Those light tan seats were plastered with deep stains that have accumulated over the years. Other vendors could never get the stains out, so I just about gave up ... but I literally Yelped when I saw the car they brought back to me. Incredible job, looks nearly new. I brought my brand-new Lexus GX to Artesian Detail with only 26 miles on it and paid $6,500 cash based on the understanding that it would receive a full PPF wrap, which was discussed in our Facebook messages. Instead, the vehicle received only a ceramic coating--not the full PPF installation I was led to expect. What was even more disappointing was a blemish on the hood. After the ceramic coating had already been applied, I was told the blemish couldn't be removed. I believe this should have been brought to my attention before applying the coating so I could have addressed it with Lexus while the vehicle was still untouched. Instead, I received my brand-new vehicle back with the blemish still there. I later brought the GX to Clear Shield for a true full PPF installation. Before applying the film, they removed the blemish without any problem. That left me questioning why I was told it couldn't be fixed in the first place. This review isn't about attacking anyone. It's about helping others make an informed decision. Get every promise in writing, compare quotes, and make sure the work you're paying for is the work that's actually being performed. The team at 1st Class Auto Body has hit the highest level of benchmarks and standards that anyone can ask. I've been their three times. Two with my new Tesla and previously with my SUV. I scuffed up my new Tesla getting use to the wider body frame and they went above and beyond to get the correct red color for the scratches, but, also lent me a loner car (a luxury sedan) free of charge while my car was tied up for three days. Since I was paying for this myself, they were more than fair on the price, in fact coming in below the estimate. They detailed my car before I arrived to pick it up. Looked showroom quality!!!
