My vehicle was in for service for an extremely long period of time, over 100 days. I reached out to…read morethis business by way of telephone number to cancel my $29.99 monthly subscription and did not receive a phone call. This went on for several months until I finally stopped by figure out what the problem was. A kid who was changing out garbage bags told me that he would get his manager and that's when the fun started. The guy was argumentative while monotone in nature telling me that I should've made the effort to come to their business to cancel the subscription because their phones haven't been working in months. That seems absolutely absurd, considering if there was an emergency the business SHOULD have active phones. Honestly, it seemed Iike the guy had no idea or care about what I was asking him today, even though he was standing there with a wet post it pad and a pen. He scribbled down the barcode number I showed him from a picture and walked away after asking if I wanted a sticker for a vehicle that has dealership loaner stickers all over it. What?!?! I can honestly tell you this guy did not care at all about anything. If he's a member of the family, they might've given them the job as a token but if he's a hired employee, this guy should be fired. Empathy was not even a thing here. More like you are bothering me or I don't really care. Somewhere in the middle.

It seems obvious that nobody is maintaining this location and nobody cares about it. A real shame.
