When I confronted the dealership finance department. I asked for proof where I coverage and they gave me a piece of paper fit signature. I have a very distinct signature, which has been the same my whole life, and this was more like a squiggled line. I called them out on it, but there was nothing much I could do at that point. Went to go look at a used motorcycle, liked it a lot, decided to purchase and put down a deposit to hold the bike. Said I would be back the next day with cash to pay for the bike. I go back and the sales person (J) was surprised to see me and said the bike wasn't ready. Two weeks later and still no bike. Have been given every excuse under the sun why it's not ready. It's that time of year, the part will be here on ___ (the day the part will get there changes)... My only gripe with the dealership is that if the bike isn't good to go, then don't list it yet. Most of my dissatisfaction has been with the sales person (I'm calling him J). I'm sorry J, no, I don't think you have done everything you can. Your excuses have changed every time we've spoke. Three times I've wasted my time coming down there to pick up the bike. I literally saw you on Friday, asked if the bike was ready, showed up the next day and of course the bike isn't ready. Your efforts have been lazy at best. As much as I want that bike (and the nearest one like it for sale is in Minnesota) I'll find a different motorcycle at a dealer who's willing to put forth some effort and knows how to treat customers. read more

Brought my 2021 Ducati in and spoke to Victoria in the service dept. She was awesome at keeping me informed about the service schedule (1st oil change at 600 miles). The service only took a day and the quality of work was great. It's a bustling place but Moms was able to schedule me for an appt. within a few weeks of my call (another Ducati dealer was out 2 months plus for an appt.) Overall, a great experience. Would recommend! I also want to give Zach and Alan in the parts department a big thank you for helping me order parts and calling me when they came in. Since selling our motorcycles while the kids were in college, my wife and I have been itching to get back out on the backroads on the weekends on motorcycles. Now that the tuition payments are behind us after 9.5 years, we are starting to think about purchasing again. I have been a die-hard Honda Goldwing fan for a few decades now but thought I should look around a bit before making what could be a significant purchase in a new motorcycle and I wanted to try some different flavors. Enter Eagle Rider motorcycle rentals! This is a great concept and am thrilled I tried them out. The 2 closest facilities to me are in Revere MA (Boston) and Foxborough MA. I rented a couple times from the Revere facility and was treated professionally and wonderfully and have recommended them previously. Early last month my wife and I decided to try the MOM's South store in Foxborough for a rental. The online rental process was great and made it so that all I had to do on rental day (Friday afternoon) was show up, inspect the bike, and ride away - it could not have been any easier. I was treated fabulously by the staff there. This is a large facility, with a great selection and variety of bikes, and a nice large parking lot. When renting a new bike, it is always great to get a quick 'feel' for it before venturing out on to the main road, at least for me. The Foxborough MA facility is ideal for this. I was also able to get right out onto a main road and then quickly access the highway. I rented an Indian RoadMaster and when I arrived to pick it up, I was presented with a Pearl White 2019 model, with less than 3000 miles on it. They told me that I was the 2nd person to rent this and based on its immaculate condition, I have no reason to believe otherwise. It looked, started and ran wonderfully. I received looks, waves and smiles from people passing all weekend long. I could go on and on about the bike but I really wanted to acknowledge the staff of MOM's South. They were friendly and wonderful to work with and I won't hesitate to go back there again. If my wife and I decide to buy another bike, we will go here for the selection of new and pre-owned, and because of the way we were treated. On the other hand, renting for spontaneous weekend rides is so quick and easy, and arguably less expensive than purchasing so we may have a difficult decision ahead of us. Renting also allows you to try and ride different makes, models and styles without ever having to make a long term commitment.... Either way, I will go back to MOM's in Foxborough. read more

I have heard great things about MOM so I decided to take the trip and pop in. Unfortunately, I pulled in and realized i pinched a tire with a small rock and was quickly losing air. Fortunately enough, I was in the right place. I quickly ran in and spoke to the first person I saw to try and get my flat fixed. Turns out the gentleman worked in the sales department but he jumped out of his seat and walked me over to parts to check if they had the correct tire size and then walked me over to the service department to see if they can squeeze me in ASAP. The gentleman stressed the level of urgency and managed to get me taken care of despite the fact that the service department was getting slammed and it was an hour before closing. Although it was a sucky situation and I had to dish out a few hundred bucks, the guys over at MOM went above and beyond to take care of me as quickly as possible. I will definitely be returning for anything i need whether I am buying a bike, parts, gear or having any kind of service done ! read more

