I found the Golden Nozzle while looking for the touch less wash and stop over to give them a try. As I'd pulled in, I saw the manager outside and asked him if this place had a touch-less wash available. He was very informative, we got to talking about different types of washes and their pros and cons, but I was insistent on trying a touch less wash because cotton rag washes grab and bend my extended license plate and antenna. He understood my concern, and offered me the names and directions to other local businesses with a Touch-less wash, even naming and recommending the business I had seen yesterday after I had given him the description of it! We shook hands and off I went to the other car wash just up the road. I had already left a review of my confusing and time waste of an experience at that car wash earlier and I won't go into naming it directly in this post. But in short, the other car wash lot was very confusing to enter and navigate, giving me an unwelcoming vibe- as if it were to say "we are a very large and established business. As a new customer you may find it confusing to navigate as we have no staff or clear signage to assist you and that's okay. We don't need your business because we are satisfied with our previously established clientele." Upon leaving my review at the other place a staff member came out and asked if I'd needed help and told me that it was very difficult to navigate too. No confusion here! At the Golden Nozzle, the entrance and exit are clearly marked. There is signage clearly posted as you pull into the lot, there are orange cones marking the pathway into the wash. One lane for monthly members, another for fast lane (pay as you go) customers. Select your wash, pay with cash or credit/debit card at the machine, the gate opens, and in your go. A very pain free experience! I did remove my antenna and extended plate prior to going through the wash, as I would have had to do going through any physical drive thru wash, but that proved to be a Minor inconvenience compared to the frustration I endured at the larger car wash up the road. My car came out sparkling clean, I thanked Marco for his help and his employee for their courtesy and professionalism, before using the complimentary vacuum service, writing this review and heading on my way.
