Shocked at the poor ratings. We just had our SUV detailed and although I would say it's expensive, it was worth every penny. Dealerships cost more and don't come close to what Jaime does. The vehicle looks so much better than when we bought it. The dealership we purchased it from said they detailed it before we picked it up. Not even in the same league as Valencia. CAME HERE because of the reviews. I feel like i got bent over and robberd...Honestly. Made a last min appointment for sat morning detail. Never spoke cost on phone, due to knowing typical costs of a detail. $150-200.? I clean my truck once every 1-2 weeks. so its not filthy.... Dropped it off, a shorter, tan skin man met me. looked real quick in backseat and closed the door. said you have a dog! yes, well i have to use a special machine.....OKAY? i clean dog hair out of my carpet all the time... He tells me $360 for the detail. I WAS FLOORED! $360 really? this is crazy, he then said okay, $300...again, NO thats way too much.... after a little eye rolling and talk under his breath...he said $280. I DONT HAGGLE AT ALL. i just found this completely f'ed up. so i gave him the money and walked away. said he would be done in 2-3 hours. picked up my truck later that day. it was clean, inside and out. i cooled down by this point and said, maybe its worth it.. FAST FORWARD A FEW DAYS ------WRONG! The Bed of my truck was never washed,no biggie WAX WAS EVERWHERE ON MY CAR. white haze and crusted wax...all over..no joke went through one rain storm, and all i see are scratches, scratches i have never even seen before. a buddy looked at it and said, did he not use compound when detailing your car? Im not an expert but, the car is now worse shape then when i gave it to him. MINUS the washed interior and polished wheels. At a loss for words...let down and pissed off.. We had a 2003 mid size Tacoma truck done on Dec 18 2022. I can not and I mean not believe what an OUTSTANDING job Valencia Detailing did. If you think your vehicle is clean when YOU do it, well its not. Jaimie the owner was amazing. His crew made our truck look like brand new. The interior, the lights, the rims, the tires, the carpet, the fabric seats, the dash, the radio, the steering wheel, underneath the shift gear compartment and holding compartment. Yes EVERYTHING was just beautiful. The crew worked tirelessly over night and Jaimie delivered our vehicle around 8am Monday morning. The truck looks better than new even the truck bed. Very average, and missed too many spots. The carpet spot to the right of my passenger seat wasnt even touched. I could have done a better job. Extra $35 for some dog hair...a dog was in my truck one day so it wasnt that bad. All in all $190 without the tip. Rip off. Location is horrible too. Not very happy with inside detail- the outside looked fine- very clean and shiny. My cars matts were still dirty- he washed them but didn't scub them. Told me dirt didnt come out of rubber. He said the back seat rug was very dirty but he cleaned it good- it is just my husband and I so we never sit in the back- it was clean going in there- for $150 I expected much more- rug edging still had sand- I scribbled car Matt's when I got home - they look great. I had my SUV detailed inside and out by Valencia Detailing about a month ago. I purposely held off on writing a review because I wanted to see how the outside detailing held up after rain and washings (I had previously brought my auto to the dealership for detailing and as wonderful and new as it looked when I picked it up, I can't say the same after the first washing.....the light scratches "magically reappeared"). NOT SO with Valencia Detailing. One month later my car still looks great! Someone even commented on how shiny it was this past weekend. If that's not enough to prove my satisfaction, I'll leave you with this.....My husband just brought his BMW 650i in this morning for Jaimie to detail. Swirl marks all over my brand new car, haze on parts of the outer plastic trim pieces and tail light housing, parts of the interior were not treated or cleaned...even the inside of the windows were dirtier than when I dropped the car off! Well I was pretty sick of my truck being filthy so I decided to have it professionally detailed. (Filthy: Exterior covered with mud, salt, sand, the paint looked dull and had those swirl marks all over it. Interior was a mess of sand ground into the carpet, tons of dust/lint, coffee, soda spills. I called up Mr. Valenca and he was more than accommodating to get my truck into his shop on the date requested. He was running a special for the week that ended on Friday but since I had to work and could not make it on Friday he offered me the same price for Saturday. He was very professional in the early morning when I dropped it off. When I came to pick it up a few hours later I was completely surprised of the absolute unbelievable work he had done. The outside looked like it was a brand new paint job, no more swirls, perfectly clean. The interior was immaculate, everything was dressed, dusted. The carpet and seats smelled fresh and was perfectly clean due to be shampooed several times. He even went through the effort of placing everything I had left under the seats into plastic bags for me. Even if I had been paying the full price (which is still very reasonable), I would have still been very impressed. The truck was basically restored to perfect condition in about 4 hours. An absolute great experience. I plan on going back many more times. read more
