They came in clutch as I was panicking during the holiday weekend with a car that wouldn't start consistently even though it's newer and regularly serviced at the dealership. All getting worse as I was preparing for the return drive from MA to VA in Thanksgiving traffic. I thought for sure we were doomed to get stuck in the middle of nowhere with a dead car. Dealerships were slim staffed so no one could help but one suggested checking out a quicklane service and I'm glad they did. We popped over to this one as the closest one. As we arrive, I started wondering if it was the best option and saw they had 2.5 stars on yelp. Definitely had concerns but we decided to try and I'm glad we did. I had my partner run in so I could keep the car on in case they couldn't help and they came out to the car with him to see what was wrong. We were then asked to pull up after they decided they could help us and had a clear action plan. They worked quickly and together to juggle the existing customers with us and set us up to test our battery and promptly told us we definitely needed a new battery and not an alternator. Thank the holiday turkeys! These guys were patient in answering my questions as I wanted to understand my options and what things meant and assuring us they would help jump us if they couldn't fix the issue and the car wouldn't restart. The battery cost seemed comparable to other online costs so at least we were not getting ripped off as far as I could tell (not very far tbh). The whole process probably took less than 30min or even 20min. We were back on the road shortly after and my cat was starting back up as normal at the next rest stop. Anyways, I'll still take my car into confirm nothing else is going on but I think they fixed it and were really friendly about it. I know the other reviews were not great but my recent experience is definitely 5 stars for these guys. Thanks for saving us!

These people act nice but the level of laziness and incompetence here is astronomical. I came to the shop for alignment, an exhaust quote, and maybe smoothing the front rotors. Came out with half an alignment, an exhaust quote, new brake fluid, and other brake work to save up for. The Good: Very friendly, approachable sales and mechanical staff. Lots of show cars and happy customers on display. Reasonable with cost of work and parts. Called me back like they said they would. Clean shop, looks comforting. They did find a brake fluid leak I missed, and didn't give me a hard time about doing that work myself. The Meh: I paid for 4w alignment only to find they just adjusted the front/rear toe. No other shop had trouble with front camber, but this one said it "can't be adjusted on this car". No call to say that, and evasive about whether they tried and lost to rust -- or if they just didn't know it was adjustable. But that's what I paid them for... I guess they also inspected my air filter, because I found it wasn't closed all the way. A sudden extra roaring sound when I left should have been hard to miss. Verdict: My car is 18 years old, and though it looks its age I love it. But I hoped for more than I got from this shop.

Come to find out the transmission fluid was mixing with the oil the oil was out of the car by time I was down the block in the car was overheating. the radiator and heater hose was loose. How do you not notice the oil and the transmission fluid is mixing together. Get that guy out of there he's not paying attention to the car or the customer.
