You can schedule a drop off (give a date, time, and address) and they'll send you text updates once they have someone working on your order, as well as when you can expect them to arrive. The live updates are super helpful. We also were buying food to feed 10 people for our trip, so we went with a Costco order and it was soooo affordable once split across us all.
