The tire was put on mis-alligned and caused the belt to grind into the fuel tank (my tank is under the seat and next to the belt) and puncture the tank and causing major repair issue,. Luckily it happened at the gas station and not on the road or it could have slicked the tire and I could have had a more serious issue. The Owner Bill could have cared less for the safety of the bike or individual and thinks after 30,000 miles this is just a coincidence to occur within 2 weeks and 100 miles of me receiving the bike back. Feels he didn't do anything wrong and is not responsible, nor can he point to any issue around the obvious belt rubbing and we'll just have to "google it" and told me to get my friends to come down and tell me what he did wrong....... He is the person I paid to repair the bike. They charge a premium, horrible and dangerous service. Stay away from this business

It's been a few years since I've ridden a 2 stroke so I forgot how fast spark plugs can foul out. So rather than offer to re-jet the carb and change the plug, they lied and took my money. The template pieces were all laid out, but that was it. Co-founder Luke had me read and sign all the releases first, and asked about my experience with welding etc. Being a Veteran myself, Luke as well, and the non-profit supporting Veterans and First Responders, he also made sure to ask me if loud noises or anything would bother me. Every step was explained and demonstrated before I was able to do it, and as nervous as I was at first, it quickly went away knowing he took my safety, the safety of others as well as their shop very seriously. Co-founder Ben also provided some muscle when I was unable to bend the metal myself. In just over 2 hours I had sanded, measured, re-measured, bent , hammered and welded together a really cool one of a kind 5-sided barn star. It was definitely something different to do and it was a really cool and fun experience. 5 stars !

I have no clue what the birdbrain from San Francisco is claiming about drunks in the showroom…read more I've dealt with these guys for DECADES and have never seen anyone bombed hanging out. They are too busy to babysit people and their "showroom" is barely big enough for more than a few people so that review is total BS from my viewpoint. How does someone in San Francisco have any clue what a shop 3,000 miles east is doing? They have always been friendly and helpful to me. And I'm riding a BMW R bike for the last 30 years and they don't snub me in any way. Yes, they are a V-Twin shop mostly, but they are also lifelong motorcyclists and it's great to have a shop in town. I've got nothing but nice to say about them. They were very helpful with a female friend on values who was selling her H-D Sportster. Like any seasonal business in New England, when the weather turns nice everyone is in a hurry to get their bike inspected, fixed, etc. and it's a grind during those times. They can be brief with customers as they have no time to chit-chat, but they are good guys with deep experience.

Matt being the guy he is went above and beyond to tape and protect the roll bar paint in my chevelle. But due to the cage not being prepped correctly the paint came off while I removed the tape. Matt could have told me to pound sand but instead told me to bring it to him and he would repaint the cage. It's really nice to work with people who care about your projects. This has been a dream of me and my dads for years and just as I thought things couldn't get any worse matt swooped in and saved the project. The windshield had to be removed and replaced after the installation of the liner. Lindsey coordinated with the glass company (Roy's) and they got the whole job done in less than 32 hours. They did an outstanding job on the headliner and thoroughly cleaned the interior. They were highly recommended to me by a local Body Shop. AND, I would highly recommend these people to anyone! The only downsides were waiting for an appointment (because they're in big demand), and my wife didn't like the smell of the adhesive after we picked it up. I was scrambling to pick a place to have it repaired. I found that this shop was a preferred place of repair. Called to schedule rental coverage and to bring my car. However, the rental place that booked me the day I was supposed to drop it off said they had no rentals. Was absolutely gutted. However, Morgan from Auto Park jumped in, found me another place for a rental and saved the day. In addition, the owner of the shop was amazing and truly honest about every aspect of the repairs. Even during two Noreasters, they were able to repair it in a timely manner regardless. They are great people who care about their customers. Kudos!!!!!

He clearly did a thorough check and gave me the confidence I needed to feel great about the deal. Discovering a seasoned, honest mechanic is a real find for those like myself who must rely completely on their word.
