The Touchless Bay Wash starts off good but ends with a NOT SO GREAT Spotless Rinse that leaves your Car Windows covered in tiny white spots! Why call it a Spotless rinse, if it's NOT! Maybe the person that's responsible for adding the chemicals is not doing their job? Won't be back! :( read more

Long road trip and needed to wash the bugs off. The customer service was great but the touch-less car was wasn't long enough is that make sense I used to a longer tube lol this was is very short which mean not as thorough but free vacuums plenty of washcloths to clean. The only reason I have 2 stars is the actual car wash machine read more

I'm giving three stars only because the place operated fine and price was okay, but ultimately I'm not happy with the final product, and likely won't go back, at least not for anything but a rinse off in the winter. I went through on my lunch break because I didn't have time this week to hand wash my car. I figured touch free would be a safe bet. I got the top tier(can't remember what it's called) with simonz ceramic coating. everything seemed well enough until I pulled into a gas station 5 minutes later to fill up. when I got out I noticed my red car had white spots all over it. now I have to hand wash the car anyway. I'm not sure if the spots were from the coating, or something else, but they absolutely weren't on my car when I entered the car wash. read more

The good thing is your car gets clean but they pack the cars in back to back and there is only room for two cars at the end of the wash to try and get out of the lot read more

Love this carwash! Ben is the best always with a smile and very friendly! I would recommend everyone to come here.

10/10 car wash I'm a bit late to this review but Mike helped me get the works on my ford 150. Everything came out perfect.

Very amazing car wash. Good service from Mike will make sure to go back for a membership! The prices are cheaper compared to other locations

When we first started using ScrubaDub last year, 2022, it seemed good. We bought two memberships. But as time went on it slipped to becoming just a basic car wash. Vacuum's really declined. Went today and all of the vacuum's were not worth using. Found this to be the case more often than not. Extremely frustrating. We have a membership at a car was in Florida and it is night and day. read more

The works is no better than the basic. Wheels and tires were wet Far from clean. Couldn't be bothered to go through again for the same result. I'm back to hand washing in the driveway read more

Love this place! Self service touch less wash is reasonably priced compared to others in area & then even provide rags and window cleaner & a vacuum token! How can you beat that for $5.50 for the entry price wash. Have been bringing my car here for 6 years + and will continue to bring my business here read more

ScrubaDub Auto Wash Centers - Free vacuum token when you buy a wash! - Car Wash Near Me - Salem, New Hampshire

I bought 3 washes for a discount at the Salem NH location in September. I wasn't able to get into the wash for my final prepaid wash until last week. I went to use my wash ticket an it told me it was expired. Looking at the ticket I do see an expiration date in January. When I bought the washes I assumed the prepaid washes were like a gift certificate which by law cannot expire. I just think it is unfair for a paid wash to expire. Update - the owner quickly reached out to me and offered me a tunnel wash. I was impressed with the quick response. In the future if I have any issues I will contact the business prior to going on Yelp and complaining. read more

*1/11 update - the manager met me today and made it right, took care of me. Good people. Decent wash. I'd recommend adding additional water sprays at the end though, still soapy coming out. This was the 2nd worst car wash I've even paid for. $13 super and my car came out filthy. The guy with the spray gun only sprayed drivers side on the car. Spent 10 minutes wiping off the dirt in my front bumper. I'm shocked no one scrubs your bumper. Someone recommended this place to me and I regret going now. What a shame scrubadub! I'm beyond frustrated read more

Need a family plan! I love a clean car and would pay for a monthly plan, but then my wife would want one too, and that's too much at $46 each. read more

A busy and really good care wash. Offers laser touch free as well as the regular wash that you drive through. They offer several was options. One for every budget. I like that they offer spray cleaner and rags at the end of the wash so you can dry and clean the inside areas. The place is clean and the equipment works all the time. read more

Bit annoyed; I say to red head kid working; 'do me a solid and spray off my wheels before? Kid; 'sure' Ignores me and pushes car thru. I would understand if it was slammed but there were NO cars behind me. Quality has been lacking lately... read more

Always a very long line and very hard to maneuver after the wash is done in order to dry off the car. We also paid $4 extra dollars on top of the express wash for the tire shine and it only shined half the tire! Don't not get the added tire shine. Spend the extra money and do it yourself! Overpriced wash to say the least. read more

2 no touch bays but I normally go through the big wash. Prices are good - vac token included - and wash/dry towels and window cleaner for use on exit. Vacuums actually suck too. Always friendly service as well. Happy bonus for me is the random stuffed animals on the dryers of the big wash. If Dory flapping in the wind doesn't make you smile - you need to rethink your life. read more

My go to spot for a wash. I been coming here for years. I usually do the brushless wash, and you get a token for the vacuum. What I like about this place is they have towels, glass cleanser to use after your wash. It's great. read more

First time here, I go to the first bay not knowing you have to go too the last bay. I scanned a free ticket I had for Christmas. The first bay took the scanned ticket. Waited and nothing happened. So got out of car and went too employee entrance. Guy screams at me, 'Dont you know you go to the far entrance. I said my first time here. I get back in the car and drive to that exit. He comes back out and says 'I opened the door at the first entrance. He yells at me again ,' didn't you here me that I was opening the first entrance. What an arrogant punk. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. read more

Least expensive car wash in town. Avoid going on a sunny saturday morning, line way to long. Go later in day. Great that they provide glass cleaner and cloths to use after your wash. read more

I'm not sure how this place gets such good reviews. I got the works car wash last visit and felt I threw money down the drain. I didn't see ANY difference from a shell $7 car wash. Ya it's nice they provide glass cleaner afterwards but for the price I could go buy multiple bottles. If you get a wash get the minimum.... read more

This is my favorite car wash to go to! It has everything you need, great service, great prices, and good vacuums!

This car wash place is by far the best scrub a dub car wash compared to others . Staff are always very friendly. They help me select and explain the process. I just signed up with them on a monthly base for my livery car and I am happy I did. Great staff , great location. read more

Scrub a dub in Salem is great! Everyone's is always so kind and they move through the line quickly. Never had a problem.

This car wash is by far the best and the guy in the tunnel named Robby did a wonderful job explaining the different car washes as well being VERY polite, even though there were a line behind me, he took his time and did an extraordinary job scrubbing my car. Definitely coming back read more

LOVE this place! Touch free wash for $4.75! Never have to wait long, clean bays, great customer service, free vaccum tokens and window cleaner with towels to wash your windows. Wouldn't go anywhere else! = ) read more

I have the monthly membership and try to go at least once or twice a week, great customer service and my car always comes out great!

Had membership to unlimited washes for 1 month and disliked it they only offer unlimited washes through the tunnel wash which is horrible. Put my car through it two times and left all types of scratches on the body. I did like that they provide towels and glass cleaner which is not an everyday thing to find at a car wash. This car wash would receive 5 stars if they offered unlimited wash plans on the laser wash bays they have to actually wash your car 24/7. Hopefully I am not the only one that thinks that! read more

Great service with great results. Amazed at how shiny and clean my car always comes out. I like that they supply the spray cleaner and rags after you get out. thank you read more
