Only been here a few times, when I don't have time to go to route one in Saugus car wash. Over the last five years, I've been a big fan of the touchless washes. they just upgraded here and figure id try it out, wish I could say it was great, but my car is literally filthy. It doesn't even look like it was washed. by far still Saugus car wash has the touchless and a soft touch with soft cloths. It's still the best around hands-down. My car wasn't even filthy. There was a little dirt on it even even the Saugus one fully touchless would've literally wiped it all off no problem. The fact that I spent 24 bucks and my car is a mess mad annoying its Easter Sunday come on man‍ read more

Had a wash yesterday, the pre wash done by the attendant was the Best I've ever had. He put in the work and the results showed! Tipped a little before but had to tip more after and thank him for going the extra mile. Thanks Maddys read more

Maddy's did an excellent job cleaning our car. First, they spent a lot of effort with soapy brushes scrubbing the outside and then we went through the tunnel. $13 and the car looks great! read more

Professional, courteous and attentive! Made sure to take his time before entering the wash bay to clean the entire truck. The best $21 wash I have ever received. My truck was extremely dirty and left there looking new. I would highly recommend Maddy's Car Wash to anyone. Thank you !! read more

I don't usually go to the wash but decided to give it a try. I went thru the full service car wash and used my credit card. A car wash states it's 23 dollars. I handed him my card, as he gave it back to me, being the nice person i am, i handed him 3 dollars for a tip, and went thru the wash. I drove away and seen the credit card payment go thru on my phone for 25 dollars. I agreed to pay the 23, i never told them to run my card for 25. How disgraceful can you be? I will never return Long story short, they over changed me 2 dollars (big woop i know but that's not that point) and thought they would get away with it read more

Love this place!! Reasonable price, cheerful attendants. Thank you for keeping my 2021 Jeep gladiator looking beautiful! So appreciate that you do the undercarriage as we head into Winter and SALT!! read more

Lose your attitude and fix your equipment. Try that.. Recently raised the prices and equipment needs serious maintenance. You will pay a lot and leave with a wet car after getting an attitude. Good deal, huh?! read more

I liked this car wash previously, but some of the employees don't wear masks despite a current state mandate. The dude collecting payment at the car window hasn't worn a mask the last couple of times I've been here, and Covid numbers are climbing. Wear your damn masks or stay away from customers. read more

The attendant was patient and helpful since I didn't know their routine when I came -- and that was obvious to him! The wash was fine; I haven't tried all options but will be back for additional service. read more

I've been going there faithfully since I got my new car last January. I went in today and as soon as I drove away, I could tell something was wrong. I drove up to McDonald's and could tell it was one of my tires. I immediately drove back and the worker, not the owner helped me look and said, "you have a big screw in your tire!" So I said, well I got it here, I drove here from my house and my car was fine! He said, talk to the owner, who was right there, so I told him what happened, and he said, "how do I know you got it here?" Seriously!!!! I said, of course it wasn't there, I think I would have noticed if I had a screw in my tire before Igor here! So I asked, you're not going to do anything? And he said "no you're probably lying you probably had it in there before." I said, "why would I do that? You just saw me come through here 10 minutes ago!" He just brushed me off and walked away. What a Jerk!!! I can't believe what an asshole this guy is! please don't go to this car wash, bring your business elsewhere! I will make sure all my friends and family do. Learn how to be professional and run a business asshole! You don't treat loyal customers that way! Now you know longer have one. How read more

I have been using the regular drive thru wash lately and it has gotten better. They must have fixed the machines because my car comes out much cleaner and the dryers also work well too. Regarding the touch free side, don't bother, it doesn't work well at all. read more

i always hand dry my car after auto washing it and last time i noticed some new scratches but i dismissed them b/c i understand machines can do that. but this time there were even more so i will not be returning here. the scratches are spread all over. they use old brushes in their machines. while i was getting the wash i looked at the brushes as they sat on the windshield and they were all worn out on the edges. they need to replace them read more

Brought my extra filthy car into the carwash and went for the Volcano with tire shine. The attendant was great (and quite cute too). He washed my entire car with a brush and paid extra attention to the rims that were really gross. When I pulled out of the wash and stopped to put the magnets back on the outside of my car the attendant came over to be sure I was happy. He said my car was the dirtiest of the day and asked if I was satisfied or felt I needed to go through again. My car was sparkling and it did not need additional washing, actually I have never come out of any carwash with my car looking this good. Thumbs up for the service with a smile and then some. My car is sooooo clean now..... I will be back again soon! read more

