I had my car detailed here after researching and reading reviews, I was very disappointed. I got the Supreme Wax, I wanted my car (2020 Hyundai Palisade in very good condition) to look great. The roof of my car was dirty- I pointed this out and they pressure washed it- but did they wax over dirt??? when I opened my tailgate there was dirt where the hinges are, and inside the window had gunk from a sticker. It took me less than 2 minutes to scrape off the gunk and wash windshield, why wasn't this done? I had to clean the dirt when opening tailgate. I can't believe this cost $325 read more

To be sure 3 stars on yelp is "A-OK" 4 stars would have been "Yay, I'm a fan." I am not a fan, but I wouldn't stop others from trying this place out. I think I paid 125 for an interior detail only. It was cleaned better than could have done myself. There was visible crumbs and bits under the front seats, it was in those areas I could never get that's why I paid for a pro to clean it up. The clean was a few month ago, I tried to call them back but one of our phones kept cutting out. And I didn't know what to ask for, probably more cleaning but I didn't have time for that. So I waited to be sure that I no emotion and didn't miss the cash I spent before I wrote this review. Glad I tried it, maybe you will have better luck. read more

Really disappointed. Had an appt for them to come to my home and detail my car, which I was SUPER excited about. No show, no call. Got an email after my scheduled time that my "appointment was cancelled". Emailed and called them, left messages, have gotten zero response in 3 days. Very disappointed. read more

I had my car detailed here last week and it looked way better than when I brought it in. It had lots of pet hair in it and they were able to get most of it out. However, there was some dirt left in the area on the floor between the seats and the car walls and they had not cleaned out the door wells thoroughly. When I pointed it out and asked them to remedy the situation, they were not very accommodating. Instead, they mentioned that there had been a lot of pet hair they had to remove (which they charged me extra for) as if that was an excuse for doing a sloppy job on other parts of the car.
