He called me that morning to say he was running 15 minutes late and was finishing up a job- no problem. He came when he said he would. I think people rate this place lower because they are expecting a $27 wash to give them everything they'd expect from a full detailing. I go here every month or two. They take care of it while I sit in a comfy chair and play with my phone. Beats working the vacuum and running the rags over the trim myself.
