You can schedule a drop off (give a date, time, and address) and they'll send you text updates once they have someone working on your order, as well as when you can expect them to arrive. The live updates are super helpful. We also were buying food to feed 10 people for our trip, so we went with a Costco order and it was soooo affordable once split across us all. Usually, people half asleep and not very greeting. That guy was full of energy and waved me, when just saw me. Also, there are CVS, Staples, bunch of coffee shops and delis around. Jack is the most honest, reasonable, and hardworking car mechanic I have ever met. My family has taken our cars to him for nearly 20 years, which is UNHEARD OF considering my mom is a somewhat miserly Chinese lady who's suspicious that everyone is trying to rip her off (sorry, mom! But I should at least defend her in saying that she immigrated to the Bronx in the late 80s, different world back then?). I recently drove from Chicago to Boston to visit my parents and unfortunately got a nasty flat tire on the road. I called around to several tire shops and two Firestones, none of whom had my tires. Firestone even suggested that I replace ALL my tires (which I had purchased only ~15k miles earlier). This flat tire occurred the day before I was set to leave back for Chicago, so I begrudgingly agreed that changing all the tires was the best course of action. Before we went home, my mom suggested we talk to Jack to get a second opinion. He brainstormed ideas with us over the phone while the spare was being put in at Costco. He brainstormed after we drove over to see him at his shop. He flat out disagreed with Firestone and said he would call around to the different Boston suppliers to see if he could find a replacement for me! Not only that, he taught me how to identify what type of tires I actually had, so I could be a more informed participant in my car dealings. I brought my car in the next morning. He could not find my same tire- it was discontinued- but he found an equivalent and rotated my tires so that the new one was in the back (my car is a front wheel drive). This way, he explained, there would be less impact on my car if the one different brand was in the back. He also then filled each tire and, after noticing I had a new cabin filter box in the car, replaced it for me FREE OF CHARGE. I brought the car in for evaluation at 6pm the night before, my car was good as new by 9:30am the next morning and it only cost me $15 in labor. You will not find better service than this. Jack is just a hardworking man who loves his job, the good kind of old-school mechanic you want but have never been able to find.

Pumps are frequently closed or various octanes unavailable (no idea why or how you run out of gas these day). Prices, formerly some of the lowest around, are now the highest. Crowded to the point of lines in the morning at times, and no lock on the nozzle handles (have to hold it open), make this station one of my least favorite. I happily drive down 109 a bit into Medfield and fill up at the Irvine on 27.