Normally I wash myself or get a regular wash here but in the beginning of the week I got the works I actually sat in my car for several minutes before my car started to go through the wash as the guy had covered it with soap, "you couldn't see out the windows" and scrubbed it from top to bottom I was pretty impressed, Car came out great and my rims looked awesome 10 stars for that guy..so I decided to come back this morning and get the works again what a disappointment, 2 guys working today, they squirt a little bit of water and a little bit of soap scrubbed one spot in the front of the car one spot in the back and car went through immediately. It was no different from the regular wash. I feel ripped off and taken advantage of cause I'm female..service was not the same quality as other day. I go here a lot, have 2 cars and 2 trucks, even buy the gift certificate books for Xmas gifts. Very disappointed. read more

Great touch less wash. Definitely, cleans better than the Triton Car wash on Highland Ave in Salem. Make sure to print a receipt. I've had a problem one time where the wash didn't work properly but after showing them the slip the man was understanding and let me go thru again. read more

Mike and his crew are always there they are hard workers. I have read the reviews and what people dont understand is that this is a car wash for you to get in your weekly washes and vacuum. if you have polish and waxes in your paint and your paintwork is in healthy condition you will find that the touchless wash will work well for you. since reading reviews ive been talking with the owner once a week and he is a great guy who really takes pride keeping up with everthing there for example the deionized water they use leaves your car with no waterspots (spotless) this you wont find at some of the other run down carwashes! read more

BEWARE!!!! I used to go there all the time. The last few times have been horrible. The machines that take bills keep breaking. I put a 10 in and started to run low on time, tried putting in another 1 and it wouldn't take it. tried a different bill, and same thing. So you have to go get quarters at the machine on the side of the building. By the time you get back, your time has run out and you have to put another $3 in to get it to start again. About a month ago when I went it ran out of wax. It was just water coming out. The other day the tire cleaner just flat out stopped spraying for like a minute. They're just trying to scam as much money out of you. The longer it takes, the more money they make. Go another 2 miles down the road and try Minit car wash. I would normally not have even bothered to rate this place, but the last few experiences have been the worst. Don't go there if you don't want the same experience. read more

MY first time writing a review on Yelp and it has to be a BAD ONE. Just got a car wash from the touchless machine and as I was driving out of the lot, I noticed there were some white residue on the front hood. Parked my car and got out to look. There were white residue on the hood as if I haven't washed my car in days. I drove back to complain and was told the white residue is from the salt on the street. Mister, I just got a car wash at your place and you are telling me the residue is from salt? Today's weather is sunny and bright, NO SNOW. Obviously your NEW machine was not strong enough to wash away the dirt!! Never coming back here again! RIP OFF AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

Great carwash, always clean, the owners are nice and very helpful.. I go nowhere else but maddys

The worst Business in town! On Wednesday Sep, 3 2014 I stopped by to run my car through the touchless carwash as I do when I don't have time hand wash my car. Iv used there facilities many times but this day for what ever reason the touchless carwash was not dispensing any soap. I inspected my car thoroughly and found that it still was dirty. The car had been washed and waxed one day before so I know that the car was not extremely dirty. I made contact with one of the owners an older man who was to Busy counting money to make eye contact with me. He Pointed me in the direction of another owner a younger men I stated that I was Not looking to get something fore free and explained that the Touchless carwash was not dispensing any soap. I was greeted with a over all rude attitude and extreme!! frustration.... He did offer to run my car through the wash again I explained that I was tight on time and that I would like to return another time for a rewash. The owner pretty much said take a re-washed now or go pound sand with no other option I decided to re-wash the car a second time but the machine still did not dispense any soap. I did try to explain situation again to the honors but was told that I was a liar and that they saw soap on my car when in fact there was none. I do like to support local businesses and since I lived in the town for 20 years but in this case I would rather hand wash my car then spend a dollar at this facility. I guess the customer is never right and a liar. read more

Perfect! Finally a self service car wash open 24 hours. The foaming brush was generous. All in all super happy to have found the place.

Love this place! All cloth, friendly staff, reasonable prices and fast! Maddy's is my favorite car wash around because my rims always look like new after I go through the tunnel. They also have a touch-less, which I find to be very convenient when I want to wash my SUV after hours. read more

On a beautiful winter day, you expect a line at the car wash, and I did wait about 20 minutes for the touchless, which was no problem. I went for the basic wash ($10), and have to say I was disappointed that when my car came out of the wash, there were still some dirt spots. The air dryer was pretty weak and as a result, there were water marks all over my car from water dripping. I'm giving Maddys 2 stars, because at least my car was cleaner coming out than going in...but not much! read more
