I never write reviews But today I had to because I've honestly NEVER seen anything like this place and how they treat there customers. I purchased A brand new ATV from them and never Even asked for a discount and believe me they weren't offering One either. I paid full Documentation fees freight fees tax fees and set up fees plus plus and didn't care or even ask for a discount no problem right. Then walked over to parts to buy a bunch of riding gear and helmets for my wife and I and I told the parts guy that just got done rigging everything up we just bought a brand new ATV do we get a discount at all on any of this gear because we certainly didn't get anything on the ATV. He replied no nothing are you serious? Not even 10% or $5 bucks nope nothing!! Then I said hold on here let me speak to the salesman that I just bought the ATV from and see what he has to say right? So I walked over to him across the showroom and asked him right and Guess what he said NOPE NOTHING But I'll get the General manager for you though without even asking keep in mind. Sure ok. So now the GM comes up to me and says sorry were barely making any money at all and proceeds to show me on his mini laptop that there only making $132 profit on the brand new ATV that I just purchased from them and unfortunately there's nothing he can do and they make absolutely nothing on parts and accessories . I replied not even $5 dollars discount your kidding me right? Nope not at all! That's too bad cancel everything including my new ATV Purchase and he just replied back sure ok. In 40 years of buying multiple ATVs side-by-side's dirt bikes and Jetski's from multiple dealerships throughout New England have I EVER seen one that doesn't discount parts or accessories for customers that made purchases from them. I completely understand if you just walked off the street and you've never purchased anything from them and you wanted to buy a helmet and goggles then I would get it but apparently this place is making so much money they just don't care and are extremely arrogant and careless. They definitely lost 150% of my business and I'm definitely going to make sure none of my friends or family and customers never fall victim to this place. My wife too my Cory Ness Jackpot in for basic service- 5000 mile plus new rear tire. One week later I call to find out why its not done...they tell me "we have been busy" I told them my wife schedule an appointment and was told that the bike would be done in a day. 9 days later we were called to pick up the bike, turns out the bike had fallen off the lft and the tank was dented..They tried to tell us that it was like that when it arrived. Like any dealership sales did there job selling me a 2016 sportsman 1000xp; but the service department was far from decent. lost power steering on the quad out of warranty with under 1,000 miles on it. They charged me a couple hundred just to be told throw money at it and cross your fingers and hope it works! There so called "certified techs" will not even attempt to fix the unit. I suggest using a better Polaris service department like the one at motorsports international in auburn MA! read more

Typical dealer. Sales process was good, and I got a fair price on both my trade in and the used bike I bought. I couldn't take the bike home that day because it had to be "serviced"... which made me feel all warm and fuzzy because I figured the bike would be 100% good to go when I got it. I picked it up a few days later. Day 1 the front brake was shuttering pretty bad. Day 2 the bike had a dead battery. So I emailed the salesman and they got things rolling on picking it up pretty quickly. Now you see why I put "service" in quotes. The bike was back at the dealer the next day. Upon checking it out when it got to their shop they noticed one of the forks had a leak, so they ordered parts and let it sit. Over the next couple weeks, as best as I can tell, the dealer put in a new battery and sprayed some brake cleaner on the rotors. Then when the parts for the fork finally showed up, not only were they the wrong parts, but they didn't have the tools to do the fix. That's where I gave up and went back and grabbed the bike. It probably needs somewhere approaching $1000 in service from a Ducati dealership. read more

I've bought 2 bikes from these folks. Staff are always helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. The first time I arrived with my Vulcan purchased from another Boston dealer who had sold & serviced it but suddenly claimed it had serious issues that meant they had to give me $600 less than I wanted. Rode out to MoM & they gave me the book value trade-in & it was the beginning of a wonderful relationship. I've ridden across North America (including Alaska) 4 times on the 2 Victories I bought here. They give me excellent service & advice & even call ahead to other dealers to check out who would be good choices to service the bikes on the road. I enjoy a stroll through their inventory of used & new bikes & being able to test ride is the only way to buy a bike. read more

The parts department( if you even want to call it that) is a joke huge room with NOTHING but helmets and one small shelf with a really limited selection of engine oil, chain oil and really not much else. I was expecting a large selection of handlebars, levers, grips etc like at betton courts Honda suzuki I went here because it was right down the street from where I bought a used dirtbike on Craigslist and thought oh I will stop here and pick up a few things to bring this old bike back to life but nope! read more

