Signed up for the top tier Skyline membership. Went three times for three washes. The first two…read moretimes, the horizontal brushes never came down (the tech shut them off) so the car wasn't cleaned dried off properly on the roof or windshield. The third time, the tech shut off ALL of the brushes, including the side ones, so I just got water and soap poured on my vehicle. Nature can literally pour water on my vehicle for free, and get the same result. The amount of "stuff" that got sprayed on my car was different each time also, so I don't even think I got the Skyline wash each time. Also, the horizontal spinning towel drying is supposed to be included in the price, but I never got it. Contacted customer service on facebook, and they told me it was because I have roof racks, even though they're factory racks and not coming off the car. Then they told me to stop by the office after the third wash to help resolve the issue. It's a car wash, not a nuclear physics lab. The staff is poorly trained, stand around like they couldn't be bothered to even wet the car completely before it went into the wash. It's just a crappy, poorly run carwash with fancy lights. You can get an equally shitty wash elsewhere for cheaper, and at least have brushes and rags touch your car.

I use their car wash often and I must say it is one of the best Car Washes I've used. The cashier Cheri (I believe is her name), inside the Convenient store is always friendly and pleasant to talk to. I don't always go inside but the last time I was there, she even recognized me. WOW.. How welcoming is that! I have never put in a review for the Gas station before, but she deserves one and need some kind of recognition for providing excellent customer service. She normally works alone but always pleasant, even when she gets busy. As a Hotel Manager, I know it is not as easy to find people like Cheri.
