DO NOT USE THIS SHOP…read more This place accidentally put the wrong weight oil in my car. I was in Maine, and the oil pressure light came on. I needed to get towed to Seacoast Mazda, over an hour away. They drained the oil, which they said was the wrong viscosity, and refilled it. It was $294. I assumed, since the lines connecting these two events were so clear, and my car is a 2023 with 30k miles on it, that they would just pay and I'd be on my way. They called back and declined to pay for the work. If they won't pay $294 to rectify a small mistake, they ABSOLUTELY will not take responsibility for anything else, either.

When I read the other reviews, I decided to make the 1 Hour drive from lower New Hampshire. And, as…read morethe old saying goes, you get what you pay for, and I don't mind paying out when I'm getting the highest available quality - and that's what this place offers. Even when they were done with my black 2025 RAV4, I noticed a couple small marks on the hood that I thought were imperfections, possibly from their work or maybe high spots from the multiple layers of ceramic coating that I thought maybe weren't buffed out even evenly. Even though the owner did politely suspect that it might've been from some tree sap (that I did come in with) that he thought maybe actually etched into the clearcoat paint, still, he had the entire hood redone without charging me, just to be sure and so he took the position assuming that the customer might be right. Well, in the end I was wrong - and still this guy had the highest level of integrity I've run into in a long time (in any business). I am definitely always taking my car back and recommending this place. It's not often that you find extremely high-quality work combined with very great customer service and integrity.

Next, the change machine would not accept any one of five one-dollar bills. Then, the cashier at the Haffner's convenience store, when I told her that the change machine did not work, and I asked her for $5.00 in quarters, she said, "our rule is that I can give you no more than $3.00 in quarters;" really, I call that service, customer service, BAD customer service. Finally, after having two car wash employees stare at me, in the self-service car wash bay, I realized that the self-service car wash bays, and change machine, may have been disabled, due to a mechanical issue. You think the cashier would have known that? Finally, if the self-service car wash bays were disabled/turned off, don't you think Haffner's would have put orange cones at the entrance of each self-service car wash bay, indicating that they are Out of Service?