Well, how a new motorcycle dream become a nightmare. Beginning of 2020 I chooses a bike that I like at Moms. Went for a test drive and the bike had issues. I told them, fix the bike and I buy it. Two weeks later I got a call that the bike was running fine. I bought it. After using the bike some days the problem came back. They told me they would fix it. More two weeks without the bike. And when I got the bike... surprise! Yeah same problem after 2 weeks. The bike is unsafe to be ridden. It is again at Moms to be fixed. I add lots of my personal time and close to $2K in accessories. Brandee does not answer my calls or emails. I made an offer so they can buy the bike back from me and all the money that I spent also other losses like having a bike and can't ride because it does not work! It's being very hard for me, the problem has never been really fixed and I'm stuck without a bike. Don't recommend at all. They seems that they are doing you a favor when sell you a bike. read more

THIS IS BASE ON MY EXPERIENCE ONLY, DON'T LET IT FOOL YOU FROM GETTING THE BEST DEAL FROM THEM. Financed my first inexpensive bike around March the 23rd or the 24th if I am correct, but everything went great no issue at all, except I didn't get to test ride. Was told the bike would go through inspections all that and would be ready sometimes the 27th or the 28th of March. Today the 4th of April is my 5th phone calls just looking for update on the bike and every single person I spoke to took down my name, phone # and said they would call me back later and then transfer my call to the salesman, but not a single word about the bike, and here I am still waiting on that call back Today who ever I spoke to didn't even bother to hear one big issue I have now with the insurance. Got an email from my insurance stated that the VIN# is incorrect, I faxed the paper work with the VIN# to the insurance thinking that hey maybe I am the one who gave the wrong info but still doesn't match.. Well past weeks been raining a lot and not rushing to get on a bike now But still I didn't get a free bike from them that is an investment out there and I think I should be able to get update on my investment as long as they have it. And to be honest they do have a huge selection. read more

Do yourself a favor and check NADA before buying at moms. I found most bikes to be as much as 2 k over book. WOWZA. Good selection of bikes and salesmen are pleasant enough BEFORE the sale that is to say if you can find one when you go in back where all the used bikes are. After the test ride I indicated that bike needed some love, rough idle so carbs needed to be synced and since during the last service the final drive oil wasn't changed that needed to be done too. After ironing out the details (price) I told him I'd be back in one week with CASH to buy/pick up the bike so long as it was ready to go. A week goes by I've alerted my insurance company so that the plate would ready to go when I got there or so I thought. Long story short it took THREE AND A HALF HOURS (for a cash and carry deal) to pay for the bike and load it in the back of my truck because no one could be found, the maintenance wasn't done, and the plate wasn't ready. The bike was still in the same spot (buried behind 4 bikes and a slingshot) where it sat when I had left a week prior. The only saving grace were the two kids working in back who's names escape me that could clearly tell that this was getting on my nerves and even though it wasn't their job (the salesmen said he would personally help me load it) they helped me get the bike out of there and even detailed it on the spot when they saw the crappy job that the "detailing department" did (clearly the guy just wiped the price off the windshield and didn't even do a good job at that). In the end I decided it just wasn't worth it to argue about syncing the carbs and a little gear oil I'll just do it myself and avoid the hassle of going back there. If you're buying a used bike and you've got more patience than you know what to do with head to MOMs I won't be back. read more

After I decided to upgrade and then did a lot of research, I finally found the motorcycle I wanted to purchase at Mom's. The sales staff was nice enough and made me feel like they really cared. Since they just received the bike the day before, they said they hadn't gone through it yet to make sure it was sound. I pointed out a few minor flaws including scuffs, scrapes and most importantly the tightness of the clutch. They said they would point them out to the service department to see if they could do anything. A few days later I received a call stating that the rear pulley was making a noise and they were waiting to get the part to fix it. I really appreciated the honesty and again mentioned the concerns I originally stated. Two weeks later, I said we would be coming back to the shop to hopefully purchase the bike and was assured it was all set. We live in CT and had a 2.5 hour drive to the shop. When the bike was brought outside to do a final inspection, my heart sank. In addition to doing nothing what I asked, the bike was filthy and the rear pulley was not replaced but the cover was given a hack job with some type of grinder that left dangerous jagged edges. My husband and I immediately left. We received no apologies or explanations for what had occurred. So thank you Mom's for making my first real motorcycle purchase a complete disaster and wasting 10 hours of our precious time going to and from your shop twice. You should be ashamed of yourselves and hope you never make anyone feel the way I did the other day. read more

