It was probably a little bit more than a mile off the highway but the station is clean and covered. There were paper towels and fresh cleaning solution to wash your windows. My second to last experience, giving me a quote and then subcontracting the job out to another repair shop that not only forgot to put parts back on, broke interior parts and the cost ended up more than double. 1400 estimate became $3000 and they gave me the vehicle back broken. The most recent one they put our directional tires on backwards. The annual inspection attendant mentioned it. they did not want to remedy it.

If you post you are open until 12am, follow through with your posted time. It seems like this always happens when I stop there.

Looks like the other reviewer walked into this place with an attitude. :-) We came in with our exhaust pipe disconnected from the muffler and they welded the pipe back to the muffler instead the dealership costing us hundreds of dollars for a new one. The price was very reasonable. We have been using this shop for 2 years now and will keep using them as long as they are in business or while we live in Westford. They service our Honda Civic and Odyssey. They saved us a lot compared to using the dealership.

I filled my 2016 Equinox and my car was doomed from that moment. Pulling out to get on the highway it stalled, then stalled every time I let up on the gas. I tried Sea foam, and dry gas. The thought of getting hit on the road or t bone at an intersection were constantly on my mind. The car didn't recover. I called the station to ask if they had any water alarms, and I was told by the assistant manager in an almost scripted reply that there were no problems at the station. I had to trade my car in. Warning, my car ran fine going in and sounded the death toll coming out. Beware.
