I had my BMW detailed waxed the whole 9 yards my car come out brand new shampooed. The carpets cannot tell you. What a great job Adam did he picked up my car at work and had it back at my office by 5 I couldn't believe it was my car. He did an outstanding job. I highly recommend a perfect detail to anyone and everyone thumbs up. read more

It's been a while since I've been inspired to write a Yelp review, but this was it. Adam and his crew did an otherworldly job on my well worn 2016 CRV, which I admittedly do a poor job of cleaning on the regular. Those light tan seats were plastered with deep stains that have accumulated over the years. Other vendors could never get the stains out, so I just about gave up ... but I literally Yelped when I saw the car they brought back to me. Incredible job, looks nearly new. Excellent service as they picked and dropped of the car in my driveway. Believe the reviews here, this is a fabulous servie. These guys will definitely be getting all my business and recommendations from now on. read more

Such a great job- got stains out of my seats that a previous detailing shop neglected years ago. Got everything done inside and out with shampooing in four hours and didn't miss any of the details. Price is reasonable and easy to schedule online. read more

Great experience with A Perfect Detail. They did a tremendous job detailing my SUV. Pricing was very fair. Very easy to book appointment on their website. read more

Just had my 2017 Nissan Rogue detailed with the Presidential Package. The cost of $259 was well worth it as it really needed a good cleaning and waxing. I would have given a 5 star review but they forgot to clean the front outside windshield after the hand washing. No big deal as I cleaned it when I got home. They also repaired a pushed in front bumper and touched up a couple of scratches at a reasonable cost. read more

Just had my car detailed on Friday for the first time. My car was filthy having transported barn items over the past six months! It came out like a brand new car, and I could see the pride taken in making it so. Very convenient too having picked up and returning it. I highly recommend them. read more

Adam's crew does amazing work! They got dog pee that was 'baked in' from the hot summer sun out of the back of my SUV. You would never have know it ever happened. They also did a great job getting the dog fur from my 2 big dogs off my fabric seats and floors... and it only took them a couple of hours. Highly recommend read more

Adam and his Team takes good care of his customers, as I've had great experiences doing business with them on multiple occasions. Highly recommend! read more

I would highly recommend A Perfect Detail. Adam turned the inside of a neglected 2007 vehicle into something that looks brand new... I can't be happier and the extra service of Pick up and Delivery - who could ask for more ~ GREAT Price :). You'd be crazy to go anywhere else. Wakefield Biz on North Ave ~ Sue/ Wakefield read more

Just had my 1989 Mustang GT detailed by Adam and his crew. All I can say is WOW! I originally was thinking of having it painted because there was a lot fading on the hood and trunk. Adam told me he could bring the color back out with paint correction. He wasn't lying. I still can't believe how incredible it came out. He also went out of his way to steam clean the engine and touched up some spots on the engine frame with paint. Can't say enough good things about Adam and his crew! Totally awesome! read more

FAR from a perfect detail... When I hear the word "detail" I automatically have a certain expectation - then add the word "perfect", well, you know where this is going... First of all, I made an appointment a week in advance and was very clear over the phone that this vehicle needed a thorough cleaning - I also agreed to pay full price and forgo using a coupon because of the level of attention I wanted to be given to this car. ( I actually ended up paying $15 over full price as a tip before I got a good look at the vehicle) The car was dropped off over night and when I called at 3pm the next day it still wasn't ready which would have been 100% fine if this was due to how thoroughly they were cleaning my vehicle - it wasn't, not by a long shot. When I got the car home I started noticing many things: the interior is black and the seats still showed many stains. When I scratched them with my fingernail they came loose.... hmm.. was this thing even fully shampooed?? Then I noticed many "details" were overlooked. The center console was never opened, there was still debris between the driver seat and the console as well as between the back seat cushions, cup holders were not cleaned, headliner is still dirty and the list goes on... So I returned the vehicle and they made an attempt to clean what was missed, I was going to let it go and call it neutral experience but what prompted me to leave this review was the icing on the cake this morning when I pulled out my floor mats that were drying over night - they were hardly cleaned if at all and the underside had grime that I had to spend my morning scrubbing after paying professionals! The seats in the back lift up so that there is great access for cleaning - well, the attached photo shows how well that feature was utilized. The upholstery is removable as well which in my opinion, a "perfect detailer" would have picked up on, removed and cleaned - I would have been more than happy to pay more for a job done right! read more