I went to this shop before buying my first bike a few years ago. I had heard great things about the NH location, and they just opened up in Mass. I soon realized that whoever was pricing the bikes had lost his mind. I looked at one motorcycle that was priced $500 less than when it was new, 5 years later. Talk about residual value. So I see all the positive reviews on the site, and I say maybe they have got their act together. But nope, SSDD. They've got an '05 ZX6R on the lot for $7000. I like these folks. There's a Mom's North, in Manchester, and a Mom's South. Reasons I like them: Good prices on used bikes. They let you test ride. Free coffee and popcorn. Decent choices for gear. I visited the foxboro location today and I have never been so disappointed in my life I was dead set on purchasing a slingshot today went with my 2 girls on the lot for good 30 minutes was inside several times I was never greeted asked if I needed help my 2 daughters were with me I even went as far as to turn on the key inside to look at the mileage radio lights were on and young man sitting at the desk next to me said nothing to me not can i help you or anything. Oh but an older couple came by his desk and he said hello to them. I drove from the Cape on holiday weekend and walked out with no help. I even went as far as emailing them before I went and when I was in their parking lot yup no response. I know I could of asked for help there were more people sitting around talking to other staff members and couldn't be bothered to notice you or maybe cause I'm a women they dont bother helping you. you lost a future customer I would not recommend you to anyone. read more

On my trades they have been excellent & I've priced a couple of bikes elsewhere but they have ALWAYS offered the best deal with a limited amount of BS! I was on a long weekend in Boston when i found this place. I ride Indians in California and wanted to see an east coast dealer. Wow they have everything. I rented a bike (they have every model for rent). They had free helmets for rentals. It was so easy and they were very helpful. When I returned my rental they had the Indian 2017 demo truck there with free trial rides of any model. I liked the scout and got to see the new electronics they added to the dash. Their used bike section is bigger than most new bike sections. Every make and model you can imagine (some I had not heard of). They had a 1947 Indian there that just sold. read more

MOMs is the only Hyosung dealer around Boston. When I took my bike in for services under warranty, they rode my bike and tuned it up. When I left, I figured they had even put gas in it! I'm quite happy with their service. When you're at MOMs, you can always enjoy watching the beautiful inventory of Victory motorcycles they have. If your bike is there for service, it's your lucky day! You can rent a Victory motorcycle at half the price (about 50$). The only down side is that their accessories are quite expensive (I wouldn't expect otherwise). So if you're looking for accessories, just look for it in Amazon instead. read more

They have worked with me and my daughter to match the rider to the bike and then have gone WAY, WAY out of their way to accommodate us when service was required, even going so far as to pick me up at the train station so that I could get my bike before the Holiday weekend. I've always been leary of buying a motorcycle from a dealership. I've considered them to be way over priced. However, I was very pleased with MOMs. There was little to no back & forth on the price which was great! The staff there was very friendly & seem to really enjoy motorcycles themselves. Here is another review for MOM's of Foxboro. I actually can't wait for my warranty to expire so I can start bringing my Victory to a more reputable bike mechanic. I brought my 2017 Victory in for the 500 mile tune up and rode another 1500 miles and it developed an oil leak on my garage floor (thanks) brought it to MOM's because it's under warranty. Told them no hurry on fixing it because it was November. Received a call 2 weeks later saying it's fixed. Went to pick it up and it was a loose oil filter from when they did an oil change, they actually tried to charge me to fix there mistake. read more

