She came over and basically demanded our credit card and told us we should not have been at this pump because it's too far away from the office as she couldn't see us, the rule is to stop at the first available pump. She was incredibly rude and made us feel like we had broken some unstated rule about gas stations. Never going back again, needless to say. Doesn't even deserve one star.

His son then paced behind our car with a hood on to intimidate us into moving. I told him I would move our car over while my wife took our daughter into the bathroom to clean up. Inside the store he began to bang on the door and yell at my wife to get out of the bathroom. When she was finished he was outside the door waiting for my wife and 4 year old daughter yelling that bathrooms were for his customers only. She felt so threatened and scared in protecting our daughter that she ran from him out to our car. He followed her out of the store and approached me at our car and told us to get off of his property. This escalated quickly over absolutely nothing. It was unprovoked and scary. The parking space in question was unmarked, not marked as a loading zone, employee space or a reserved space. We never ended up getting gas from them and have since reported it. It is scary that there are so many other reviews like this. I am shocked that Mobil let's them use their name with this reputation.

i don't regularly have a significant moment while at haffner's but today i had to write a positive…read morereview. i normally vacuum and car wash but unfortunately while i was cleaning the inside of my car i felt unsafe. a woman in a light brown honda cr-v was staring at me from across the vacuum section, it was nerve wracking and once i reached into my car for my phone after spotting her she sped off. immediately i went inside to report and ryan took the matter seriously. he was also kind which i appreciate immensely and i was able to finish my cleaning before leaving. although i will be hesitant to return due to the scare, i know the staff are wonderful and go above:)

A trip through the somewhat antiquated equipment leaves a clean car coated with a lot of residual cleaning products. It usually requires window cleaning and paint detailing, when you get home. Spend a few dollars more for a better car wash elsewhere.