I personally feel like they made my car value worse than what I brought it in. I paid way too much to now have an ugly looking inside car. It was if my car was sprayed with some sticky black spray paint that now has picked up every debris/cat hair follicle possible on earth. I had to ask for a couple spots to be removed after paying for it. As it being my first time getting a car detailed this experience makes me hesitant on ever doing it again. Adam and his staff were friendly, I just don't think they're doing 5 star cleaning. Not worth the price I paid. read more

I have been using A Perfect Detail for as long as I can remember. It's the best name for a company, because it's literally perfect every single time. Adam the owner has always been pleasant and more than accommodating to me. Everyone is busy, they acknowledge that, if for some reason you can't drop off your vehicle they have a pick up / drop off service at no extra charge!!! So you can basically go to work, and come back to a squeaky clean like new vehicle. I mean it, I almost didn't sell my car because of how good my car came out. His prices are great, keep in mind people that it takes hours to clean a car properly, if you want a shit job then by all means take it to the car wash, but if you want a thorough deep cleaning, then this is the place for you. You get what you paid for when it comes to small businesses like this one, and there is plenty of value and bang for your buck. Is Adam in high demand, I'm sure he his, does he schedule everything for you and accommodate, you bet he does. No one in the area comes close, I can say enough great things about A perfect detail, it really is perfect.... read more

Wanted my SUV detailed before I put it up for sale. They did an amazing job inside and out. A lot of the surface scratches came out and they even worked on scratches on the glove compartment. The vehicle looked amazing and really showed off the beautiful blue color. The vehicle had much interest and sold within the week. Thank you for doing such a top notch job! read more

Made a next-day appointment with Adam after my little guy got sick all over the back seat of my brand-new Kia Telluride (YUCK!). Adam accommodated me beautifully....I even got a ride home after dropping the car off AND it was delivered back to me when the job was done! Not a trace of ANYTHING left...my car looks and smells like it did when. I bought it brand new ten months ago. Bravo, Adam and staff, well worth the $225! read more

I've had my car detailed 4 times with A Perfect Detail. Mark is typically who I communicate with. He is a really nice guy and very personable. The work is impeccable and my most recent detail included a surprise extra service. I will continue to use them for details. I highly recommend them for the customer service, extremely hard work and attention to detail. read more

Several issues: 1. My wife call last week for to make an appointment for interior detailing on a small 4 door sedan. They told her to come at 9am on Saturday (which was a couple days ago). On the phone, they said 2-3 hrs but can be less if the car isn't that bad. We are arrive at our appointment time and was told there were 2 cars ahead and would be ready around 3:30 (5.5 hours) we had another appointment that we had to cancel as result of this last min info, which was a little inconvenient. Not sure why they they made her an appointment when they had 2 cars to do before, we could have brought they car in later that day. 2. They did a terrible job. They left white stains (I assume the soap) on the doors and in the cup holders. We had to clean this off when we got home with cleaner and paper towels. There was dirt and hair in cup holders, dust and dirt around the dashboard. It looks like they didn't clean it. 3. There were some stains on the seats. I will say, they did an excellent job removing the stains on the drivers seat, but it appears they only spent time on that 1 seat as the others still looked dirty. My guess is they were strapped for time, we had 9am appointment with 2 cars ahead of ours when we dropped it off at 9, so I think they rushed and skipped cleaning areas of the car and got sloppy with the soap. We had to clean our car after they cleaned it, ironically. The attached photos are of the car AFTER our $115 detailing. read more

A Perfect Detail - Auto Detailing Near Me - Wakefield, Massachusetts

It had been about 1 year since my Jeep Grand Cherookee was last waxed and a few months since I washed and vacuumed the inside. Overall my car's relatively clean (no pets, non smoker, etc.), but it could use a little TLC. I called and left a VM to schedule an appointment. I didn't get a call back until the following day, but Adam was helpful and answered all my questions prior to arranging the detail job. The following day, Adam called right around when he said he would to let me know he was on his way. We met at my office parking lot I provided him some details on areas that needed extra TLC as I had some marks on my seat that wouldn't easily come out. Overall went very smooth - Adam was receptive to my comments. Several hours later, Adam called me to say he was back. My Jeep looked very clean and had a great shine to it. Tires and wheels were dressed. He had freshened up the black plastic trim as we had discussed. Door jams had all been cleaned up. Adam surprised me when he opened up the hood - engine compartment had been detailed; I wasn't expecting this. Overall, the outside looked very good. There were a few scratches that were still visible that I was hoping would have been buffed out. One was better, but still there. I think a few mins with some compound would resolve it. I know compounding wasn't part of the package, but they were the only real visible scratches. There was also some finger marks on the passenger side mirror. Nothing major. Outside 8.5/10. My interior was pretty clean to begin with, but I did have an issue with some water marks on the seats. Adam's team did a great job getting those out. Whatever belongings I had in the car where neatly placed in a bag in the trunk. The inside definitely looked freshened up as a lot of the plastic and rubber had a nice shine. My only super picky minor gripe - They cleaned the front windshield and then put on a removeable sticker with the company logo (similar to the ones that say when you need an oil change). I don't mind the sticker, but I could see finger print marks on the window from it being applied. Not a deal breaker. Inside 9/10. Overall, very happy with the detail job from A Perfect Detail. You're probably asking why the 5 stars if the interior and exterior weren't 10's. The engine compartment detail was really awesome and unexpected. Pickup and drop off was very convenient. The finger marks are pretty minor. With the coupon, the detail job was extremely reasonable ($159). If I look at what I received for what I paid, it was an awesome deal. Next up will be the wife's car. read more