I recently bought myself and early 55th birthday present of a used Harley Davidson 883 Custom. Low mileage but a bit older, the team at Mom's south shipped it down from Manchester, gave it a complete tune up, changed out clutch cable and had the bike looking brand new when I came up from Rhode Island to sign the papers - then they trailered it to the Police station for a DMV check and dropped it off in my driveway! Unbelievable service and wonderful people. Big shout out to Jeff Logan for his patience and assistance through the process and Cory (my driver that day) was a joy to get to know. STAY AWAY FROM MOM'S FOXBORO... THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I have a 2016 Polaris Rzr 900 Trail that I recently brought in for a no-start issue. I scheduled an appointment for the repair and also to have the 100-hour service performed. When I dropped it off, I told them that my friend had the same exact issue with the same symptoms on his 2016 Rzr and it turned out to be the wiring harness and it might be worth starting there. I was told that I'd get a call in a couple days letting me know what the issue is. After a few days without hearing anything about my machine, I called to get any update on it and was told that I'd get a call by the end of the day regarding it, but never did. I had to repeatedly call to finally get information on what the issue was. I was informed that the issue was due to water in the fuse panel and blown and corroded fuses. I thought it was strange as I visually inspected and tested all the fuses myself before bringing it in for service. When I was told that the machine was ready to be picked up, I was further informed that in spite of having as extended service plan, the no-start issue wasn't covered by it. So I paid the bill and brought my machine home. A couple days later when I went to go riding, my check engine light came on. So back to MOM'S I went with my Rzr and dropped it off. I experienced the same runaround of being told I'd receive a call and not getting one, again leaving me to call repeatedly requesting information on the status on my machine. I spoke with Nathan and was finally told at noon on Friday 09/01/2017 that the wiring harness was installed and the machine was being put back together as we speak. I then asked if it would be done by the end of the day and he assured me that it would, as it would take no more than two-hours for it to be done. I called at 4pm after not hearing from MOM'S service yet again. After again speaking with Nathan, he told me that the technician was putting the driver seat bracket in as we speak and it would take about a half-hour to do so. I informed him that I live a little over a half-hour away, so I would leave in about 20- minutes to pick it up at 5. Nathan stated that it wasn't a problem and that he'd see me then. When I arrived, I went to the service counter and told Shawn that I was there to pick up my Rzr. After going into the garage, he came back to inform me that not only was my Rzr not ready, but that they ordered the wrong wiring harness. They tried looking to see if there was another Rzr 900 around that they could get a wiring harness out of, but they didn't have one. Furthermore, it was too late to order the correct wiring harness, and due to Monday being a holiday, it wouldn't get ordered until Tuesday. Needless to say, I'm irate and had a few choice words for Shawn and the others at the service counter. I've had people tell me before that MOM'S service is slow and that they have a "take it or leave it" attitude, as they are the only Authorized Polaris dealer in the area. And judging by their lack of concern and professionalism, that assessment is spot-on. I will NEVER buy another product or service from MOM'S again! read more

I recently purchased a new Indian motorcycle from Mom's. The purchase itself was a friendly, smooth transaction. I just had it in for the first 500 mile service. Prior to picking it up, I discovered on line that I was eligible for $750 in clothing or accessories for being a first responder. I pointed this out to them and asked why they didn't mention this when I bought the bike last week. They informed me that they were unaware of the promotion when they sold me the bike, and just learned of it when another customer questioned it. I was skeptical, but when the time came to pay for the service and extra accessories I had purchased, they comped the entire bill! The service mgr explained that the owner felt badly that I wasn't informed, but more so, that they weren't aware of the promotion. Today's bill was much more than the $750 that I was getting from the promo. I can't remember the last time I heard of a business step up like this. I was at a loss for words when he said that there was no charge for today's service. Needless to say, they cemented my previous positive impression of their business! read more

He ordered a new part and had to work hard on getting Polaris to correct the issue. Steve came through and replace the damaged saddle bag. Drove down to Foxboro in order to look at a Triumph and a Ducati I was interested in. I had checked the website earlier that day and it stated that both bikes were available to view in store. Walked in, looked around for the two bikes but was unable to find them. An employee approached me and asked for what I was looking for and he said he'd be right back to see if he could locate them. Waited around ten minutes for the guy in the showroom but he never came back. I tried one more time to ask another employee for the bikes I was looking for, and he rudely said he didn't have them available, asking "who told you to come in." When I said they were listed as available online, he did not apologize for the websites mistake, but seemed to blame me for a user error. He made no initiative to keep me as a customer, did not offer to contact me if they get the bike in store again, and made me feel like more of a pain in the ass than a customer. When I walked out of the door he had no idea the 15000 I was prepared to spend that day walked right out with me. read more

If i could of did no stars i would of. Dropped my sons bike off for service and a Fiat fairing. Bike wouldnt stay running and fairing had small crack so son was deployed so I dropped bike off 4/1/17 and I had to call to get updates once a month they never called me..So they gave me a quote of 3100.00 to do the work I okayed and never got calls. So finally in october i went up and bike had not been touched. I spoke to manager and he told me they were waiting for parts. Finally 10/18/18 bike finished picked up got home and 1) Bike had trouble staying started same problem it went in for. 2) Fairing said R1 wrong part and wrong color.So I called and spoke to the tech who worked on the bike and he told me he told them it was wrong and they told him to put it on anyways and ship the bike... Seriously... no bike had to go back for $475.00 for same problem wouldnt stay started and they said they would have someone call back about wrong parts.. Todate NO Calls.. Jeff from moms told me he dosnt know why the wrong parts were put on but hes not planning on doing anything about it...I would never let them work on anything again.... Imagine having no pride in your work and screwing up someone bike and leaving it... Faced time with my son after months of deployment and first thing he said is whats up with the wrong fairing on my bike? Nice ha Thanks MOM read more
