trucks and full size SUVs the tailgate or rear hatch gate never get very clean in any car wash so those vehicles really rely on the attendant to use a brush and manually give the back a few swipes. I don't think this has ever been done even once and I have been a member there for at least close to three years. if I could make a suggestion, it would be that the attendants do not rush the vehicles into the car wash and take 30 seconds to give the problem areas like the tailgate and side steps a quick swipe before the car goes into the wash. I will probably continue to maintain a membership there because it is the most convenient location for me and it generally gets the job done, however, I can understand how a one off car wash does not come out looking very good as some people have mentioned. read more

I love this place and I love the people but I only gave them 3 stars because they have this new computer system which sucks ! Before you spoke to somebody and told them the wash you needed now it's a pushbutton screen. Totally sucks didn't work for my credit card wasn't able to take my cash !!! was so annoyed they had to come out and help me people are so nice here stupid fools Who own this place made a BAD decision to do the computer system I will now be going to another car wash so will all my friends.. read more

Way Overpriced! Beyond that , In short, there's a reason why they offer complementary re-washes! It will definitely take 2 to 3 washes to get your car kind of clean. And don't plan on vacuuming your car there either, of all the vacuum cleaners I found only two worked and one barely at that. Total waste of time and money!! read more

I've been going to scrub a dub for years in Salem NH and moved to Woburn last year. I go to the Woburn location now at the very least 4 times a week. The service is always fantastic! Yes, I need to dry it totally off with supplied towel but no car wash I've been too has ever completely dried car. If I have one con it would only be that the clean towel bin is empty quite often. I'm ok with that as it's a busy location. Love the new vacuums! A hose on each side of my car?!! Hell yeah! Oh the button and you get plenty of time. Not enough? Back up and pull up to restart. The staff that I have met have all been super! I'll be there today and very often as usual! Thanks again! read more

Gotta commend these guys for their excellent customer service. I was in a rush and confused by the system, because hilariously - but actually a good statement for the business - the touchscreen was so clean that I thought it was just a sign and couldn't figure out how to initiate the transaction. The rep who came to rescue me was exceedingly gracious about it and really made my day. The wash was great, and as they don't have drying staff, I really appreciated that they offer cloths to wipe down any drops that remain. I think the price was very reasonable. Thanks! read more