Before turning in our leased car, we decided to have it detailed and chose A Perfect Detail as they are near us. I'm so glad we did! It came back looking so perfect, the person who came to do the inspection asked us where we'd gotten it done! Except for a few dings, it looked as if we'd just driven it off the dealer's lot. They couldn't have been nicer, too, and we did get the 20% discount as mentioned on their website (you just need to mention "a perfect job every time" when you call to make the appointment). Never having had this done before, I've nothing to compare it to price wise, but for what they did, I found it very reasonable. We had the President Deluxe and they cleaned in places I would not have thought of. Thanks! We'll definitely be back! Note: The map displayed on Yelp is not correct. I think they must have moved. See their own website for correct address and directions. read more

I went to A Perfect Detail about a month ago. I have to say that I'm impressed with the service Adam and his crew provided. My car hasn't been this clean since I bought it brand new. Brought in 2 sad looking vehicles for detailing, excellent refresh performed on both. Appointments were scheduled quickly and completed on time. Also they offered to ensure I had transportation after dropoff. Adam and other Worker (didnt get his name) were polite and professional. This is a review on the headlight restoration service: Initial impression: I scheduled a last minute appointment on a Saturday to have one of my headlights done since it was hazy and yellow. The owner, Adam, accepted me in at the last minute which was great. However, the person who worked on my car was one of his employees - super nice guy, but did not exactly do a great job (did not tape the bumper when wet sanding, spent 10 minutes in total, and still had a yellow headlight). I was disappointed in the result since I did have headlight restoration done before, and the end product was nowhere near or much different before starting. Second impression: I gave Adam a call a few days later to notify him of the issue - initially he did not respond so I did follow up early in the following week which he did answer my call immediately. He understood what had happened and agreed to have me bring in my car the very next day. He personally re-did the headlight restoration process without charging me again. This time, I saw he taped it properly as well as did several passes with the polisher. The result of his work form my initial appointment was pretty much night and day - crystal clear and good as new. Based on my encounter with Adam, I can tell he is a business owner who does take great pride in his detailing work and wants to get things done right. Sometimes, things may happen. The Saturday I brought in my car for its first headlight restoration, there was another car that was being fully detailed already so the employee may have rushed a bit to get both jobs done. I cannot speak for the negative reviews other people left in regards to Adam and his business, but I think he handled my situation perfectly. It is a small business with limited number of employees so they have to attend to everyone's needs, not just one specific request on-demand. Great work Adam - looking forward to doing additional work with you in the future! read more

I purchased the interior detail that included an exterior wash and windows on the outside. This was the worst detailing I have seen. When I pulled up to pick it up and thought it was not done at all since the outside was still dirty and had missing spots all over it from lack of "Detail" done to wash the car. The interior was clean but he used the greasy Armorall type substance that was horrendus. I had to clean the interior surfaces since the steering wheel and doors since they were caked with it. I asked him about the exterior and he said we just do a quick wash it is not detailed. No kidding ! Never again! read more

Adam is awesome! My car had a deep scratch that Adam fixed very quickly. It looks as good as new, and he was a pleasure to deal with.

