I was there last month and change my oil and a Car Headlight, for this service they charge me $29 even though the lamp is only $3, I went back this week and ask how much for a oil $47 and the guy was very rude. Another reason that I'm giving 3 stars they're not doing proper distancing and not using face mask. read more

I love this Jiffy Lube! I called during my shift at work to make sure they could do an oil change later in the day, spoke to the friendliest man on the phone who was happy to help. I wish I remembered his name!! They let me sit in the car during the oil change, were extremely helpful and friendly the entire time, and made me feel so much less anxious about getting my oil changed by myself. These are the types of people who make dealing with social anxiety a little bit easier! They don't even know how much they helped me out today. Not only with an oil change but with making me feel a lot less anxious and just making me smile the whole way through. He even helped me find a coupon on my phone for the oil change! Been here a few times, staff is usually friendly and service is quick. Last time I went my phone charger mysteriously disappeared after my service. It's not going to keep me from going back but I will make sure I remove anything I dont want missing from my car before getting serviced. read more

Went in for an oil change and a few other minor tune ups without an appointment. Service, as well as customer service, was quick, informative, and very friendly. I was given 2 additional coupons/discounts for the services I received which really brought my total down, as well as a coupon for $15 off my next service. As a female, I didn't feel 'dumbed down' during this process and was kept very much in the loop of the services my car needed and received. So appreciative of the nice people working here. I got my oil changed here about three weeks ago. The service was relatively quick (albeit slightly more expensive than my usual spot) and the waiting room had a TV. The staff seemed nice enough as well. As most places do, they badger you into upgrades and part changes. This included them taking out my air filter and asking me if I wanted a new one. I declined, but however upon checking under my hood that afternoon, I noticed that they didn't even reconnect my intake hose. My check engine light turned on the same day, presumably as a result of driving 30 miles without the filter connected. The Good: They do indeed provide a "jiffy" oil change - I was in and out of there in about ten minutes without having made an appointment. The bad: The price of a basic oil change is ridiculously high - a good $10 more than what you'd pay at your local mechanic. Moreover, you tell them you just want an oil change, but then they'll try to upsell you: change the air filter, change the transmission fluid, etc. These services are also overpriced. While I appreciated the ease and convenience of getting a fast oil change, I'll stick with my mechanic in the future. read more

Gotta tell you, I was skeptical of a "quick" type lube place fixing my breaks, but not anymore. They did it faster and just as reasonable as one of the big box stores. The pads come with a lifetime warranty. I was in and out in under 90 minutes. The mechanic didn't even charge me for the extra caliper work. Awesome. And oh yea it Brakes too :-) read more

I had my oil changed only to not have any new oil put into my car. There was a new person working at the time. As the owner or manager was teaching him how to use the computer. I am SO fortunate that the engine on my car didn't seize. I drove around for months slowly noticing a pull back. Finally it just stopped on me right as I was on a main rd on a blind corner. It was awful.The last thing I thought it could be was my oil because I had it changed so recently. Well at least now I know how to check and refill my own oil. I got my most recent oil change there a couple of months ago and probably won't be back. The staff was nice enough and the service was quick. I got the usual Signature Service oil change where they "top off the 5 fluids" and vacuum the floor and everything. Well, the floor definitely wasn't vacuumed but that didn't really bother me much. What bothered me was that 2 days after the service, my windshield wash fluid completely ran out! It's not like the fluid is very expensive to grab and fill yourself but I was paying for the convenience of NOT having to do it myself. I looked on the invoice and next to windshield fluid it said "Added"...I just hope they did the other things they said they did. read more

I had a giant rock hit my windshield while on the highway today. It left a big "bullseye" crack that looked unsafe, so I wanted to have it fixed right away. I tried big name glass repair shops in the area, but there were no appointments. I also have no insurance for glass, so the repair, based on estimates, was going to cost me around $130. A friend told me to try this Jiffy Lube. I called at 6pm and Ashley told me to come right down. They did a great job with the repair. Although not perfect, Chris told me exactly what to expect with the repair and then gave me the option of not paying if I wasn't happy. Chris repaired the glass, made it safe and legal, and only charged me $30!! Great service, honest communication, and true concern for customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube and I will be a repeat customer. read more

I came here this morning for a routine oil change. I was a new client. The men working were very courteous the whole time. They showed me that I needed a new air filter (which I hadn't known was almost black! :-X) and also pointed out two chips in my windshield which they fixed for free! Along with the oil change, air filter and windshield repair. They also vacuumed my interior and cleaned my exterior windows! I was out of there in less than an hour. I went in today around 1:20 p.m. I was very pleased to see a female was working there... it always makes me feel good to see women in this field. I believe her name was Ashley. She was very friendly and professional and it was nice to have a smile greet me. She was knowledgeable and explained a lot to me about my car and what services may be needed but was not pushy even though she let me know in her professional opinion with my car would need and offered all the services that they had available. I enjoyed knowing that her best interest was with the well being of my car but also let me make my decision for today's services because I only had time for an oil change. I just wanted to say today's experience was a good one.. they were very helpful. I also had a check engine light on and I believe his name Brian was helpful in letting me know what the codes were. Constant up sell, and people who can't turn a screw doing things they have no business doing. A broken battery terminal after a simple post cleaning was the last straw. Bad, Bad Experience! they have another new crew at this location which shouldn't matter because they have a check list to go by and guess what they didn't follow it! it took them 37 min. to do a 10 min. oil change. I watched these new guys through the window chatting it up and standing around laughing with hands in pockets while my car sat there. They didn't do the windows till the last 30 seconds and that was because it was 6:04 and they wanted to go home. Thye didn't vacuum, so I had to go back the next day to have them do that and then I notice the next day my tires didn't look properly inflated so I had to back another day to have them check that and the Oil Tech had the nerve to say that nothing will make me happy, Really! Perhaps if they had the professional gumption to do what they advertise and get the job done right the first time I wouldn't be so unhappy!
