The car had 39 miles on it, so I went back and forth for a month via email until they finally decided to do the right thing and replace the damaged part. Then noticed that my PPF (which was largely done well) was peeling in a few spots on the edge, I asked to have it looked at under warranty, and they just stopped responding to my emails. Also worth mentioning, when I picked my car up, it had pieces of PPF stuck in random spots and hand prints both inside and out, they also scratched up my key fob that was handed to them new. Apparently the three-year warranty means nothing .you need to bring it in on your dime for maintenance every year to maintain the finish. maybe they should include that important information in their worthless warranty. This place ended up costing me $7,000 to repair the entire front dash of my BMW M8 after they performed a subpar windshield tint installation. They completely ruined my dash. A BMW upholstery specialist confirmed it was due to their negligence -- it appears they sprayed the windshield and then left the car outside in the sun, causing the dash to crease and warp. What makes it even worse is that they never acknowledged the damage when I arrived to pick up the car. Not a word. This level of carelessness and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I made arrangements to drop off my car the day before for window tinting. I was told it would be ready the next afternoon. I called 3 times and they said they would call me back. That did not happen. I get there and after waiting an hour the car and told they are working on the car I find the car untouched at 5:15 PM. I spoke with someone else and they said they will now work on it They close in 33 minutes. Management should be fired. This is a service industry and I am a repeat customer. I will no longer bring any vehicles here. I am still waiting at 5:52. The general manager did charge me only for supplies which is about half the cost. Great service, responsive, and fantastic job on cleaning my car interior. I had a mold issue from a moonroof leak and was told by the dealership that I would likely have to rip out all the carpet along with my headliner. So I tried a thorough cleaning as a hope that I could avoid all that. Q car care made me feel confident that they could make it work. They removed the stains in the headliner, cleaned/steamed the carpet, and had this neat A/C odor treatment to help with the moldy smell. Overall, super pleased with their quality of work. Had them ceramic coat my 2019 Ram Rebel almost a year ago was thrilled with the work they did! I brought it in for a detail and maintenance for the Coating. I thought I removed most of the things I had in there with the exception of stuff I left in the center console and a few things under the seat. They totally went through everything and put in bags... There was more than I thought. Having 2 dogs, using my truck like a truck is supposed to be used and going to my remote property in Vermont, it does get pretty dirty!!! I would give them six stars if I could. I came in January 2022, after searching for a place to tint my windows of my car. IT was near impossible to find someone in my area to do it. Either the places near my zip code were closed during the winter or they simply ignored my voicemails and emails. I went to Q car care despite it being a 45 minute drive away because they offered a rental car option. That allowed me to drop off my car in the morning, and then take there rental car to my office while my car was being worked on. They went above and beyond, they did a great job on the ceramic coating and the window tinting. They even vacuumed out my interior. They were on time, and on budget. A+ read more

I just recently bought my first car and it pained me to see little dings and scratches that I caught while driving on the highway. I did a lot of research on different auto detailing shops and this is a wholesome review for anyone who is looking to get their car detailed, PPF'ed or ceramic coated. Essentially what you are buying is the confidence to drive your car without having to worry about cleaning or scratching it. With Q Car Care you do pay more of a premium with their services BUT if you are looking to get this service done, you are probably someone who cares a lot about your car. I chose to go with Q Car Care because they seemed like people who were passionate about detailing cars and cared a lot about the craft of detailing. Which they were. I trusted them with my car and it turned out really well. In the end I got a full front PPF and the whole car ceramic coated. My car always looks brand new and shiny af. It is pretty much summer now and there is pollen and bird poop everywhere but it still looks shiny from afar. Took it to a touch-less wash today and the cheapest wash cleaned off all the crud on my car. The coating on the windscreen makes it so much more safer to drive and watching water/dust/dirt bead of your car is very satisfying. With PPF I worry less about driving on the highway. PPF and ceramic coating is well worth the money and if you do not have the money right now, at least get your windows coated so its safer to drive in heavy rain. Definitely doing the same with the next car I get. (see pictures) Maybe Q Car Care in the future you could accommodate for financing payments. As a new Tesla owner I was joining all the Facebook forums and Tesla owners group and looking for some protection for the car. Q Car Care came up in a random comment, and I saw they were local, so pretty psyched. I was planning to head out of town for my first airplane flight after being grounded for ~9 months due to COVID. I e-mailed them, and Ian responded right away. He arranged to drop off my new Model S and leave it when them for a week while I was away. The car looked freaking amazing when I picked it up, and it was all charged up as a bonus. Incredible work, super friendly and very knowledgeable about paint and cars. I made an appointment online to bring my 2005 Toyota SUV to have it cleaned inside and out and prepped to be sold. I'm kicking myself for not taking a before picture to show you the unbelievable job Ben and Brian did on my SUV. They have brought my SUV back to life!!! It really looks like a completely different car! They shampooed all the seats, cleaned every single corner of the car, and washed and polished the exterior so it looks perfect for pictures. We were so happy and so impressed by their work that few days later we brought our Mercedes to have it washed and detailed and they again did a superb job! Went here to see if they could help me out by just buffing 1 door as there were some scratches on it. I wasn't looking for a free handout but they told me $100 bucks for maybe 10 minutes worth of work. They also said if buffing doesn't work they may have to wet sand it. Even I know if you don't catch the scratch with your finger nail it can be buffed out. $100 for 10 minutes of work is absurd. I can't even imagine what they charge people for a full detail. If you decide to take your car to this place make sure you know what you're talking about as it seems they count on you to know nothing and try and charge you whatever they want. If you want someone who will take good care of you and is a top detailer in the country go to Unique Car Care in Andover, I did and have always received great work and even better customer service. read more

Ben is really professional about his service. He has been working on cars since he was a child and puts every effort to maximize the look and quality of your car. I went in for a paint coating and they use their own unique product manufactured in the US that you can not get anywhere else. The product is absolutely amazing! You can feel with your hands how good the coating is and it also adds great gloss and shine to your car. Just see for yourself in the pictures (2016 Honda black Civic Sedan). They will also coat the entire car including your wheels and windows without any additional cost! The car is supposed get even better over time so I'm really excited. They also provide a free car wash afterwards and do a check up to make sure the car looks good. He will also consider the fact that you are dropping off your car. So they provide service so that you will get back home as fast as possible without having to take the public transit. Never had such a good service in the US :) Lastly, hey also have their own car washing, which will be of much higher quality than any other washes in Boston. I'm sure with this quality they will definitely take care so that it will not leave any scratches to your car. I'm looking forward to my first car wash! read more

I took my Toyota Corolla here before our baby was born to get the car cleaned for the baby seat. I must say, the service was amazing. The staff was beyond friendly, and they booked my appointment the next day. No fuss, dropped off the car early in the morning on the back of the building around 8 am and left the key in the box. Very easy. Picked it up around noon the same day. For what they did, I consider this to be VERY quick service. My car had been abused by my dog who has light short hair who drools a lot for six years prior to this, so the car really needed major cleaning. QCare did a great job cleaning the interior. I had carpeted floors and fabric car seats, and everything (especially the back seat) was covered with pet hair. The car came out looking like new. It was amazing. They cleaned windows, all the panels, the floors - looked like a new car. I was very impressed. They did charge $250 for the job but it was well worth it!