Hands down my worst detailing experience ever. My new car was covered in very noticeable swirl marks and light scratches. I had to take it to another detail shop to try correcting all the mistakes they made. They did the best they could to fix the issues and I was told that the buffing done by A Perfect Detail looked like it was done by hand! This place is amateur hour and a complete waste of time and money. I wouldn't trust these clowns with my kid's bike. There are plenty of competent detail shops out there so don't take the risk with this place. read more

Disappointed in their interior detail. The windows and the windshield were barely clean. The steering wheel and the driver compartment were covered by dust. They seemed too busy to manage the volume of work. You leave your car there many hours and their service lacks customer satisfaction for the price you pay! Would not recommend it! read more

Scheduled an appointment, used the directions off of here which brought me into a neighborhood and the address is a house. I called the number multiple times and never got an answer after I had just spoken to Adam less than an hour ago to schedule. I just wasted my time to drive here for absolutely nothing? What kind of business is this? go somewhere else so you can actually get your car cleaned. read more

Really disappointed and feeling ripped off. Needed a quality shop for my Dodge Ram after a hard winter of work. Paid $225 for a complete interior/ exterior detail w/ shampoo which was supposed to be a discounted rate for my shop. To be honest from 5 feet away she looks beautiful. Great job on the black paint, high shine with no swirls which is hard to accomplish with black. Wheels and tires looked decent as well. That's where the positive really ends. The "perfect detail" part is exactly what it lacked. The detail part of the job appears to be extremely rushed. Clouded glass on all windows, some windows were completely missed, interior mirrors never touched, the windows that were cleaned did not even get opened to do the tops of them. I had a good amount of salt on the rugs from getting in and out of the truck this winter which appeared cleaned when wet, but completely reappeared once dried. The entire upper half of the interior trim was not even wiped down, let alone cleaned and shined. On my way home that evening I noticed something about to fly out of the back of my truck. What I found was my original floor mats had been vacuumed and placed in the bed, never put back and never shampooed. Spoke to Adam about these issues the next morning and said he would come back and take care of it, but hasn't shown up in two days. Every business has off days, but what counts is how you make it right, which has not happened as of yet. Overall impression is that this place is nothing more than average. I have no problem with shops that do "average" work, unless I'm paying an "above average" price. read more

I brought my car in to get it detailed this past July in order to have it in top condition to sell it. They did a great job on the outside and the fabric seats looked OK, but my automatic key lock was BROKEN. The auto lock/unlock worked fine before I brought it in, I've never had any problems with it. So now I'm having trouble selling my car because no one wants to manually lock and unlock their car. I'll have to shave off hundreds off the price I was hoping to get. The owner/manager didn't offer to fix it nor did he offer me any money back. (I noticed this problem after I left and paid the full amount). So I paid "A Perfect Detail" $150 to break my autolock - STAY AWAY from this place!!! read more

Adam and Mark were great to work with! We have a 2011 Arcadia which was not detailed since the day we picked it up. These guys made it shine like brand new. I made the appointment on a Friday and they fit me in on Monday. They offered to pick me up or drop off the car too. Reasonable price for a tremendous service. I even forgot the front mats at home and they said just swing by anytime and drop them off, we will take care of it for you. We will be using their service again! read more

Amazing job! First of all, the service was incredible, as they picked up the car at my house and dropped it off when they were done so I didn't have to figure out how to do car dropoff with two kids. No extra charge. And they cleaned my car full of goldfish crumbs, juice spills and coffee smears until it looked and smelled brand new. It was also a great deal...they were running a great special. Just got my car detailed today at A Perfect Detail. I am 9 months pregnant and due four days from now, and I wanted to make sure my car was nice and clean for my new son when he arrives - but because I am due so soon, it's hard for me to plan things like this at all in advance. I wrote Adam, the owner, an email this morning explaining my situation, and he got back to me very quickly saying that he would be happy to accommodate my request for same-day service. Given that I have never had my car detailed since buying it almost 4 years ago, I decided to spring for the top level package because it had gotten pretty dirty (thanks to my dog, and the fact that I eat lunch in it more often than I care to admit). I was stunned when I picked it up - it looks amazing! Like brand new, inside and out. Thank you so much, Adam and Mark @ A Perfect Detail - I'll definitely be back! read more

Really nice job! We're selling our car & needed to spiff it up a bit, and it really looks great. All the nooks & crannies in the dash & everywhere are crumb-free. Wow! Possibly the best customer service experience of my lifetime. I have never wanted to "rush home and write a Yelp review" like I did after picking up my car today. "Like new" doesn't begin to describe how incredible my car looked when Adam was done. On top of how amazing the car looked (and smelled), Adam found my broken keyless entry remote in the glovebox (where it had been languishing for 2 years), put a new battery in it and affixed it to a key ring. Even without the 20% internet special discount, A Perfect Detail is more than worth every penny. We will be coming back. Thank you! read more