I purchased 3 bikes from MOM's over the past 5 years. They have stood behind the product every time I have had a problem. I have almost 125K miles clocked on the 3 bikes I have had. They give back to the customers with customer appreciation days and deals. I have gone into other dealers only to get the runaround and fake adds. With MOM's the price is on the headlight and they tell you go ahead and sit on it. I will not hesitate to get my 4th bike from them. read more

My first YELP! I just need to vent about my experience at M.O.M's south Polaris in Foxboro. Back in 2013 I purchased a new Victory Cross Country Tour for $23K + and performed all of the scheduled maintenance with them. During my ownership of this bike, I've added over $12K of customized upgrades and have kept it in showroom condition. My wife and I have decided to switch things up and try out a Polaris Slingshot. We fell in love with it and started the process of working on the $$ numbers. We discussed trading my Victory and I was told that the book value was only $9K but considering the amount of upgrades and overall condition they offered me $11K. I knew trading it in was not going to be my best option, but they were very insistent that I would not get much more than that and it was a good deal. The owner said that He only has a limited time to sell it and would have to get it out quick. So, after some thought and putting my faith in his advice, we decided to accept his offer. So here is my issue..... When I went to have the slingshot's 500 mile I was told it was a $275.00 service. When I picked it up the bill was for $325.00. Kinda put a bad taste in my mouth, but after some conversation the service advisor did reduce the price down to the $275.00. While I was waiting for them to pull my vehicle around front, I noticed my victory in the showroom where all of the NEW victory's are displayed. I was shocked to see that the $11K motorcycle that I was told only worth 9K is selling for $19,975!!! I know this is on me, but I feel like a "SUCKER" and it just saddens me that they can sleep at night knowing that they just screw people. I have been a long time loyal customer and I just feel that they stuck it to me. Sorry for the long rant, but I'm just heartbroken and had to get this off my chest. read more

I bought a new leftover bike from Mom's south 2 years ago and would not wish the experience on anyone. When they delivered the bike to my home I was eager to take it for ride but couldn't. Before even getting out of the driveway I quickly found out that the bike hadn't been set up. All they did was loosely assemble it and then delivered it like that. Screws were loose, there were electrical problems do to poor connections, clearly at time of delivery this was a problem and I sent it back. The second time I had the guy who delivered it look it over with me, he acknowledged the bike hadn't been set up properly and back it went again, and again, and again, 10 times maybe more. Each time they took the bike for from three days to a week and never did a thing, never got it right. Fuel gauges and the clock had been disconnected one time rather than tighten battery connections for example, and a whole host of things that kept going unchecked and unchanged. The service manager was stupid enough to tell me that the the clock and the gauges were draining the battery which caused the electrical system failure expecting me to buy that nonsense. The bike was brand new ! Finally I had enough and took it to a friend of mine. Together it took us maybe 2 hrs to do what Mom's hadn't done in 2 months. SO finally, to the jokers who've written all the praise and glory about the service in that place, I'm LMAO. They must be associated with Mom's in some way. My advise, never buy a bike there, go anyplace but MOMSOUTH. read more

I stopped by Moms of Foxboro today. I found the sales staff very pleasant and helpful, and this place must have more bikes to drool over than all the other local dealerships combined. The bike I happened to look at was a 2009 Yamaha Road Star S, and talked at length with a guy in sales about it. The reason I'm posting here tonight is because of the near seizure I had when I checked Kelly's and Nada's suggested retail on this bike. These guys at Moms are shameless! They have this Road Star priced $3,500.00 over Kelly's suggested retail and $3,200.00 over Nada's. I thought perhaps they made a mistake so I checked another Road Star on their site, a 2012 Silverado. That one they've listed $3,600.00 over Nada's suggested retail. Just to put this in perspective: Kelly's trade in allowance on the '09 Road Star is $4,460.00, which Moms has now priced at $9,995.00. That's a 125% markup!!
