I mean, yeah....it's not exactly the crème de la crème of car washes extraordinaire. But it's a place that gets the job done...for the most part. Since this place is less than 5 minutes from my house and in a fairly easily accessible location, I opted to subscribe to their membership. There are different tiers, of course. But I wouldn't recommend getting one, unless you plan to wash your car at least twice a week or more, like I do. Eh....I should clarify why I do this. Ya see, there's this annoying little thing called 'precipitation' up here in New England. I'm talkin' 3 times a week, minimum. Not quite as bad as Florida or anything, but...POINT IS....cars don't retain their shine very long around here. What, between the pollen, rain, sleet and snow, it makes sense to have a car wash membership. But if you're just visiting, I'd say just pick the day package your wallet wouldn't cringe to and roll on through. Just be wary that the only time you have to vacuum the inside of your car is BEFORE you enter the car wash. That's the thing I dislike about this place. The exit is placed in such a way where it is totally impossible to pull off to the side and towel dry your car ('cause we all know air dryers ain't worth a shit and leave watermarks all over the back window). Picture this. Exit is facing a downward hill, which rolls directly onto a one way street. So, to sum up: you can't stop, not even off to the side and you can't turn left. I hate this car wash exit more than Brussel sprouts. Aside from all that though, they're alright. Signing up for the membership was fairly easy. You can do it when you first pull up, or you can do it via their website. In any case, it's nice to see a car wash around here that's with the times. Therefore, I'm awarding them 4 sparkling clean cars with the brakes engaged upon exit out of 5. read more

I wouldn't say I detailed my car, but I came fairly close! Oh and btw, the vacuum work absolutely splendidly here. The only draw back was the nozzle of the vacuum, too big for those hard-to-reach places. No matter! I got my car cleaned! There was even a upholstery shampoo cleaner I used for the front seats. After I was done, I opted for a car wash also. The car wash prices seemed reasonable, and the staff member was helpful. The only downside was the vending machines, they are worn and hardly work. The Armorall dispenser had been jammed up with quarters, I didn't realize until I put a dollars worth in. I had to bang and smash the dispenser to try to get some money back (I got more out then I put in, helped to make up for the last stop). After here it was a trip to Shaw's to buy wipes to finish cleaning. read more

I received an unlimited wash gift card for the holidays. I came in for my first wash (and to activate the card) and the clerk told me that the card was not purchased! I got the contact information (facebook and email) of the manager/owner and sent him messages to include the card number and credit card transaction for the purchase. Til this day, I still have not received a reply to rectify the problem. I'll be going there tomorrow and get this sorted. P.s. since I pulled into the wash, two other cars pulled up behind mine and the clerk didn't know what to do so I went ahead and paid for a wash just so I could get out of there! I recently took my car in to have some work done on it. The mechanic there (I love my mechanic) teased me for how dirty the underside of my car was. He said I should regularly clean it because it makes a big difference. If you don't clean the underside of your car, all that stuff will just continue to decompose (so I am told). So, the short version is my mechanic guilt-tripped me into getting my car washed. - This is a very modern car wash. There are fancy lights and signs as you go through it. It does a through job cleaning, and 2 guys wipe down your car when you're done. Some things to note: - You pay as you drive up to an actual person, which I liked. No fussy machine or atm-style thingy. Real people. They hose down the sides of your car before you begin. - I thought this was a "touchless" car wash, which it wasn't. Despite the name being "gentle touch", your car is inundated with heavy thick cloth-style car washers. I don't like those. I don't like that dirt and grime and small rocks from other cars could be dragged across mine. I own a used car, so I don't really care, but you might. - There are some neat colorful lights from time to time. I point that out because my nieces and nephews always get a kick out of going through a car wash so - you know - there's one more reason to go here! --- It cleaned my car just fine and I'll be back. read more

The reviews on this car was are extremely inflated. There's literally nothing special about this car wash. I felt like I wasted $20 on their top of the line "Ultimate" wash; give me a break. The towel dry by hand was a joke, and my rims were left spotty. I won't come here again. My search unfortunately must continue. read more

It is 11/25/2019 and I just picked up my 2001 Chevrolet Malibu. It is a newly purchased used car... UNBELIEVABLE!!! It is like a bran new car... And I'm picky...I had the complete works, inside and out.. Also, the Ozone odor removal... So well worth the money.. These guys worked hard. I can't say enough good things about this company.. And great professional service.. Thanks guys.. Now I can sit in my car without feeling like other people's body odor, shredded skin, germs, etc, is ridding along with me.. I have been looking for a great car wash in Nashua and chanced it with Camps and I sure do regret it. I bought a book of 5 car washes for $40.00 and have been twice. First experience: Went through and they hand dried my car after (towel was used on god knows how many cars but you could tell my car wasn't the first, the clothes were soaked and dirty). Tipped the guy and when I got back to work I noticed spots of dirt and the inside of my wheels were dirty. Second try: This time I got "The Works" (I paid an additional $5 for this wash) hoping it would get the dirt in my wheels. When they went to dry my car the towel was sopping wet that it streaked all over my window when he went over it. When I got back to work there were chunks of the clothes they use stuck behind the headlight of my brand new car! When I called they told me to come back and they could try to take it out :-/. I will return tomorrow and hope they can refund me for the book I purchased. I cannot attest to their detail service as I have not used it but I certainly do not like their car wash practices. I also lost $5 in a change machine but fortunately there was someone there to help me. When you pay such a high price for a car wash, one would expect the best; this is clearly not the case. UPDATE: Went to tell the owner about my experience, he wasn't there. I finally got in touch with him, he pulled out the pieces and upgraded my car wash tickets. He said that the clothes are suppose to tear off otherwise they would damage my car. As for the soaked towels at the end, he said they are suppose to be wet. I've always diverted away from the cloth washes in favor of the touch-less washes (I had gone to the Camps up the street prior to this and it was the worst experience of my life) however, due to a build up of dirt I decided to go through Camps. I chose a basic wash, crossed my fingers and went through the car wash. The staff was attentive and friendly and the hand dry at the end was better than expected. This is by far the best automatic wash I've ever been to. I paid $12 for the "Wheel Love" wash, I think is what it's called. This was the first time that the car wash got all the nooks and crannies of my alloy wheels. In addition, there were so many sets of brushes and so much soap that I just was amazed. So spending as much time in Vermont as I do now, means my car is a total mess. Now when I'm up in Vermont so is everyone else's car so its no big deal. When I come back to New Hampshire and Mass I look a bit out of place. Especially this winter which has yet to come to Southern New England. So instead of being the dirtiest car in town I like to pop in here and get cleaned up. Super easy to get to right off the highway and at a good price. I also have found it actually gets my car (especially my wheels) much cleaner than a lot of the other automatic car washes. I dropped my car off on Saturday at 8AM for a full detail it was in rough shape having traveled 1400 miles with drinks chips and all kinds of grime. In addition some roof scratches from a box of chairs that were strapped to my roof. My Acura had been put through the ringer. As far as touch-feee car washed go, the equipment here is better than any others that I've tried (about 10). No, it doesn't get off the winter road grime as well as a car wash that does touch, but it's darn good, all things considered. read more

Their service is bad, the staff are rude, doesn't respond to any of the calls. and the worst thing is the hours of operation. They say that they are open till 6PM. I am trying to get my car washed from more than a week, I stop by at 5.55 and turns out they are closed each and every-time I stop by.. Look at your competitors, most of them are open till 7PM.. I subscribed for their car wash and was able to get washed only once in the entire month due to their weird timing.. Please refund my money or be open when needed. what is the point of signing a subscription? read more
